I had to get new tires, they were quick and really inexpensive. Everyone was also super friendly.

Arrived 40 minutes before close to patch a small hole and have roadside on the tires I bought. Was told down to 1 technician and couldn t be fixed as they were starting an oil change and that would be the last vehicle . Went the next morning at 7:00 and everything said that was their opening. No one there. Waited till 7:20 and went to front desk. Said they hadn t come to get the keys yet and they require 2 technicians to work on anything. So unless you have all day go somewhere else, and even then go somewhere else.

Ordered tires online at a great price! Scheduled my appointment also when placing my order. The service department did an awesome job getting us taken care of!

Waste of time, if you are trying to get something done for your vehicle. I arrived to purchase new tires for my car to only be told I could purchase them but they won t be able to put them on the day of, or the day after. Some elderly worker told me they only work on about 5 cars a day, and it s a first come first serve type of deal. It was 1:00, and they only had two vehicles on the rack and was stating they were done for the day.

It was late when I called about getting a new battery installed. The person with whom I spoke with said if I got there by 4pm , I would get my new battery. I arrived 5 minutes early but the crew in the garage said it was too late to do anything. The person I spoke with had already left for the day when I got there. Lack of communication between the frontdesk and garage is a problem I have had there before. With some agitation, the crew chief agreed to install my battery. They did a good job. I picked up some groceries in the meantime and was on my way. Scheduling problems is an area they need to address.

I went to get my battery recharged or replaced. I pulled up and waited 10 minutes and then was waived off by the only employee in the bay working.After someone finally came out to check, they said that my 5-year warranty on my battery was actually only good for 3 years and then they give your a credit towards a new battery for whatever is left of the last 2 years. I get it if that was the policy, but just very crummy that it wasn t explained that way when I purchased and false advertising on the battery as it explicitly says 5-year Warranty . Luckily the battery could be recharged after an hour.

Awful customer service. Very disrespectful. Extremely unorganized staff. Wish I could give them no stars. I called and asked for 2 tires for my car, they gave me the total price for both being installed for $155.16 before taxes. I told them let's do it and to order the tires. They called me back a few hours later telling me the tires were in. I drove 30 minutes down 280 for the tires. I pulled up and they told me they would get me right in and taken cared of. I went inside for a few minutes and saw my car was up on the lift, I waited for about 15-20 minutes and noticed my car was out of the shop, so I asked them if it was finished, and waited and waited and waited, and after talking to three different people it turned out they didn't do anything to the car at all. They just pulled it into the shop lifted it up, and then lowered it and pulled it out, and never relayed the information about why they did this. When I finally got someone to talk to the guys, they said that they didn't have the tires I ordered, and I told them that they had called me and told me they did and that I have a voicemail from them stating that they did, and I played the voicemail for them, and then talked to the guy directly that left me the voicemail. So, they go and look and turns out they do have the tires after all. They pull my car back in and put the tires on, then ring me up for $211.00, and I'm like, "I'm not paying that", then I have to talk to the manager that's "running" the shop, and finally after 3 hours I get the price they told me, thank goodness I had the voicemail from them for proof, and I got out. Never. Going. Back. Maybe the most unprofessional atmosphere and experience I've ever had with a business. Truly disappointing in every way. They were also very rude to the other customers that were waiting patiently as well. They would blatantly ignore you when you'd approach them with a question about your vehicle or the situation they were putting you in. Just straight up walk past you and not say a word to you or look you in the eyes. If and when they finally did talk to you, they just mumbled their words and you couldn't understand a thing they were saying. They need to clean house, get rid of the manager and all. If not that, then just do the entire state of Alabama a favor and close up shop completely, because you're not doing any good for anyone. Like, you're not even doing your jobs, like at all. Since I left, I've actually been wondering "what's even the point of this shop"? The guys are all just hanging out. Finally the guy that did put the tires on my car was just some dude, that wasn't even in a uniform like the rest of the automotive crew was. He was just in some shirt and ball cap with sun glasses, so I'd at least like to thank the random guy that probably doesn't even work there that actually did the work. Maybe he was an angel or something....? If it turns out he is an actual angel and it's some kind of real miracle, it's still not worth going back for.

My tire light went on literally 2 minutes before pulling in to this ACC. I had driven through an accident 10 minutes before and knew this had meant that I had run over something. I live an hour away and wanted to find out if there was anything they could help me with it, I knew it was close to closing (about 15 minutes till) but my child was in the car and I wanted to make sure we'd make it back home safely. I tried to explain this to the man out in the shop (I was approached before I could even get out of the car) but he kept interrupting me stating that they were closing and trying to finish up on the car they were currently working on. All I wanted at the least was someone with a little knowledge to look at my tire and give me a recommendation/ opinion as to what my options would be. I understand that everyone wants to go home when their scheduled to, but come on! I just wanted to make sure I could make it home with my child safely!

