I recently purchased a set of goodyear duratrac tires and had them installed. I highly recommend Ms. Sherry had her team. They were professional, very friendly and had the tires installed in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them for my next tire purchase.

Thank goodness they are open until 7:00 P.M. on Saturdays. I had an emergency two Saturdays ago and had to get a flat tire fixed fast.

From the first phone call to the installation of my new tires, Sherrie was very helpful through the process. I am pleased with the tires and Hoover Goodyear Auto Center. They also completed a wheel alignment. Pricing was fair, and I would recommend them for tires and other auto services as well.

I had a great experience at my local Goodyear Service Center. Ms. Frady was extremely helpful and showed me several different tires for my CRV, printed out some estimates and did not push any kind of heavy sales pressure on me. Several days later I returned after doing my own research, and she worked with me on a discount I had found online.After my new tires were installed, she also took the time to help me with some features on the car that I wasn t that aware of, and this was a kind, extra effort for customer service that was very helpful.

Unfortunately we ran over a piece of metal while traveling and had a flat tire. Our BMW X3 does not have a spare so we were in a jam. Luckily, Goodyear had the tire in stock and after getting the car towed to them they were very fast at getting us back on the road. Thanks for stocking the tire and thanks to Sherrie for taking care of us quickly! Now on to the beach!!

Researched the tires I wanted. Got a quote and scheduled installation. New tires look and drive fantastic. The Manager Sherri was super professional and respectful. The techs currently working here are spot on. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend as a shop to buy tires. And they do offer lifetime rotation and balance on tires bough there.

Excellent customer service! 10/10 would recommend this service center.We were traveling through from Florida to Kentucky and ended up with a flat tire. We called Goodyear, and Sherrie provided the best service. She searched for (and found!) one tire the size we needed. They didn t have any appointments left for the day, but the manager Clayton fit us in anyway. We were on the road again in under and hour! Thank you to Sherrie & Clayton who saved our trip home!

Goodyear Service Center in Hoover provided excellent service in replacing the compressor in my Subaru. The job was finished in less than a day. Mr. Clayton Reaves did a great job and the ac is working like new. I highly recommend Mr. Reaves and the team at Goodyear.

I hate to say it but I'm not happy you know I paid for lifetime tire rotation and I came by twice and they were unable to rotate my tires and even when I scheduled an appointment they told me it would take an hour and a half... I don't have time for that I'm going to be calling the 1-800 number and getting my money back.

Great service! I had to get a tire replaced and they got it done way faster than I expected. Only place open on Sunday so they really saved me some hassle. Sherrie was very helpful and even recommended me a tow truck when I called.

Amazing experience with Sherrie and Z. Very informative, incredibly timely and outstanding guidance on a punctured tire, front end alignment check and balance/rotate issues, to properly wear all tires evenly after 2 of 4 Goodyear tires displayed slight uneven wear. Their wonderful customer care is what s best for the customer and the long-term goals of the company, which is a rare find in today s business world. Sherrie and Z are gems. Promote, give them raises or their own franchise, and whatever it takes to keep them forever happy at Goodyear-Hoover.

I came in for a tune up the service was outstanding the price was reasonable for my chevy sonic I like them so much that I brought back my hyundai for the 75,000 mile treatment they charged way less than the dealership and they did quality work what make them outstanding is that I then brought my 2004 ford freestar and they recommended a repair and examined it for free and I was able to get the repair from another shop from there reccomended and It save me hundreds!!! This shop has the knowledge the integrity and fair pricing that you hope most repair shops have they are my shop of choice

Keith and his team were awesome. Our RV blew a tire on our way to Oak Mountain. He was able to overnight some Goodyear endurance tires and even let me borrow some jack stands. Bared with me as I brought 2 tires at a time and was able to quickly swap out the rubber. Definitely customer service oriented. Thank you!

Very helpful team here at The Hoover Local.Accepted me as a customer due to Vestavia location sent their workers home early and sent me over to the Hoover location.Thanks to technician Z at the Hoover location for getting my alignment back on point.

My tire pressure sensor light was on and I thought I had a flat tire. I brought my car to this service center, the staff was really helpful to make sure all my tires have the right pressure. They were courteous and quick. The service was complimentary.Another positive experienceI went there for tire repair. Goodyear actually offers the service free of charge. I am pretty surprised and delighted as well because other place quotes a $30 fee to repair a tire. Anyway I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this center.The owner is at the front desk to make sure everything is organized and systematic. Some people naturally just look serious. In my opinion a good job at reasonable cost is all that matter especially for auto service. It is always better to schedule an appointment to avoid unnecessary wait.

Took my SUV there a few weeks ago for an alignment and then ended up having to replace more worn out suspension pieces- requiring another alignment. Danny and the folks there realigned it and didn't charge me since they just did one. I was blown away- incredibly gracious.They have earned a new recurring customer. People worry if they are being treated fairly when they get work done on their cars. No need to worry about that with this crew! 100% recommended

I have a 2007 Ford Edge the air was blowing hot in this extreme weather. I work on cars and thought it could be the condenser. They broke the stigma you can't trust mechanics. You definitely can trust these guys. They checked the system and figured out the system had to much pressure. What I thought was going to be at the minimum $900 turned out to only be $150 with a 20% of coupon. You definitely can trust these guys. Believe what they tell you.

Have used them several times for different vehicles. Staff is always friendly, informative and honest. Pricing is always fair. Never have had a problem with quality of work. A true great mechanic shop which is hard to find nowadays

I got a great deal on a set of 4 new tires by buying them online through USAA. When I bought the tires I was able to schedule an appointment to have them installed. The installation didn't take long, and I was very satisfied with the work that was done here. I was also thrilled to find that my tires came with free regular rotation for the lifetime of the tread. I'm looking forward to coming here every 6 months to have my tires rotated.

Don t bother setting up an appointment on their site, they will not honor it. I had appointment set up at 9:30 am for tires and alignment and they did not start working on it until OVER AN HOUR of me waiting. Left me in the dark on how long it would take and kept brushing me off. Never coming back. I m still here and it s approaching the 4th hour and they are haven t started an alignment yet.

Took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Pep Boys and the mechanic was a Tow-and-go guy. Set the tow and didn't touch the camber or caster. After haggling to get my money back I called over here and talked to Lee and not only did Lee take the time to look up the vehicle to verify that he could do it, but he got the job done quickly, the right way and for the same price! Go here for your alignment needs and ask for Lee! He'll treat you right. We are almost back to Pennsylvania (few hundred miles driven) and the Jeep is driving super smooth.

They fixed my car well, however they weren't clear on what was wrong with it and they never told me how long it would take to fix the car. I had to wait there for five hours, and I had set an appointment two days prior. They're not very hospitable or welcoming at all. They act like they dislike all their customers. Also before the car was fixed they told me it would be 300, but when I went to pay it was 700. I felt like I was overcharged and I wasted half of my day there. I do not recommend going here unless you are a man or if you have connections there.
