After visiting three stores in an attempt to replace a mirror without success, I turned to this establishment. Although they were unable to assist me directly, they kindly directed me to a nearby location that could. I appreciate their helpfulness and will certainly return when I need assistance in the future.

I was very impressed with the service that Diego provided! I pulled up a few minutes before they closed with a dead battery. Diego did not hesitate to stay a few minutes over to help me find the perfect battery, install and test it. He offered me several different options that were the most affordable to me. He explained the options and different warranties perfectly. He was very patient, calm and kind and did not seem bothered at all to help. My car is running smoothly. Thank you, Diego!

They had my battery in stock right then plus the associate replaced/recycled my battery for me. Easy in and out! Will definitely be swinging by here in the future for my auto needs. Thanks again!

Awesome service, came in not long before close and bought a couple of things. Young man at the counter even honoured one of my expired coupons!

Lets discuss. Went in for a battery replacement on a vehicle who's battery has given me wonderful service. Been buying batteries for years. Told that my car will need a "computer reset" to replace its current bad battery. Had not researched it...possible. But... I have doubts. Buy the battery for X and told core charge approx $22 more. Not happy but not unusual. Also store doesn't have device to do computer reset on car, but have a guy they will call to perform reset post change. He is waiting at his store a few miles away. Again...not happy, and a bit cumbersome...but willing. Walking to car and told..."Oh yeah! Its a $40 charge for the battery change." Textbook late reveal!!! Decided on fly to take it to Tuffy's on Hwy31. They replaced Battery (Which i planned to do myself, but gave them the work out of Spite!) And saved $60 (core and labor). Returned O'Reilly Battery and plan to not return. Not a 1star review simply because...its a Possible mistake by a young salesman, but the timing gives me pause.

Went in for power steering fluid. I know nothing about cars but I know this truck should not be that hard to turn. Toby identified my issue as I entered the lot and he heard the squeal. He helped me find just what i needed and went the extra mile and poured it in for me. Also, he was masked and super safe. I highly recommend this place!

The man who works there by the name of Terry is great! He found exactly what I was looking for in just a few seconds, found the part for me, and helped me out it in my car! All with a great attitude with excellent customer service!

Staff always helpful with finding anything. Ordering specific parts generally have in stock or nearby amd can get the next day.
