Sid was so wonderful he changed my windshield wipers in the rain after already knowing what I needed soon as I walked in the door!! By far the best service I ve ever received at any automotive place

I stopped here after my trip to Panama City because I was having coolant issues and it turned out to be my radiator 3 hours from home, I really want to give a huge shout out to the manager Steven. He was a really great help, an like my wife said I hope everything you want out of life you get because you deserve it for the person you are. Will always be thankful for the service you provided for us and will be popping in on our next vacation and hope you are there.P.S. My daughter wants your dog.

We were heading home and my husbands a mechanic and his engine threw a cylinder code that he wasn t familiar with telling us cylinder E and everything online shows numbers, but the guys at this store location were able to locate which cylinder number was E. They saved the day with us being 6 hours from home and having an ignition coil on hand.

I would love to give this store 5 stars because up until today the customer experience has been OUTSTANDING, but today was very different. There is one employee (Cody) that has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. What could ve been just two trips to the store became 4 trips to this location and one to the Dothan store. He doesn t seem to know anything about the parts or inventory that the store carries. He can t seem to find anything in the back & his excuse for taking so long to retrieve something for me was that it was on a top shelf and he is scared of heights. I will say this though, my last visit to the store today was much better, we were greeted and helped by Stephen who made sure to apologize for his co-workers attitude and lack of experience as well as making sure that we had everything needed before leaving this time.

Out of all auto parts stores O'Reillys always has the best workers and they actually try to help you out. Ten out of ten I highly recommend.

We needed two truck batteries and were able to get to the store until a little after closing. Before I could even ask Steven offered to keep the store open a little later to help us out. Thanks again!!

Best little chores house in Headland .open Sundays, will do installs in your vehicle big inventory ..can handle most chores related to MVs.

Great service when I finally got waited on. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get a foot of vacuum line. Two guys had come in at the same time needing a CV axle and pinion bearings so the took a while to get set up with their parts. Not a bad experience at all, but time is our biggest commodity.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, MR NOAH AT THE HEADLAND AL..LOCATION..WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE EVEN INSTALLED MY HEADLIGHT BULBS FOR ME..VERY CURTIOUS, VERY NICE GUY...I APPRECIATE HIM ALOT FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME..

Website says they are open until 8 p.m. but someone picked up didn't say anything then hung up. They are supposed to be open for another couple of hour's Im broke down. I guess I need to find somewhere else to count on

Staff know nothing about vehicle's, just key punchers. Not very friendly. If there was another auto part close I never go there.

You know o'reilly is cheaper than most auto part stores. I enjoy going I always go their first.
