The Trim Shop came highly recommended to replace the armrest leather on my Honda. They have good customer service and efficient turnaround time. It only took 15 minutes to remove/replace the old piece and a couple of days to order the part. If I had known it was so easy, I would have gotten my armrest replaced years ago. Thank you!

I had my Tahoe done here mahogany, with coffee inserts and coffee piping, they did a flawless job. I would highly recommend them!

I couldn't ask for a better job or customer service. They are professional and the craftsmanship is spot on and exactly what I needed for my 24 year old Toyota. I just wish I had done this sooner. Just the smell of the new leather was worth it. They recovered the front and back rows as well as the armrests and rewrapped my steering wheel. I would recommend them any time for any vehicle.

I had a great experience at The Trim Shop. They went above and beyond to help me. I needed to have an entire piece of my dash replaced and they did a fantastic job. Melissa was kind and helpful and followed up often throughout the process. And the work they performed was flawless. I highly recommend giving them a try!

AVOID THIS SHOP! Shocked at the poor service considering all the positive reviews.Work was performed on my car without my knowledge and I was asked to pay for this work without being able to inspect it first. Delivery time was pushed back on multiple occasions without communication and on the second day (the car was not supposed to be kept overnight) when I called at 2:00 (I had to call them both times to find out what was happening) I was told the car would be ready at 3:00 (they close at 4) I arrive at 3:30 and was still waiting at 4:25 after being told they were just putting on the finishing touches by three different employees.Continue reading for the full story I planned to find a shop willing to re-glue the original headliner as I found a source for an original OEM replacement if that was the only option.Jan 2, 3:09 pm. I call to ask about the repair of my headliner.Jan 3 (around 3:00 pm.) I bring in my car and speak with the lady at the front desk. She comes out to look at my car herself and inspects the headliner. I asked for a quote and made it clear that I was not looking for a replacement. She tells me she couldn't give me a number but a replacement goes for $400 so it would be less than that. I agree and we schedule an appointment for Jan 9 at 9:00 am.Jan 9, 9:00 am. I arrive with a friend to drop off my car and once again reiterate that I do NOT want a replacement headliner to the lady at the front desk who takes my keys. I was told the car would be ready later that day.Jan 9, 3:05 pm. I realize they close in under an hour at this point and if I am going to get there before 4:00 I would need to leave within the next 10 minutes. I call and am told that my car will not be ready for pickup until tomorrow afternoon leaving me without a car.Jan 10, 2:03 pm I had to call to find out the status even though they were supposed to call me. On this call, they tell me that I can come and get it any time after 3:00 pm.Jan 10, 3:30 pm. I arrive with my friend and am told my car is almost ready. Another customer arrives, his car is driven around, and he goes to look at it. The lady at the front desk seeing this remarks He better come back and pay me. . A man came out from the shop area and informed me that they had fixed the headliner and fixed the drain spouts and my total was 400 DOLLARS, neither of which was I informed about at ANY POINT. At this stage, I still had not seen my car and they asked me to pay. It seemed that this was the only way I was getting my car so I relented. Promptly after receiving payment, the front desk lady GOES HOME while I still haven't gotten my car leaving me and my friend alone in the waiting room.Jan 10, 4:15 pm. We had been alone in the waiting room with no updates so I went and knocked on the entrance to the shop area. Eventually, someone comes to the door and invites me in there they are STILL WORKING ON MY CAR. Even worse I discovered they had REPLACED the entire headliner despite how clear I was not to. I briefly explained the situation to one of the employees and I was told That's all they could do and We must have gotten your car confused with another . The lady walks away from me saying she will need to talk with the receptionist. The time is now almost 4:30 pm. I have a meeting in Birmingham at 5:00. I ended up having to take my friend's car (who also had to wait all this time on the second day of this fiasco) to the meeting leaving them to continue waiting for mine to be finished over an hour and a half later than it was supposed to be done.To make matters worse the new headliner is much darker than the rest of the interior panels making it clear that it has been replaced. I was never asked to pick materials which seems like something I would have had to do if I wanted a replacement. I believe I was extraordinarily clear that I did not want a full replacement in every dealing I had with the employees. All I can say is find a better upholstery shop than this one, at least one that respects your requests.

These guys are top notch. They finished my project on time and it looks amazing. They also replaced a seat motor in one of the seats and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend.

Thus far the owner has captured my attention to a very professional lady that knows her challenges with a nightmare (my car) will be yet she took the time to be honest and list what it needed and what may not happen. The Trim Shop reupholstered my seats to leather and installed AC/heat to the front seats. It looks AMAZING and they were so easy to work with! The cost was very reasonable and was a great deal for all the work they did. Everyone there was friendly and easy to work with - they accommodated my schedule and had my car ready on time. This is exactly how businesses are supposed to work: everybody was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. The work done on my car seat was great and was completed quickly. I was kept informed throughout the process, too. Bottom. Line: I wouldn't THINK of using anyone else for repairing a leather car set. The Trim Shop is wonderful.

Very pleasant office staff. Gracefully provided quote and answered all of my questions. I got leather heated seats. I am very satisfied with their work. I already sent them a customer the same day that I picked my Ram 1500 up.

The Trim Shop is wonderful! I take all my upholstery needs to them. Recently I took a vinyl boat cushion for repair. They took care of it beautifully as always! Also they have replaced cloth upholstery in 3 vehicles for me and my wife. 1st was a 2017 Chevy Tahoe which we liked so much we took my wife's 2007 Toyota 4 Runner to have the Seats recovered in leather. It is still really nice today! Next we took our 2021 Chevy Tahoe to have it's seats covered in Leather! They are wonderful and work around our schedules. Hands down the place to take all of our business and recommend them every time to friends and family.Service: Upholstery installation

The leather passenger seat in my Audi was badly deteriorated but the driver side was fine. They were able to make a new seat that almost identically matches the old seat and it looks fantastic.Very conscientious in their attention to detail.

The Tim Shop is amazing! When I purchased my vehicle, it didn't have the leather I wanted so the dealership referred me to them for the install. They did an AMAZING job. Super easy to work with and installed it like it was meant to be in the vehicle to begin with. They know what they are doing. Clean environment, entirely professional. Jim was very meticulous on helping me. He even waited on me after hours as I was late getting back to the shop to pick up my car. My seats look infinitely times better than factory. The pricing is much better than I've been quoted anywhere else. Melissa was also helpful as well. The Trim shop is incredible! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They completely redid my 2001 Land Cruiser seats, headrests, and steering wheel. It looks like a new car inside! The Trim Shop reupholstered (and re-sealed) the sunroof shade on my 2012 Range Rover Sport and did a wonderful job. They fixed my headliner on my Honda accord, it took a few days because of an adhesive that was used before it could be fixed, but it looks amazing and I would definitely return. They also kept me updated about it taking longer as well which I really appreciated!

Was referred to Trim Shop by a Honda dealership for headliner work on my 08' Accord. Very nice people and service was good with a few small imperfections I saw after I got it back, when it took longer than they stated. All in all I will give them another shot as I want my seats redone. To be continued...
