There is a reason I shop at O'Reilly's. People like David. We were traveling and realized our headlight was not working. He solved the problem, and it didn't mean a sale. But it does mean I will always be an O'Reilly's customer.

The only car shop I go to even after moving further away because they re kind, knowledgeable, and best of all don t immediately become condescending, anytime I need anything for a car I m working on or for my own I would rather make the 30 min drive here instead of the 5 min drive the shop down the road from me. Hands down the best shop and best employees hands down

We were told we needed a couple of items from another party. We talked to John and he tested and the battery was the problem He changed it for us and the car works great. We will always go to this store and John from now on ..

Showed up 5 minutes before closing to buy a replacement low beam bulb. Ricky, the store clerk, was super helpful and even helped install it quickly. Really appreciate the customer service!Will definitely be back in the future

I went in yesterday to buy some fix a flat and Rose was very knowledgeable about the different types. She also told me that weather can play apart in the tire pressure. Secondly, she was very encouraging. Customer service is very important!

The two females working at the counter were outstanding. I presented a complicated return from a previous store employee. The assistant manager was very calm and found the account and helped with the return. High quality staff at this location!!

I stopped in because of a battery that was dying. Deidra initially assisted me and was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Daniel, checked and found that it was still under warranty and installed a replacement battery and taught me some maintenance tips. Both were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely use this store again. I am in sales and take notice of excellent customer service, which is harder and harder to find these days.

I always seek O Reilly s out over any other auto parts store. Why? Well, i m a single female that has no clue about car stuff so anytime i need a headlight bulb changed or wiper blade replaced, they re always more than willing to help out. And refuse to accept tips! Big props to Michael for helping me out this visit and being so kind!

Very professional, friendly, and helpful employees. My battery had died, it was extremely hot outside, I had groceries in the car and at 65 years-old I needed the help. They sold me a new battery, installed it and I was on my way home. Thank you very much for the service.

The guys at this location go above and beyond to ensure that you get top quality service. Pulled in on a dead battery and was switched out and gone in less than 20 minutes. I always shop at O Reilly no matter where I m at, but this is my go to store from here out. Thanks guys!

Really appreciate talking with John and getting his feedback on some car concerns! Helpful and knowledgeable! Love O'Reilly's but this one has now become my go-to if I don't feel like driving to Pelham.

Very good experiences Everytime I shop here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I needlessly bought some brake fluid and they recommend me to return it. You never feel like they are trying to upsell you.The only place in the neighborhood I'll use; easy five stars

I gave this location a three stars just due to the fact that I was stranded there after I went back out to my car due to a flat tire. I went back in to ask if I could use the restroom because I knew it was going to be a while before roadside could come fix my tire. I was told they didn't have a restroom for the public. I have been in other locations and this is never been a problem and due to the situation I just assumed that they would allow me to use the restroom. I actually had to stay about 2 hours afterwards waiting on roadside due to them being busy. I don't know I just felt like I didn't get very friendly service.

This is by far the best o'reilys i have ever been too! I will bring all my business to this location only! I have been to hundreds of o'reilys and other automotive part stores over the years and this has them beat! I am a certified master mechanic and ran my own mobile business for years in Alabama Georgia, Tennesse, Indiana, Texas and Florida and I have never had service this exceptional and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly! The woman Kourtney that works at this location is amazing and helped me and my wife when others wouldnt bother and rather just turn me away than do the little extra work to find my account and parts we needed! I would highly recommend this oreilys over any other. Thanks for the help! :)

Great service always a clean store. The people behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. Great prices and they are not afraid to compete with other stores in prices and service. Would reccomend to any if my friends

Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. When I took almost new battery of AC Delco to check and they said it is not chargeable ?Interested only to sell their product. I took the battery to AutoZone few blocks and they charged the battery in an one hour and half.

Facility was clean, worker asked me if I needed anything. I found my bulb. Customer tried to sell me grease that was not needed for that particular bulb. Overall service satisfactory.
