5 stars to Carlton the service scheduler that assisted me over the phone with several questions and setting up my appointment. Saved me money, time and was a pleasure to work with.

3rd attempt to have something done here. 1st time, I came in for an Uber inspection on a brand new vehicle purchased from hoover toyota. I was told the service department would sign off on it once I had my license plate for it. They wanted to charge me $100. Took it to Mavis on Greensprings, and they did it for free since it was new and asked me to bring it back in a year for my annual inspection. They only charge $25. 2nd attempt, I showed up without an appointment, so they couldn't guarantee to get to it that day. No problem, I made an appointment for a few days later. This was for a warranty issue. I showed up for my appointment a few days later and told me it would be 3 hours before they could look at it. They couldn't even diagnose to see if they needed to bring in parts. So I left and made an appointment at another toyota service center. I had my appointment there today at 8:30 am. I was fixed and out the door in 40 minutes.Maybe a 1 star isn't reflective of how well they work on vehicles. Just know that an appointment only guarantees that they will look at your car that day. Doesn't mean they get to it in a timely manner.The other dealership was within 50 miles of hoover toyota.

The best experience with Hoover Toyota s Service Department. Sherry was excellent with communicating and they really took care of me especially when my car started acting up again after it had been repaired. They also sent me video recordings of what they were looking at when doing their inspection which was super helpful! Not to mention they were quick with the repairs. Thanks for everything!

This place made purchasing a car fun...I was very difficult customer, bcuz of past experiences. Their Patience ,kindness, customer service, as we negotiated won me over at the end. I was able to get what I wanted & could afford.

A great experience with Hoover Toyota Service. From the scheduler, who was super, to the personal and professional greeting by Vincent Perkins, and lastly, to the technician who listened to a concern I had and addressed it so clearly.While the facilities are dated and they re about to undergo a remodel/renovation, the waiting room was relatively comfortable.I d encourage management to provide more comfortable seating at the bar / standing desk height area (the seats don t have backs). The outlets are tired and don t all work.All in all, I watched service reps come and go over a 2-1/2+ hour period of time and each one of them were professional, kind and sincere in their interactions with their customers.I ll definitely call Vincent for future service needs as I have my 4Runner maintained for many years to come.

They provide great service! The prices are high, as are most dealerships, but I leave knowing my car is well cared for. I brought my new Toyota to this location and was pleasantly surprised to receive a video overview inspection from the mechanic! I will be returning to this location and highly recommend them.

Had new tires put on my daughters car. Well drove on the hwy and the car was not right took it back and 3 tires were off balance. How scary that this was double checked supposedly by a technician. That scares me. But on top of that I wasted another 2 hours waiting for them to fix it and no one even apologized for the mistake. How sad.

Always a pleasure coming here! Colton is very welcoming and gets me checked in quickly. The drive-up area is a bit hot but he still manages to always have a smile on his face. Makes a world of difference! As for the service, Ive only had the routine maintenance done but have never had any trouble with it so not much feedback to give there.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Michael and the team here are awesome to work with. It's hassle free, they offer complimentary shuttling to and from the service center so you don't have to wait. I've been taking my Rav4 here for a year now and am always greeted with a smile. I can't say enough great things about the service center. I definitely recommend using them for any of your servicing needs!

My service advisor was Amberly. She was great! Very helpful. Just wished i didn t have to wait 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and air filters .

Could not be happier with the service I get here. Jonathan Dryer is my Service Writer and he gives honest, understandable advice on what my vehicles need. He has never steered me wrong. The entire staff is professional and courteous. The whole place is spotlessly clean. If you have a Toyota you should be taking it here for all of its service.

Arrived shortly after opening on a Tuesday. Proffered from customer rep, Amberley for $1500 in various services. No thanks, I'll just take my free tire rotation, as I purchased the tires from Toyota. 4 hours and 45minutes later I'm on my way out the door.

They we're super friendly. The sale rep. was Mat Legg. He was polite, patient and showed me several cars that I as interested in. Unfortunately, my credit was not approved for the car I wanted. . However, I would recommend this dealership. They were upfront and honest.

Just took Pearl in for her first maintenance; I was in and out without an appointment on a Saturday. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with free fresh coffee available.

The tech that answered was very new and did confer with his manager. Although, he still continues to give me erroneous information on how to return my warranted part. Had I not been familiar with the return process his inexperience would ve caused a lot of issues.

They've maintained our Prius for 13 years! Gene Mansion (sp?) Was VERY helpful in talking thru the latest service. We will get over 200k miles from what has been a GREAT vehicle. Usually great service but after spending over $2k, they forgot to reset the warning lights and it wasn't washed, as normal. Now, I have to take it back, so pick it up guys, don't let a bad experience in service become the norm.

6:30am to 12:30pm to purchase four tires. Service writer said they had tires in stock. Didn t offer any excuses or apology. I through with Hoover Toyota Service. Update:And now the tire warning light will not go out after 100 miles and they said it would go out after 20. I guess their going to force me to go back I guess I should change that one .

They always get the jobs done. But sometimes (most of the time) service takes longer than one would hope. A tire rotation and oil change takes 4+ hours. I generally get an Uber and go find something to do.

Normally this is great place but lately it s been getting worse. 4-5 hour wait everyday. Used to be the normal of 1-2 hour. Don t know what happened to cause this backsliding.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
