JaLyn and the rest of the staff at Express Oil that helped me today were fantastic. I m leaving to go on a trip this weekend and they all made sure my car was ready to go and safe for the long ride. Thank you to everyone including Eric and Vincent.

This place is absolutely great! They got me in really quick and I was on my way within 15 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful! Will definitely be using them for now on!

Came here for the first time and was treated very well by all staff members. Jalyn made sure I was taken care of and got me in and out very quickly. Jalyn and the rest of the staff are very professional. The price I paid for everything in all saves me a lot of money. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great service each and every time. Speedy service and also great inspection of vehicles to make sure you re safe on the road. Eric and Jalyn were a great help with servicing my vehicle and answering any questions that I had.

It was good service the guy that assisted me was JALYN he was a friendly individual and the service was quick. ERIC was also very helpful upon my arrival he told me the prices of everything and he helped me make my purchase decision on what oil change to get.

Every time I come here I KNOW I m being taken care of. They take the time to talk to me and answer any questions I might have. Eric consistently gives the BEST customer service! I definitely recommend coming to our local Express Oil Change!!

I would love to leave 5 stars like everyone else because the customer service is excellent at this location but getting a vehicle fixed and/or diagnosed correctly is a different subject. Not leaving a long drawn out story but I shouldn't have to return my vehicle 3 times in 2 weeks, have damage done to my vehicle and still have not been able to speak with a "manager". I just wanted my vehicle fixed but at this point, I just want a refund.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Slow slow slow, after waiting over 40 mins on a line I got put in, I backed out and drove down the road to the other location. The other line was going great. But they never came back over and moved me.

Excellent customer service! And management Is spectacular ! And They have a mechanic that really knows what hes doing.. That can fix any problem! If you are looking to get your car fixed, stop by and ask for Tyler. He will make sure to help you in every way possible.

The hueytown location is not my favorite. When I pulled in I had 3people look me in the face and still didn t offer and service. The Hoover Location is the best, I ll stick with them. Hueytown location needs to get it together.

Went to get an oil change and they were short on help and got my oil changed and left. Stopped about 10 miles down the road at a gas station to get gas before heading to McCalla and when I got out I slipped on my running board and started looking to see why and the oil spewed all down the left side of my vehicle. I immediately popped the hood to see if my cap was on which it was and checked my oil level with dip stick and it was barely showing anything. Then I called express oil and told them what was going on and he said to get it towed there at their expense so I did and when they finally checked to see what went wrong the employee removed the old oil filter but left the old gasket in, then put the new gasket on top of it with a new filter. It wasn't sealed so all of the oil escaped. They fixed the problem and gave me a refund on the oil change but that's the 1st time I've had anything like that happen and I won't be back. A mess....
