I ordered tires off of Tire Rack and had them installed at this location. Everyone was very nice, gave me recommendations on maintenance after their inspection but were not overly pushy when I said I did my own work on the car. Install was timely and I have no complaints about their service.

No communication after waiting for 2 hrs just for an oil change. After waiting for my turn in line they come to tell me that they don t have the oil my vehicle needs and that they order it and will be here in 20mins. They took all my information down when I first got there and looked it up in front of me with the VIN number. I feel like they should have had the person at the counter make sure they had the inventory to even do the oil change and order it before they even made it to my car so that way they could immediately work on my car. They definitely don t care about customers time.

Told service desk there was a nail in left front tire with a slow leak. Asked to repair as car is being sold. 2.5 hours later I was told Firestone Policy would not allow repair to a tire with fixaflat previously applied. Told to leave car over weekend and buy new tire. 2 nd awful experience at this location. Use the Firestone on 280 for years . Always great service . Tattersall is closer to my house .tried twice and both times it was terrible both times! NEVER going back again.

The workers are super fun and friendly. They explained everything clearly as it was happening. Fair prices and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary

Will never be back. They closed an hour early with no notice to me. I called customer service and they confirmed with me they were not allowed to leave before their closing time which was 7pm (which it also reads that online) so I could not get my vehicle

Made an appointment online for this location a few days ago for Saturday then showed up for my appointment and they had no record of it. Showed them the email, and they said online appointments never work and they would squeeze me in the next day.I m very busy so so this time was selected for a reason. They have lost a 17 year customer and I closed my Firestone card.Never going to Firestone again.

These guys really blew it. Took a daily driver in first thing on a Friday to get a tire changed. They didn't call about status before the weekend passed. On Monday, they wouldn't answer the phone. On Tuesday, I went in to check on the status--the vehicle was parked in exactly the same place and they hadn't touched it. Never again. Not only didn't they do anything, but the communication was awful. Never, ever again.Service: Tires

I had an alignment and the counter people and tech were helpful and answered my questions. Much more satisfied with this location than other firestone locations that I've been to

I came in for break and rotor issues yesterday. I also needed motor mount replacement. My brakes and rotors were done the previous afternoon at 2:30 and I was told I could pick up the car in the evening after the mount came in and was installed. I said I'll just get it in the morning to give them time.I come in this morning at 7:30, and they said they're waiting on the mount to come in from another location. Ok, you should have told me that. Why am I having to sit here 2+ hours because of no communication? I was told it was going to be done last night. If it couldn't be done, I should've been informed. Now, I'm late for an appointment and I have frozen food that will be ruined in my overnight bag because I came straight from being dropped off from a visit.PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Love the Firestone auto care locations. One of the service reps from the Pelham location is moving here. Great guy and lots of help. Looking forward to this addition in our neighborhood.

They are friendly on hwy 119 but they seem to want to try to do alot of add ons to what you go in there for. I went to get 2 tires and that was it. It is fine to let people understand that you need other things, but they wanted to add windshield wipers, battery corrosion protection and a my air filter that I had just changed out a while back. So be aware that they may try to sell other things to you that you may or may not need.

Emory and the team have taken great care of me and the tires for all of our vehicles. Every shop is overloaded, a little patience goes a long way with your tech!

I had visited the Hwy 280 location around a month or 2 ago, on behalf of a flat tire. In addition, the wait time was less than 30 min., & the front clerk (Kimberly) is 1 of the most courteous people! As a matter of fact, I had also informed her, "That I had planned on giving her a great review on behalf of her service!"

