Had a 8am appt. Everything went so smooth. It was my first visit. I was in and out. The price was very reasonable and the staff was super professional. I will be scheduling recommended services very soon.

I made a last minute call to request service and was told to bring car in. I did and the service was excellent. In and out in a very short time. Very courteous staff.

Got me fixed up, communication was non-existent. No priority was given for being stranded on a road trip away from home. 3days to find issue and 2 additional days to repair.

Did what they said they would do in the promised time frame for less money than anticipated. Cannot ask for more than that!! All with whom we dealt were knowledgeable and friendly. 5 Star for sure!!

I had QX-60 brake fluid change. They took me in a bit early of appt and got me out early. Very reasonable price.

Do not buy a car here! A week after my mother bought a car here, she called the sales manager that there was water leaking through the gasket out the rear interior light. They dropped the headliner, said it was and easy fix and it was going to be fixed in house. Apparently, they just redirected the water. Well, they just sealed the light and let the water travel until the sealant dissipated. The water isn t draining out the hose and to the gutters-it is just creating a pool to go out the lowest point, the light. We bring it back with the same issue of water leaking. The GM tells my elderly mother that there are no stains in the headliner. (There are stains and it smells like mold. Their own service advisor admitted it) and that it isn t covered under warranty. Not only that, they claim they have NO record of ever even fixing it. Their poor record keeping does not constitute a screw job on our part. I had a body tech at one of the shops I work with and he said we got screwed. Then, Infiniti said they will go in 50% for a problem they created. I called Fox6 on your side today.

Had to return car several times and spend considerably more than first quoted. As a result of this it also required me to keep a rental car longer than expected. That was an additional $1500. As of 12/30/2022 I still have to return my car once more. My remote start does not work now. It was when I first took it. The saga continues.

My mom is very upset with the service at this establishment. She came last week for tires and was over charged by $400! And she was supposed to have the car detailed and it wasn't done. She made an appointment this week to have it detailed she dropped it off this morning at her appointment time. Why is she at home without a car right now? This is unacceptable!Service: Tires

Mike Weeks is the service manager in Birmingham and he is awesomeWe were having issues with pairing the phone to the car and he went through the set up for us and was so helpfulWe bought our InfinitiQ50 in Ottawa Canada and was extremely impressed with the service we received from everyone we spoke to at this dealershipWe love the car and are very happy with its performanceLorraine Cartier and John Inns

I spoke with a service advisor and she couldn t answer any questions that I asked. She took my number for someone else to call me back the next day and I never received a call. The customer service there is really poor.
