I experienced car trouble and required a mechanic s help today. I have always had good experiences at this specific Express Oil, and today was no different. Sean was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He had me up and running in no time and what was a stressful situation was quickly resolved, thanks to him!

I visited express oil change today for an oil change . My tech was Mateake. He was very friendly and cheerful from the first minute he greeted me . He was polite throughout the process . He was efficient and got me in and out in a timely manner . Want to recognize him for his great service and Attitude!

Roderick and Maleake at the John Hawkins store (and Q, too) are a great group of guys who consistently help me take care of my vehicles and they make my time there enjoyable while I wait. Recommend them highly, they are also extremely knowledgeable about their products.

Completely met my expectations of overcharging me and damaging my car. I knew better than to come here but I was in a hurry. Please don t make the same mistake I did. I m not mad about it, just disappointed in myself for thinking someone else might care about me or my vehicle. Don t put your trust in these idiots.