I got in my truck on Sunday and found I had a flat tire. Firestone was the closest place open on a Sunday. I had a bad experience at another Firestone years ago so I had avoided Firestone ever since. However, this Firestone turned my opinion around! They treated me well and did not push any services on me. Even told me if a service was not really necessary. I usually expect repair shops to try to screw me over like most do to women, so I was surprised and relieved to be treated well there. Service was also quick and the waiting area was nice and comfortable.I only wish they offered the EasyPay no credit check financing like some others places do. It has very high interest but 90-day same-as-cash and I ve used it in the past if something like this comes up before payday and then pay it right off. I can t qualify for a credit card right now. So if they had EasyPay I could have gotten 2 new tires and alignment instead of just the one tire. Not having EasyPay is the only thing that might keep me from using them in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change

Be warned. I went because my brakes are squeaking. After an hour, tech says the thickness is 2mm and should last two more oil changes. I replied that I know they should be serviced at 3mm and he said, Well, it s the mechanic s last day and he s ready to go. Can you come back another day and we can recheck them? You should be able to drive for a while with no danger. Use this place at your own risk. Shameful!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Needed some tires replaced on some wheels I brought in with my own tires. Went very smoothly, no hiccups. No visible marks on my wheels from the tire machine either. 4 wheels done and 77$ (that's really cheap) later and my car is happy with some new rubber.

This location was led by Wendell and was heads and shoulders better than the service I received at my previously chosen location. I'll definitely be back soon... even if I have to go 30 mins out of my way to get there.1/19/23: Wendell has since been moved into Store Manager and brought in Emri as the Service Manager. This team has only taken this location and crew to a new height and I'm glad to be a customer.04/01/23: This team is still doing big things. The quality of work from the workshop and customer service at the desk remain high remarks.

Very friend and helpful. Didn't charge me when my engine failed a test and even helped me pull my license plate off when I came back to get it after selling the vehicle to a dealership.Recommend them if you are sketched out by mechanic shops. Very friendly and welcoming.

I called this location on Tuesday afternoon, August 3rd, and scheduled an appointment for very routine maintenance - an oil change and tire rotation - on Saturday morning, 8am. After arriving at 755am and handing over the key, I asked about what time the car would be ready "Around 10am".Seemed a little long for an oil change and tire rotation given that I had an appointment, (and a little steep - over $100), but no big deal... I didn't need the car until the afternoon anyway, so I left my car and returned home. At 1130am, with still no call to alert me the service was complete, I went back to get my car because I needed my car that afternoon.Upon arrival, my car was still parked in the same spot that I left it over 3 hours earlier. Not a great sign. And sure enough, when I went inside and asked, they told me the work "was not yet finished".They hadn't even looked at my car yet. I was dismayed and annoyingly asked for my key back as I needed my car. My key was returned and that was it. No apology. No attempt to regain my business. No offer of a discounted oil change, or immediately dropping what they were doing to take care of my car. Nothing.Firestone has lost a customer for life. And to the customer service rep who "helped" me, a big thank you to making me get up early on a Saturday for no reason. Oh, and I don't care if you wear a mask or not... but wearing it around your chin does nothing.

Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.I spent 10 minutes on the phone the day before letting the guy know that I was in search of a car mechanic I could trust to tell me what NEEDS to be fixed on my car, not what makes them the most money. He assured me they would take care of me and he completely understood and that I could trust them. The next day, after bringing my car in, it was clear they were trying to upsell with strong recommendations for everything from new tires (still have 5k-10k of tread) to all new brakes and rotors for the whole car to the $130 "fuel treatment system", to a NEW SUSPENSION FOR MY CAR. Yes, they tried to recommend I buy a new suspension system.I will never go there again and will go find a different mechanic I can trust.

Decided to give this new location a shot with one of my companies trucks that needed tires. After they installed the tires I left and within 30 min the TPS light came on. The technician never calibrated the sensors. I called the store and told them what happened and the guy said to bring it back by and I told him that it would have to be tomorrow as I had a full route planned and did not expect it to take over 2 hours to just install 4 tires and that I was late for my customers. I asked if I could bring it by in the am and he said that was fine that the tech would calibrate the sensors and that it would only take a min to do. I show up this am (after clearing some time on my calendar) and I tell the guy who I am and what I am there for and he informs me that they have no mechanic available to do this and that I would have a pretty long wait. I tell him that if the tech did his job correctly, I would not even have to be here a second time. He just says sorry. So I make an appointment for Tuesday to come back a tired time for something the tech should have done right in the beginning. I will take my fleet plus my personal cars elsewhere. Probably go right next door to Christian Brothers.
