Once my parts came in and I was able to take my car in to Hendrick . It did not take them long to go ahead on and get my car fixed. They kept me up-to-date on what area they was working on and when my car was ready. I got a call And I was able to pick up my car and it looks awesome. It looks brand new just like it did before it was wrecked.

HCC fixed my Jeep after a light pole fell on it in the highway. I must mention that the condition of my car after repair is definitely better than before the accident. They don t cut corners on a anything and the quality of the work is outstanding.The only reason why I took a star off its because the repair took 5 months and 9 days to complete. This was not an insurance claim so I did not have rental car coverage. I was not kept informed of the process and every time I reached out for an update I obtained very unusual explanations. The supply chain might also have played a part but I still think that 5 months was a bit excessive and caused me a lot of stress. The repair cost was also $19,000 which is almost what I owe the bank. Anyway. I am happy to finally have my Jeep back. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. So if time and money are not important to you, this is a top notch collision center.

Tracy was amazing and friendly! She got everything handled that I needed done! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and sweet as well! And my car looked great when I got it back! Overall great experience and great customer service!

Hendrick Collision goes ABOVE and beyond! I am more than grateful for them! A terrible Monday turned into a full totaling on my car but they have been so nice and patient with me as a young adult experiencing this for the first time! The first faces you see are the ABSOLUTE sweetest, and everyone beyond that is too! Boss man could tell I was having a bad day and gave me a slice of pizza. Extra pepperonis! This place is a win if you have any car troubles what so ever. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend.

They were fast and effective with the damage. Just should take more and better pictures of all sides of car. Cause with how blurry the pictures is that I wanted to look at due to know knowing if the damage that is on it has always been there was just to burry to really tell so I just left it alone.

I recently had repairs completed to my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT 1500 Truck. They did a 5-star job with my repairs, and the work was excellent. The truck really looks brand new! I highly recommend Hendrick Collision Center for all your accident repairs! The staff and service I received was great. I appreciate how they kept me up to date on my car and how fast they got everything accomplished. Although I hated losing my car I thank you for making the transition a bit easier for me and keeping me in the know with every step of the process.

They do a good work, very courteous and friendly staff. All in all very professional my only complaint is how long it takes to get scheduled and then getting your car back. They must busy and for a good reason.

They did a fantastic job repairing my Ford Escape after I was hit by another car in an accident. They kept me informed throughout the whole process so I always knew what was happening. Tracy and her team were amazing in the fact that they kept up abreast of the status of our vehicle. There was a little area that needed paint touch up once we went to get it. She apologized without saying something like it must have already been there. Nevertheless she didn t and said they will keep it for a few days to make sure it s correct and extended our rental with our insurance. I highly recommend their team if your vehicle take an unfortunate hit like mine did. You will be pleased

From beginning to end I was greeted with kindness and a welcoming atmosphere. Chad and his team are well deserving of my highest score. Before the work was started Chad got a worker to piece my car together to drive until the parts came in and I must say he did an excellent job. Chad kept me aware of the repairs and possible completion date by email and phone calls. I got a call that morning to say that my car would be ready Fri evening, which was a surprise, 6 days early, saving money I didn t have to spend at Enterprise rental. Highly recommend Hendrick Collision to handle any repairs needed on your Subaru. They don t rush the process and make sure your vehicle will be returned to you in the best possible condition. I worked directly with Chad and he was very kind and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The front desk staff is also extremely friendly.

Was cautious as my new truck had been rear ended. Only the best would do. I shopped around and word was Hendricks collision was reputable. I was assured my truck would be in good hands. I ve been to Hendrick 4-5 times over the last decade or more. I was originally sent there by the insurance company when I was rear-ended; the work was done well and quickly. I ve always come to Hendrick when I needed body work- insurance or no insurance. They are fast, super helpful and they do lovely work. I ve had 2 or 3 bumpers, tail lights and bent quarter panel, headlights and misaligned hood fixed.Service: Body & Trim

Had to have front end repair $ painted after auto accident. Collision Center Rep, Brandon, is highly professional and personable; his Customer Service skills are Top Shelf. He kept me updated on progress about every 3 days during a 2 week period. The ladies at the front desk were also very personable and helpful! I would use thisthis facility again, if needed and highly recommended to anyone who may need such service !! I would give 10 Stars if available!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had front end damage after striking a deer. The car had to be towed in. It took a while due to parts delays, but we were expecting that. Mr. Todd Hart of Hendrick collision, kept us informed either by email, phone call, or both at regular intervals. When the car was returned, it drove perfectly and looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I came in on my lunch hour. No appointment. Just hoping to have my bumper looked at for a quick estimate. Chad stopped what he was doing (he looked very busy) took a look at the damage, and said he'd be right back. A few minutes later he came to get me from the waiting room. He asked me to follow him. What did I see? The car damage was gone. Buffed out and looking good as new. I asked him, "How much is it?" He answered...Free. I tried to tip him. He said, "No ma'am."So thankful to find a business like this. How kind, helpful, and honest! By the way, the local dealership gave a bid of over $1,000 to repair the damage.A BIG thank you to Chad and the team at Hendricks. They have a new customer for life!

Dropped in without an appointment to check on a problem with my 21 RAM 1500. Figured I'd have to come back but they knew exactly what was wrong, got me in and out in 45 minutes under warranty. Great folks to work with.

The receptionist was courteous and responsive on the initial call with setting the assessment appointment and also while onsite. I had an appointment with Todd. I had to have my right fender replaced after a hit and run incident. I showed up to the collision center without an appointment and they still got me in and out. Brandon checked out my car and gave me an estimate. He was professional and kind. I decided to let them perform the work on my car that same day because of his knowledge and detail about the damage and he gave me a date to bring it in.
