Been going to express oil for YEARS and never found anyone as disrespectful and condescending as the store manager of this location. I had a specific issue where a past store incorrectly installed a part. He did inform me of their error, but instead of trying to make it right he told me he couldn t help me and asked me to leave his store. I contacted another location who asked me to immediately bring my car in so they could investigate what was going on and try and make it right. I am not sure why this location did not offer the same? He was a real jerk about it though.

Staff is so friendly and helpful here. They get you in and out as fast as they can!Update: Mr. Jerry made my second experience with them even better. Even though he could not fix what was wrong with my car, he made sure I knew what was wrong and took the time to recommend me other places.

I went to two places to get air put in my tires to no avail. The second place referred me to Express Oil and Tire Engineers. Robert was able to get the worker to put air in my tires! Everyone was friendly, professional and didn't mind going the extra mile to service my car.I'll be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

The Gentleman who assisted me with my oil change was kind, Is courteous and professional. Dude was even cool enough to change my headlight in a flash as Well. The Only location I go to in Alabama.

I have been coming to this location in Helena since I moved out here in 2021. I have always had kind, courteous, and swift service. The manager, Andre, is cheerful and brings a kind atmosphere to the shop. The gentlemen who do the service are clean, well-spoken, and respectful.Sometimes when a woman is getting mechanical services preformed on her car, she worries about how she's going to be talked to when she needs an oil change or a tire checked. I have never been talked down to nor have I ever felt unsafe at this location.The prices are reasonable and I am very pleased with how reliable this shop is. Highly recommend anyone to come and get their oil changed or their tires checked in the Helena store.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Cedric and JC helped me get my first oil change today. Super nice guys, broke everything down for me and had me out as soon as possible. Definitely recommended using these gentleman for your vehicle needs.

Justin very helpful, I spend here cause it close to home I bring all the cars I owned here in the past..I needed something simple looked at, Justin very professional help me, and it was a few minutes after six. But when you have a arrogant Mexican walking round like he running the big show or something, and unhelpful people it detours me to not comeback there and go else where..

I had an oil change at one store and after the under carriage fell. I was close to the Homewood store so I stopped in. Tommy was amazing! They had me in and out in under ten minutes! Highly recommend these guys!

Jason is an awesome employee at this location!! They made us feel very welcome and did an excellent service for my vehicle. They worked very fast and efficiently and were very transparent about what they were doing. No funny business!Jason was really friendly to me and my 4 year old son. He s a 5 employee!

If you don t get your oil changed here then you are missing out on some of the best customer service in Birmingham. Jason, Ryan and all of the guys are simply the best. These guys are wonderful. They have taken care of me for years, and always give me very fair pricing and good quality work! They re friendly and knowledgeable and recognize me whenever I come by. Recently, my car wouldn t start and I was half an hour away. The manager called up the manager of the local Express Oil Change on my behalf, and he came out and gave my car a jump! I m very grateful. I go to them for all my car troubles, and for the rare problem they don t normally solve, they refer me to somebody of quality who knows how to help. This is my new favorite thing! I hate getting my oil changed. I really-really hate doing it on my day off. Sitting, waiting, not my idea of fun. However, last Friday I dropped my car off here, and realized 19th street is two blocks away. So while I was getting my oil changed I looked in all the shops, bought an adorable pair of earrings ($10- At Home). I did not do this, but you could also get a coffee or a snack. After I finished my walk and browsing, **TA-DA** dreaded task is complete! The staff were very nice.

The world does not deserve the kind and professional team at Express Oil Homewood. I've rolled in there with every light on including check engine and they've walked me through it and have ALWAYS taken care of me without overcharging. They are respectful and amazing. Had the best experience here! Jason was so kind and made the process so easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and never had to get out of my car! Will for sure be going back to this location for my next service!

Our service master was very patient with me and ...., On his own, decided to check to make sure all of my tires were in proper working order. He found a mistake made by another tire service, corrected it, and let me know what he had found. It's great to know somebody still gives the kind of service we all remember. I appreciate it.

Super friendly crew!! My engine oil filter was stuck and many experts couldn't take it out! But the engineer who was assisting our car just did in in under 30 secs! Been going here for a few years now. I just went in for a quick oil change and took 10 min! Sat in car and had the best experience with Conlee! They have done my tire rotations before too. These guys are great!

With it being my first time at this facility, I was totally impressed. I highly recommend asking for Conlee. He honestly went above and beyond and helped me every way possible. Not only did I go for an oil change, he checked my headlights to make sure the bulbs weren t burning. He also noticed my tire pressure sensor on the dashboard was on and made sure all 4 of my tires were equal. Best experience ever !!!