I went in to buy four tires. I waited 30 minutes before a cashier acknowledged me. After acknowledging me I was informed he couldn't check my tires and he proceeded to help another customer. When he finally returned to assisting me, I walked out. If I could give this store minus stars, I WOULD!!!

They don t carry many tires. I was told they only have about 400 tires because their store is small n he tried to send me almost 40 minutes away. I found a discount tire service

Unfortunately, after an oil change here, I had a continuous oil leak. We finally discovered what the issue was and it required a mechanic and new part to repair. The mechanic mentioned it was from over tightening parts (cracked the oil sending unit) during the oil chance (since we didn't have the oil leak before).

Got my oil changed almost a week ago and TODAY my car broke down. When the tow came, they told me that I was leaking oil and did I recently get an oil change. Why, yes I did! Well, apparently they overfilled my oil and caused my car to blow a gasket. Thanks Walmart!

Horrible staff.Manager was nice but guys working it stink. Was told they would get me in as long as I got there before 7:00pm and I got there at 6:45pm. They close at 8. I drove 20 minutes on a spare tire only to have them rudely just repeat themselves saying we re closed we re closed . Wouldn t even listen to me trying to explain my situation and that they told me on the phone they would service me if I got there before 7. He just walked off while I was talking and I had to follow him inside. Only once I asked to speak to the manager did he explain it was because they were full and wouldn t finish before 8. I asked them to please help me out as my wife had to get to work tomorrow and my spare tire was going flat. They were no help so I went to NTB tires down the street and they quickly took care of me. Walmart you lost a customer from your horrible service. I had always previously used you, but no longer.

Normally I would never give Walmart 5 stars. But this time even though they were undermanned they replaced all four of my tires and changed my oil in excellent time and the customer service from the tire center representatives was excellent.

I had an appointment for 2 to put new tires on. They didn't even start to take the old tires off until 3pm. When I asked why they were getting started so late, the cashier said "oh you had an appointment?". I was not told about a mandatory lifetime balance charge per tire until I was being checked out.

Had battery for 5 years and today was the day to install a new one.Randle greeted me very friendly and got work order started and tech installed battery very fast.Walmart Automotive did great good getting me in and out.

Showed up 50 mins before shop closed with my tire (car couldn't be drove in due to a huge chunk of metal I had ran over). Was not approached by anyone and had to go inside only to be told they had already turned their compressor off for the day.

These people will do everything they can to help you to their knowledge. I take my car there every time I need a oil change where my tires changed and they always provide me with good work and customer service. one time my husband took my car up there and they did something wrong I don't know what it was but he took it back and they fixed it.

3+ hours for tires. Quoted wrong price (of course ended up with higher price) and of course the "don't give a blank" attitude. Other than that I spent a great half a day at Walmart.

Called Leeds, Chelsea, Pelll City and Talladega before someone in the Automotive department finally decided to help me. Hoover/280 tire center finally offered to help by ordering tires for me. I was overall vet pleased, missing one star because nobody is ever available to answer phone. I had to call multiple times to find out if tires were in.

I have had slow service here repeatedly. These guys need to be put on commission. It may be understaffed which is wallmarts fault. I pulled up today and one of the mechanics put a cone in front of my car and then walked away. No thanks, plenty of other places I can take my business. If you can't come up to the window and at least say hello then forget it.

Incredibly slow. All I have is a flat tire that I want them to check if they can repair it. They said they'd have a look at it and printed me a little ticket to wait. It's been 2 hours and they haven't even looked at it yet. Go somewhere else if you don't have all day long for a 5 minute job.

My opinion is if you need vehicle or tire service, take it somewhere else... Every Wal-Mart I have ever let service any of my vehicles has always resulted in SOMETHING being wrong. The last time, for example, they rotated the tires on my wife's car but in doing so, they put the lug nuts on so tight that I had to take it to a mechanic to get them back off (and yes, the mechanic also said they were on way too tight). Please spare yourself and take your business elsewhere if you need auto work!

The price is the best you can find... But you get what you pay for. The staff is very inefficient. There is usually about one car in the bay and they will tell you it s going to be an hour and a half. If you don t mind wasting your time in saving the money I guess it s worth it.

I went there for a simple oil change and a tire rotation and now my car is making the worst noise I ve ever heard and they say they can t do anything about it. ALRIGHT LOL

I tried calling them to set up an appointment and no one picked up the phone. I work in retail and my fellow coworkers and I always try to answer by the third ring. Not the 7th or 8th ring. My service is going somewhere else.

Worst oil change in city. It s cheap with unorganized and unfriendly staff. Stop taking cars early on Saturday because they understaffed and when I did eventually get oil changed by them it wasn t even a full oil change meaning they didn t even put enough oil in car. Two thumbs down.
