They have windshield wipers. Not just any windshield words, mind you. These were the greatest wipers ever molded. They wipe away my tears. They wipe my backside. They wipe the floor with the faces of my enemies. They'll wipe anything. Whiteboard? Done. Bad memories? Better than alcohol. Wipe away, old friend!!!

They really don't deserve a star. I was being waited on (My "time" is valuable) The person helping told me to get my vin number off my vehicle which was parked at the front door of the store. As I was walking out a person was walking in. I took a pic of my vin number and quickly headed back in the store. The person helping me is walking out the door with the person that "just" walked in. I asked "Who is helping me!" She replied this won't take long and to hold up a minute. THE PROBLEM: You were helping me and stopped helping me to assist someone else. Question; WHY? He's white and I'm black? Last I checked my money is green. I'm sure his is too. Stop being racist advance auto parts. Money is money no matter your color of your skin

Had to get a refund on an part that I purchased online and the counter people were very quick and efficient giving a refund. Also they gave me some helpful advice as to finding a product that would work.Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Both times I have been the workers have been incredibly helpful; in fact both times I have been let down by autozone. This will be my first choice for car needs from now on. The lady working the morning of 10-6-2022 was amazing as she not only ran the code for my car (which was free!) but also was incredibly helpful in helping me understand what the code meant. Amazing staff I will definitely come here more often!

The sales associate helped me find the part I needed although they didn't have it. I went back the following week simply because of the customer service. We need more businesses like this.

Got to the store on a Friday night at 8:50 only to have the door locked in my face. The store closes at 9. People just don't want to work anymore

Mask required. Open to the public.I have never had a better experience in a parts store than I have at this Advance. Well stocked shelves neat , tidy CLEAN. No hassle returns, name,#...that's all it took. ALL of the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY helpful. (even listened to me ramble, that alone is praiseworthy) The manager, Mike, has an exemplary crew. From now on this will be my go-to place for parts. A+ performance.

Always clean and they are staffed with great knowledgeable associates. If you want to learn more about general car care and maintenance you should stop by. Store selection is good too. They will even help you figure out replacement parts you might need for things on your car before it completely dies. Don t be afraid to ask they love answering questions.

Typically I don t leave reviews, today I have to. The gentleman I spoke with this morning was the only one out of 3 shops in the area who treated me with respect. He was kind and efficient at locating the part I needed. Very kind man thank you!

I had to stop in after Auto Zone up the road was no help. All I needed was oil and help getting into my car. I m married to a mechanic so I ve not had to add oil in this newer car. He was at work so I had to take care of it myself. Anyway, I went in know what kind of oil I needed but that was it. I asked if he could help me by putting it in the car and he did! No fuss, no muss! I m grateful!! Thank you for putting people over policy!

We love the associates here, they always have what we need and if they don't have it they will order it. They have great customer service. Mike, Matt and Reginald they're great! Highly recommend.

Amanda was great she helped me out. Found just what the problem was and was able to get me back on the road in minutes. Thank you Amanda for such wonderful service. Letting me get the puppy dogs boarding at my company walked on time!!!

Great customer service. Worked had to help me get points because my email was missing the underscore in it. Know their basic cross knowledge of vehicles which helps eliminate tedious information that doesn't change the available part.

Terrible customer service. I stopped in to purchase tail lights for a truck. I Was told they didn't have them but would order them for me and have them arrive in 3 days. I gave them my phone number and name as requested so they would call when my parts arrived. Ten days later I stopped by to see if I could pick up my parts and I was told they never ordered them. They also informed me that they could not order them any longer and I'd have to find somewhere else to buy. No apology for wasting my time.

Only stopped in for some oil, but staff is very friendly and are very helpful. I would stop there again if I ever needed something when I am in the area

Never will I ever go there again. Broke my remote, changing my battery. Then purchased car battery, they told me their memory machine" wasn't working, couldn't install battery. I took it to Auto Zone, they said you aren't supposed to use memory machine on my model car. They put me a new battery iin. Took about 10 mins, I was on my way. Obviously , Advance doesn't know what they are doing. Beware!!!!

I had a very unprofessional experience with this store. I order a part at two o'clock and they told me that the part will be in at four to four thirty. I called at four fourth five and they said that the drivers was not back and it will be about a half hour or so. I went back to the store at five thirty and that started looking band couldn't find the part at the store. So that made telephone calls back from wherever it was to come from and found out that there it was still there and would not be delivered today. So know I have waited a hold day for this part and now they want me to wait another day. My thing is, if you have a list of parts that suppose to be in at evenings delivery then someone must be checking the list and calling back to the delivery place an say hey why this part did not come because I need to inform the customer that it will not be here today. I wasted a hold day waiting now I have to wonder if the same thing will happen tomorrow. With that being said the management need to be more aware of what's going on in the store. I will not be going back there again because the workers are noshalant about oh will it ain't here. So I when to Autozone and ordered the part for the next morning and it was there

Very friendly service, met with a smile and a warm greeting at the the door, followed by exceptional service. Knowledgable in every thing I was looking for, and even helped me carry my few items to the vehicle, as my arm was in a brace.

Had some fog lights that I purchased but didn't need. Their new policy (that I wasnt aware of) is to not refund or exchange any electrical items. I tried to take the return to another location because I was in that area at the time, the counter salesman there refused the return, rather rudely I might add, stating I didn't buy it from that particular store. I called the 800#, spoke with Jerome in Cust. Svc. He got the refund approved with the manager of the Hueytown, Alabama store I bought it from.( Only because the package had never been opened and it was a recent purchase) Perfect, I really didn't want to keep lights that cost me $45.00 that I didn't end up needing. Also the Hueytown, Alabama store is always willing to go the extra mile for customers. The staff is always curtoeus, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Never a bad experience there and I can't say that for all auto supply stores that I've visited.

These are my people they've been taking care of me for years now, this is the only place I trust, it doesn't matter if another parts store has the part in town, I will drive out of town to another advance if needed to find the needed part. Even if they're closing in the next 5 minutes I still end up getting what I need with no issues, the McCalla/ McAdory store is my second home
