Had the plate light I needed but one of the men working there acted irritated that I couldn t find it on my own. The woman was also very snippy when I asked if they could help me change the bulb (they have replaced my taillights for me before so I didn t think it would be any different. If anything it s easier). A simple sorry we don t offer that anymore or I m not sure personally how to do that would have been fine but she was very rude and all she said was we don t do that with a tone and then walked off. I ll be going somewhere else now because I don t appreciate being treated rudely while I m giving a company my money

I came in too get my battery tested and Angelica was quick too assist with no problem, She helped me get out of there quick.thank you for your awesome and quick customer service will definetly be coming back again.

Angelica was so helpful and showed me how to do my windshield wiper fluid, changed my batteries in all my remotes, and put my new wipers on. I will be using this location from now on

If I could give 0 stars I would! This Autozone is in my neighborhood and I will literally never go here again the customer service was so bad! The girl Angelica had the worst attitude! She literally got pissed at me bc of a transaction error on Auto zones behalf! She was literally slamming everything she touched on the counter as if she was irritated bc she had to call tech support! As a customer, you ask for my phone number on every transaction to help keep up with transactions for whatever reason and in my case I didn t have my receipt for my core charge. Well bc I came previously, I guess to get the refund and didn t have my card , 2 very nice guys who seemed to be new tried to help by assuming that I could get the refund back on my card by way of using my Apple Pay, so we attempted but were unsuccessful and they then informed that I needed the original card well that s when I went back with the card and met the rude lady Angelica who seemed irritated with me bc she had to fix a complicated issue and took it out on me as if it was all my fault! She was so rude that I would never want to work with anyone with an attitude like that!! I work in customer service myself and I do surveys for a living so therefore I know so many different ways she could have handled this situation and all I wanted was to get my core charge back that was obligated to me but instead I felt like I was a burden and although you all won t care but because of that I will never shop at this location again!!!!

Got my Battery Fixs today! Shout out to Jenn C! She was very helpful and also very sweet. She fixed my battery and that really made my day. You just don t find good hard working people like her anymore! I highly recommend her services! I think the store manager should give her a raise and definitely keep her around! I went to this Auto zone location on Sept. 5th 2023 around1pm, in the afternoon hrs to have my battery changed. Furthermore, the tech that was on duty, sadly...installed the terminals to the battery and the wire connected to the terminals improperly. Which lead to them disconnecting from the battery and my car shut off as I was driving in traffic. I should have complained to the guy's boss about the bad work he did. I wish he had of just asked someone else to install the battery, if he wasn't too savvy with battery installation jobs. It was just unnecessary drama for a simple task. Please auto zone management make sure you train your techs on how to PROPERLY install batteries by procedure. I didn't ask the young man's name....but, I do know he was a Caucasian male with brown ear length hair and he was kind of heavy set in body build. Next time I will stand and watch the person doing the work and not completely trust that they do not need supervision.

They can t ever help you they are always out of this out of that not too mention their battery charger is broke they won t do the loan a tool service and also they re check engine light machine is broken and they don t offer you help at all inside the store when your looking for something if your in need of immediate help or any help in general go somewhere else trust me!!!!

Called to get quote on both brake pads and rotors..was a young lady..don't remember her name .but she gave a thorough quote..price with and without..and answered any questions I had..I won't go anywhere else but AutoZone..have used them in other places too..

Terrible service and extremely rude staff. All of their stock is improperly labeled and will be quick to tell you "we don't have that". The childish manager did nothing but escalate the situation.

After being stranded for what felt like forever, I finally made it to AutoZone. The sweetest gentleman was able to resolve my issues I believe his name was Anthony; he even hooked my new battery up when a thunder storm was rolling into town. I will forever remember him and his kindness support and quick service! Thank you agin so much!

Angeliea, provide the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! My car struggled to crack across the street from AutoZone and by the Grace of God I was able to make it to AutoZone! It s super cold and the store was about to close! With patience, she tested by battery and installed a new one! She could have turned me away, due to the store closing in 30mins, but she didn t! This might seem small but it meant the world to me! We need more people in the world like her! More people who care about others, and LOVE their job! Its after dark and the temp was about 30 degrees, she changed by battery with patience and a SMILE! Patience and a great attitude goes a long way!Thank you so much, Angeliea! You are truly an angle and a GREAT asset to AutoZone! Truly appreciate you! You will go far in life and I pray that the world be good to you because of who you are!

We love doing business with the Hueytown location!!! Kacey is always so happy and helpful! If they don t have it in the store she orders it an has it ready in a few days!
