These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and the price is better than other places. I've used them for as much as I could and they have always been friendly, helpful and took the time to educate me on what was going on with my car. I always felt better after a detailed explanation because it gave me a sense that they weren't trying to just make money off of me, but rather there was a genuine problem and they could fix it at a reasonable price. I will continue to go back there.

Devin did a great job on my car and was extremely informative! He was not pushy at all and was sure to show me everything I could possibly have done to help my car! He was very kind and willing to help!

Brought my Subaru here to get an oil change and checked over before a long road trip. The mechanics were extremely helpful and explained everything they were doing without making me feel dumb. I will for sure becoming back to have any future work done here!

Perry was SUCH an amazing helpful person!!He Showed/talked me through everything he was doing and even made it so fast to where I wasn t going to work AND even helped me with my lights that I couldn t figure out how to change! (As well a super helpful advice on old car maintenance ) Amazing service!!

I came here with overfilled oil, which was causing my car acceleration problems. The technician immediately noticed the overfill and began to siphon out the oil. He was polite, courteous, and didn't pressure me into any services I didn't want. They added new oil, and I left thinking my car would be fixed. It wasn't. I still had acceleration problems. I had a hard time believing Express Oil wouldn't have completely drained and properly replaced my oil, since they immediately noticed the overfill and that's literally their job, but after taking my car to the dealer's auto repair, they told us the oil hadn't been completely drained and was in fact still very overfilled, with a mixture of old and new oil. The dealer thoroughly replaced my oil and the car worked fine again. We returned to Express Oil to ask for a refund since they did not provide the services they claimed to provide, which sent us to another auto shop where we paid even more money for another oil change and diagnostic. Express Oil did refund us, which is why I'm giving three stars, but we will not be returning here or to any Express Oil in the future.

Love the guys at the express oil in Helena! They ve always gotten me in and out in a timely manner. They take the time to answer all my questions and help me understand what s going on with my truck. I never use anyone else! This crew is top class.

This is such a great business to go to with helpful and happy people. The Helena Express Oil where I like to go for my oil changes, even though I do not live in that city. I had Devon assist me with my vehicle today; he was very knowledgeable but also explained things to me where I could understand it. I specifically asked for them to bring all my tire pressures up to 35 PSI as weather has dropped off and the pressures lowered.Attendant said all levels were up to normal and they had not even checked the pressure.

READ THIS REVIEW: Had the most amazing experience you can possibly have while getting your oil changed. They took time to know me and didn t recommend anything crazy that I need like most other car shops. They just got what I needed done and made sure everything else was good to go before taking my trip out of state. Really genuine and efficient working. Andre and Nate will take good care of you among the other great workers I ve encountered here before. Had us in and out in under 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I always get great service here! The only place I really feel comfortable to going and know they re not trying to rob me Andre and Nate are the absolute best! So personable and recommended things I might need in the future but not pressuring me to buy anything now. such great guys! WE EVEN GOT SOME COOL MERCH 10/10 recommend getting your car serviced here.
