I'm not highly experienced with purchasing vehicles but they do offer a wide range of vehicles to check out... it's a good starting point. Not one person spoke to my daughter & I but that might me a good thing lol... I will be back b/c I found 2 cars I'd like to take a better look at.Edit: I'm not posting the cars that caught my attention b/c I'd like for them to be there when I go back

The way they have their lot set up is great. Alot of people hate to have the salesman follow you around while your looking at vehicles. Here you can start any of the vehicles up, drive them and if you need assistance you call a salesman out there to assist you. I really like that about this place. They also have the cars sorted by price, which is very convenient and helpful. They have a huge selection from everything from SUV'S, CARS, VANS, TRUCKS. You won't be disappointed.

Just bought a Jeep Cherokee from here. Greg was amazing and very helpful throughout the process, this was even the second car we ve bought from there with him as our salesman, would definitely request for him again! This was a very good experience overall and I m super excited about my car. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car in good condition!

This place is great. I'm here in Alabama buying a car without my parents and they were so helpful. They helped me test drive and gave me advice about what to look for in a used car. I'm very impressed and would recommend this place to everyone. They were super nice and even helped me negotiate the price down. They truly care about their customers!

Sold my brother a car with blown head gasket, They doctored it up with head gasket sealer and cleared the codes on the dash all of which lasted a few days after purchase. Shady business please do not waste your money and time dealing with these crooks

Just bought a car from here and they have a very big variety you can choose from and Ethian was very helpful and a very good sales rep and really the whole staff were nice,polite, and respectful but Ethian went above and beyond to explain everything and help me get a new car! I will definitely use them again to purchase a vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Scammers! I had bought a car from here . took it to a mechanic because I was having issues after a month. The battery was 6 years old .. I had to replace the starter as well. My coils were loose and lots of other bolts that were misplaced. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE

Called and confirmed availability of a car three times before making a 60 mile trip to find out it was sold the week before. Four hours and $80 in fuel I ll never get back because I was lied to consecutively. They had nothing to say for themselves.

Awesome place!!Wholesale lot is full of cars, trucks, SUVs at least 300 from 3k to 20k.They let you walk the lot on your ownand drive them in the backwith out the haggle and hassle!Very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.Nothing like a Car dealership!Highly recommend .I have bought two from thereand will definitely buy my vehicles there in the future

Nice people. My only complaint is when u go there they pull ur credit and get back to you immediately but when u do it over the internet we have been waiting since Friday still nothing from noone....

I'm a returning potential customer who became an actual one this time. The staff Dylan, Chris were most helpful and resourceful . They followed up with me on all the details of this process including the inspection & repairs (3rd prty). I was hoping for a better deal but BAA is a consignment lot which limits how much they can do to help.

Went here for the car auction and let me tell you. RIP OFF. They wouldn t charge most of the batteries in the cars so we couldn t test drive most of them. When it came to auction time, we nodded on a car and won. We were then told they needed to make a phone call to make sure they could let it go at that price. Well they tripled what we originally bid and so we tried again and they did the same exact thing again. People would win at low prices then they would say they couldn t sell them. They were lying about making phone calls. They just wanted to make more money because people were getting pissed that they weren t getting the car they won so those people left and they needed to make up for the loss. More than 50 people were there but everyone ended up leaving. RIDICULOUS

This place is the spot if you trying to get a used car serval motion. If you have a price range it's there. They are nice people you get to drive the car look it over has many times as you like. Greg Leight thanks so much

Drove almost 2hrs for disappointment. Went to purchase a van that I seen online, van was there but they left out details like van has a oil leak and heat does not work when trying to negotiate a price change of only 400 so can repairs done sales person was unwilling to negotiate anything.

The people there were nice (that is the one star). The car that I bought (5K dollars) looked nice drove ok (only allowed to drive it on the lot) but the transmission locked up after 4 months. I am having to replace it now ($2K bill). They sell junk cars, Nice people but junky cars that dealers can't sell anywhere else. Be very leary of buying something from here.

They are trying to sell cars / trucks with false and inaccurate discriptions and don't want to compensate you for their obvious mistakes , it was advertised with power windows and locks but did not have these features and was told too bad it's a good price anyway , balding tires , broken a/c , cab leaks fixed with duct tape , very very poor dealership!! other people in the lobby had similar issues with the vehicles they were looking at , Sad way of doing business, Keep your distance ,"" buyer beware" !!!Bait and switch

KATY cost them a sell because she didn't listen. Probably should think about career change. Batteries are all dead. So expect $200 more after purchase. Should be a zero rating. Horrible experience and the staff is even worse.

The staff is nice but on the other hand the cars aren't. Its like finding a needle in a hay stack. Most of cars are dead on the lot. The cars are cheap because you will spends hundreds to thousands on repairs. I would only recommend if you have your personal mechanic handy or if you're into fixing up cars

I bought two cars from here on October 5th received one car title called a week after receiving the first title to check on my second title there explanation to me was the dealer hasn t dropped off title yet give it time here we are on November 3rd dealer still hadn t brung in a title so now I m asking about the 30 day rule where when a auction can t present title you can bring car back now they are acting very rude I ask to talk to the title clerk she put me on hold no one ever came to the phone this is ridiculous and unprofessional

Had a listing for a 2014 Volkswagon Passat on their website. The website states the car as being a clear used title. It also goes on to state that the vehicle is manual transmission and that it takes normal gasoline and they are selling it for $7999. I arrived today to look at the vehicle and not only was it not manual transmission, the vehicle had damage all down the passenger side. The inside was absolutely disgusting and we found that it was a rebuilt title. The engine was also a diesel engine. The pictures on the listing made a deliberate attempt to hide the damage on the passenger side and in the cabin by capturing at selective angles and by being so grainy and unfocused that you cannot see the minor details that point out the vehicle's potential issues. Waste of my time. Giving them 2 stars just because the people at the front desk were nice. Just avoid this place.

The whole staff is amazing!! Greg was my sales associate & he was really helpful. Chris (The Sales Manager) was amazing as well. A minor issue I had, he got it resolved for me right then. I will definitely recommend them to anyone bc of how professional, nice, organized, & knowledgeable they are. I wish their business plenty success.

I Drove 3 hours round trip to make a deal on a car advertised for $5995.00 I offered $5000.00 Cash the car has issues, abs Brake light is on , the radio didn't work, the switch for the window is broken, and it made a clunking sound when you came to a stop! But, they wouldn't lower their price more than $400.00 because they aren't the owner, it's owned by another car dealer?I would give them 0 Stars if I Could! Don't waste your time go somewhere else!
