There is a reason they have such a high rating. I love how automated and streamlined the whole process is. When they are done looking over the car they send you a comprehensive list of what they found and solutions so I don t have to try and recall what the tech has said over the phone. But also was able to call tech and get some clarification on some items. Always a great experience. I won t take my car anywhere else.

I have been taking my cars to Robe Mans for years. They have gained my trust with excellent customer service, honest recommendations, fair pricing, and workmanship. I don't bring my cars back for problems previously fixed. I will not take my cars anywhere else!

Experience was great. Booked online, confirmed by text. Had a detailed service proposal the same day with explanation of costs and services, good follow up on phone with service manager to discuss options. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

After several other shops refused to perform a transmission "drain, fill, and filter change" on my daughter's Lexus I called Rob'e Mans. They agreed to do the transmission service as I requested. My daughter made an appointment and gave them my number. The repair tech took pictures and sent suggestions for suggested services in a menu form via text. I checked the boxes of what I would like them to do. All the services listed had up front pricing and after I checked the necessary boxes it gave me an accurate approximate total cost. When the work was completed I received a text was able to call my daughter tell her to go pick up her car. What a cool system. My daughter will definitely use this repair shop for any and all of her future service needs.

Went in to drop my car off for a scheduled appointment turns out I was not on the schedule. They were so nice, fit me in their schedule. I thought i needed brakes & ask he checked a few other things. I received a text within 1.5 hours with a detailed report of their findings, a recomended services. I did not need brakes, rotated my tires & several serves that were recomended at 30k miles. I googled the recommended services for 30k miles for my vehicle. Their recommendationswere exactly what the manufacture recomended. Picked my car up later that day, it was clean & tidy just as i left it.Thank you guys, Great experience!

As always Rob e Mans are professional at every level.I was thankful when my vehicle broke down just with a mile of their business I knew I could rely on their expertise to get my vehicle issues resolved.Their shuttle service is awesome too!

I don t know why I haven t heard of them before! I went to get my brake and transmission fluids changed. The prices were very fair and service was fast. Definitely will be going back for future car services.

Wonderful experience!! Was traveling from out of town when two concerning warning lights appeared on my vehicle s instrument panel. Ashley in the office was so kind and sympathetic when I called and told me to bring the vehicle immediately and they would work me in even though they had a full schedule that day. The mechanics were very thorough in their diagnostic testing throughout the day and Ashley adeptly explained everything they discovered giving me the peace of mind to make the long trip back home. They returned my vehicle more quickly than I expected and gave me a deep discount out of kindness. Amazing!! Ashley, you re terrific! And I m so grateful to the Rob e Mans team. You embody everything an auto repair shop should be. I highly recommend others give them a chance. I m sure glad I did!

The folks at Rob'e Mans are absolute professionals. If you need work done on your vehicle, don't hesitate to use this shop. The prices are very reasonable. They are great at communicating, and they also offer a shuttle service to help you get where you need to go while your car is being serviced. Overall 10/10. Will use again.

I really liked Rob e Mans service. They took a good care of my car. I had ABS accumulater failed and they did 2 hrs of diagnostics to find the problem and then repaired the car. Initially they give us a quote which was little bit expensive, but not as compared to actual dealership. But when they bought the parts surprisingly it came cheaper. I liked their honesty as they have informed me about this and repaired the car with a bit cheaper price. I recommend going to this auto repair shop.

I was impressed with Rob'e Mans Automotive as they provided repairs on my 2008 Lexus 400h. Service Advisor Jeff Aaron served me with excellence, detail, and timeliness that will bring me back for future needs. I was also impressed with their complete inspection and report on every detail of my loved Lexus. I highly recommend Rob'e Mans for service and repair of your vehicle.

Best auto shop in town. Efficient, honest, and easy to deal with. They are the most efficient auto shop I have ever been to, both in timely communication and work. They care more about the total health of your vehicle than the dollars in their pocket. Proactive about potential issues but not pushy or salesy. Can't say enough good things.

I recently had several issues with my 2001 SLK 230 Mercedes Benz. The analyzed the problem and found hard to find parts to fix my problems. I ve had great experiences each time I ve taken my car in for repair. I highly recommend them. Great experience and they are knowledgeable and do excellent work.Bill

The service rendered to me was great. I was given a couple options to get my tacoma back running , and when one didn t work out, they gave me another and came in under the initial estimate. The communication was seamless and hassle free. My truck is running as it was before. Highly recommend.

We ve used Rob e Mans for a couple of large repairs now, and while they aren t necessarily the cheapest, they make up for it by being trustworthy, clear, and reliable. I personally love that they text you a list of repairs they suggest you make and mark how urgent the repairs are (and how much they will cost), giving you the opportunity to accept/deny services without the awkwardness of disagreeing with a mechanic. For someone that s been taken advantage of at other repair shops, it s a nice step towards earning my trust and letting me make the right decision for my budget!

I received excellent service! Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt comfortable asking questions and they took the time to answer in detail about specific service items that were recommended to determine what was necessary for my vehicle at this time. I was also not shocked by the bill and thought the pricing was fair. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Rob e Mans to be serviced!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you want to be treated like you are stupid and don t care how you re spoken to go here!! I m retired after spending over 30 years in the automotive business as a factory representative for both Mazda and later, Hyundai. With my extensive knowledge about cars, I chose to get my car aligned at this location because it was formerly Homewood Tire and I knew the previous owner to be an honest man.When I asked about the quality of the people performing the work, I was informed that the alignment machine costs 40K dollars. OKAY, so you re equipment is nice but, if the person using it does not know what needs to be corrected, the machine doesn t matter!!! I left my vehicle anyway, to be aligned, when I picked it up, it was 130.00 dollars and guess what?? the car does not go strait down the road. Usually the customer is provided readings of (before and after) of the alignment machine as to see what needed adjusted or corrected I received nothing with ANY data about my vehicles alignment.As far as I am concerned, with my 30 plus years of working in this industry, You guys are THE WORST for listening and caring what the customer wants. Take the money and run! My car still needs alignment but, I won t be bringing it back to you!!

They were very helpful in helping me even before my car was in the shop. I called and explained what was going on with my vehicle and they advised I stop driving my car to avoid possible breakdown WHILE driving. It sounded like alternator issues and they didn t want me to further fry my car, battery, or my electrical system. They could tell I was near tears at hearing this news and said to take my time but be safe and even tho thy could set up an appointment for another day I could have my vehicle brought there the NEXT day and they d do everything to squeeze it in. Once they had my car they kept in touch not only via phone but when I d miss an update call they d send a text message with links to their website that explained in details what I needed to know. They must also have caller ID or pace their calls just well enough because they would know it was me when I called back and it was a nice touch for them to either be ready to talk to me immediately or to greet me and put me on a brief hold while they grabbed my tech cause they knew me and who my tech was even though this was my first visit. They calmed me down, saved my car, and I would use them again.

Our axle broke while in Homewood on vacation and RM took care of us promptly. They could have probably charged us anything they wanted to get us back to our home state, but were very honest, charged a reasonable amount and got us back on the road quickly so that we didn't have to take a rental back home, and then fly back to pick up our vehicle.

We had a road hazard issue with a tire we had purchased from Robe Mans. We brought the car in and they replaced the tire at a discounted price due to the road hazard. Everything was fantastic. Great communication and service. We highly recommend Robe Mans.

I ve always had my vehicles serviced at Robeman s and they never fail to disappoint. Always timely and they do quality work. Definitely worth getting your vehicle worked on here!
