I bought a brand new 2024 Mustang, and it had engine issues right out of the gate. Turns out it had a faulty spark plug from the factory. I do not blame Buster Miles for this, as I know things happen during assembly. What I do blame them for is getting red mud all in my car and then scratching it up in multiple places. How are you going to sell me a ~$55k car that I only put ~1100 miles on, scratch the plastic trim on the inside, pack it full of red mud, and then give it back? Then, to "rectify" the issue, they want to detail my car. This has got to be a comedy skit. You mean to tell me that you want to detail my car after you have scratched it up, and we call it even? It's nice to know they will wash my car, but I have to live with the scratches throughout the entirety of the time I own the vehicle. The scratches will not come out, as they are deep. No amount of detailing is going to fix that. Wow! I have bought multiple vehicles from here but will never buy another one here again due to this and this alone.

I do not recommend buying a car there at all. I bought a car there and drove it for two hours to my house in Montgomery and on the way it gave me transmission problems the next day I wanted to go enjoy the car with the family and the transmission ended up dying it was Sunday and the dealership was closed but On Monday I contacted them first thing in the morning and what they told me that they were not responsible for any repair after a sale is the same as buying at a car auction but you will pay the price of what the car is worth in the market. Then I looked for help with a transmission specialist and he checked it out and told me that they only did a transmission service to that car to make it run and sell it. I felt cheated.

I needed all new tires and the service dept ordered the tires I needed and they were delivered the very next day. They were mounted and balanced in a very timely manner. I will use Ford Service again for all my tire needs.Service: TiresService: Tires
