,Not very good service, the owner reached out to me about my review ,I dont want to tell on a individual person, out of fairness,I have so many thousands of people who read my reviews,I have to be careful about people losing their jobs ,which I won't let that happen.As a professional delivery person to hundreds of stores ,maybe the owners of these stores may consider hiring me to visit their stores periodically to gauge atmosphere,management,etc.

I went into the Hueytown store today to purchase some wiper blades the cashier that waited on me was a young white male he asked could he help me I said yes I wanted some wiper blades I told him the make and model he pulled it up on the computer I told him my eyes had been dilated what did he recommend so I said let s go outside to see what came on them we went back it the store he said rain-x so I had a soda so he said $85 or $86 dollars I said wait a minute let me call my mechanic and blew like he was tired of me so mechanic said you can get step down to something a little more cheaper so I said let me see something cheaper and he blew again so I said do you have a problem or an attitude I am a customer he said I came into his store I said yes I did but since you had a attitude that was alright so mechanic was still on the phone so he said you don t have to be talked to like that and told the two white ladies was standing acting like they was so busy looking at the computer are y all going to let him talk to me like that and that s when one told him to be quiet I look to be older than all three but if came your store and respected all three I should ve been respected I was the only customer in the store. He needs to be in the back not greeting customers. I will never go back to that store no more and will not recommend no one to shop there. I am very dismayed. Mrs.Jones

The commerical manger Ms Bamagene was extremely helpful and professional with my hard to find item on a 1980 Buick Park Ave. Without her patience and commitment. I am very grateful for a people person like that. She should be 5 star when it comes to customer service.

They don t ever have enough staff to help anyone I will be trying autozone next idk how to take this one cause the worker was obviously lying about being alone when I could hear others in the back laughing and talking

Staff was rude and will cover themselves by trying to diss credit the customer.called for a part and told it was there, ask staff to tally up the price with a 20 percent discount with a spending of over $125. That was the stores ad,this was over the phone, this was done.I asked for the part to be on the pickup shelf. I told the staff I will be to pick the part up that day. Staff quoted me the end price of $186.99 but when I arrived the price had changed to$248. I asked for the total price tax and discount included which be a total paid of 209.99 after the return of old part. I went to other store and got the part for less. Thanks for turning me away.

Really some of the most knowledgeable and courteous employees to help resolve issues that you may have with purchases not to mention a large selection of various Auto products.Sometimes they get a little bit on the busy side and you may have to wait but in this case it's good because they take the time to work with the customer.

Great trip. On my way to work when alternator went out on my truck, took it off & went to Oriley's and they don't got one in store . But the very helpful young woman got me a brand new one in a couple of hours. Best part is thanks to the lifetime warranty the new one didn't cost one cent. Thanks for all the help and I'll definitely be back again.

The absolute worst auto parts store I've ever been to. If your car breaks down, don't take it here, even for a couple of hours, because the manager will try to have you towed, call the police on you, and lie to the police.

Don't waste your time making an online order and expect them to try to help you figure out why it hasn't been delivered because John won't take the time to do that all he'll say is I don't know I don't see your order are you sure you ordered it..lf I place an online order and prepay for it I would like a little more service helping me figure out where my order is.

I've been dealing with O'Reilly's for several years while working as a mechanic and wrecker driver for Park Road Wrecker Service, their parts girl"BAMA", not only pretty to look at but very good at her job. And the other employees are helpful too.

Had good experience at this store. The assistant manager's name is sabrina she is awesome she went above and beyond to make sure we left there satisfied she is very nice she seemed to know a good bit about automobiles. That is where we will go for all of our parts from now on.

A young man named Kristophor help me find some bed liner paint a month ago and I went back last night for another part and as soon as I walked in the door he was asking how the paint worked on my sxs. It was hard to believe that he would remember me from a long time ago and was interested in the results of my project. He is always happy and excited about helping me and always knows exactly where the items I am looking for are located. I vote for Kris as employee of the year.

O'Reilly is by far the best auto part store in the area. Not only do they have the parts you're looking for, there are Associates know everything. If they're in doubt they ask him on each others with experience they find the correct answer. I'll choose O'Reilly's any day
