I felt so lost until they helped me at Lakeshore s site with my car tires. They were so helpful and great customer service. They also answered all my questions I had about my car tires. They made sure my tires was ordered correctly. At the end of my service. Everything was explained to me about the care of the tires and what type of warranty I have on them. They also checked my other two tires to make sure the air pressure was okay. This was a great learning experience for me being a widow now. Thank you so much. Lewis wife. We bought a battery from the Lakeshore location only because Hoover and Trussville were out of stock. My wife's car was in the bay for an hour with one, and sometimes both employees on duty trying to change it. This battery's is a simple 24F top terminal battery that I can change at home in under 10 minutes----2 terminals and a hold-down bracket. I suppose that I should be thankful that they at least took the plastic caps off the terminals before attaching the cables.I wasn't surprised, though, as this is consistently the worst Sam's Club in the Birmingham area. Most of the employees move in slow motion and manage is a joke. Even though Lakeshore is closer for me, I try to go to Hoover or Trussville most of the time. The difference between the stores is striking.

I went with a flat tire they made me leave to go get my paperwork, which was in my truck on the side of the road. Something so simple as looking up my member number. Then I came back to get my spare fixed and they didn t even take the time to go look at my truck to see what I needed. Instead was trying to sell me a new tire rather than just listening. I got so frustrated I left and ended up just going to the one in Hoover. Which by the way is the best sam s club in Birmingham. The customer service there is amazing. I will never come back to this tire center. The do not seek resolutions nor try to help you. The service is trash.

Sadly, this place makes me crazy each and every time I go. Cashiers walk away from their open registers, c.o.s. leads have no sense of urgency and walk slowly to assist if they can be bothered to show up, people cannot be taken away from their conversations with other employees to service members, and, to top it off, their produce is horrible. I love Sam's and have worked for the company in the past in a customer service/marketing role and am now a director of customer service for another company. As a result, this club frustrates me beyond belief, since I know how members can and should be treated. The leadership in this club should promptly be fired and replaced with someone who will hold people accountable and keep the place clean.

The associate LaDarius was very rude. I had wires sticking out of my tire and he proceeds to tell me I can go to roebuck since I didn't have my card. Someone had to drive 40mins to bring the card because he said, " I won't take the number over the phone". Horrible customer service. He told me what tire I needed and by the time the card got there he was outside. I proceed to tell the other associate what tire LaDarius said I needed and he walked back in and yelled at the other associate from the length of the store, saying she can only get one tire and said the name of the tire. I was very dissatisfied with Sam's Tire experience and I will not go back nor recommend anyone use them.

Replaced 4 tires yesterday. Brought it back today because it was shaking on interstate. Arrived at 9:35. They said I had to upgrade to a Plus membership since it was before 10 am. I told them I'd wait. I asked for the manager, and then the clerk let me check it in but said it would still be an hour or more before they got to it.

I bought from Sam's Club in Oklahoma since we travel to bham a lot to see family. They couldn't look up my tire warranty info at the tire and battery desk to honor the tire rotation service and roadside hazard policy I bought with the set of tires 6 mo. ago. Was sent to customer service desk where I waited in a long line of people returning Christmas presents. Why, would the tire and battery center not be able to look this up? Why do I n�d to bring my paperwork with me to get services that they sold me? Is this not the 21st century?

Was having trouble getting support on a flat tire. I asked the associate what his name was and he told me to get it from him Negative experience aside, the Hoover Sam s Club team is great!

The person running the battery sales counter was unable to tell me which battery was the proper one for my car. One is a little wider than the other one isn t a proper answer when I ask the difference between the two. Save your time and go to the Auto Zone at the corner of Green Springs and Valley Ave. Those folks were incredibly helpful.
