I wrecked my semi truck and was stuck at their yard for 3 days and they were the nicest most hardworking people I ever met they let me use their facilities anytime of the day they sent guys to check on me periodically they gave me rides if I needed one they were the most professional group of people and I would recommend them to anyone in the area they truly are in a league of their own in the best possible way

These guys are super cool. Super fast service. I had no problem getting my car. The guy that help me was so nice. My window was broken and he actually took the time to fix it so that it wouldn't rain in my car. That was soook sweet!! Thank you guys for everything!!!! You are awesome!!! FYI... my car was broke down, Ferguson wrecker service was dispatched and they were definitely not like previous wreckers where I had to wait hours. They were there in 15 minutes as promised. I not only RECOMMEND THEM for their services but for their DRIVER CHRIS. He was an Angel, so respectful, helpful, and just simply AMAZING.

A big Thank you to Mr Tommy who was able to get our boat off the side of the road today. It was no easy task and time consuming but got it done safely. Tire blew off trailer going down hwy which sat us down and slid down the road a good bit so with only one tire and a broke axel it was a challenge. Thank you for a great attitude and patience.

I took a friend to get her car from their tow yard and Chris was very pleasant and personable to us both. He even put some wrap over a broken side window that Happend before it was towed. He didn t have to do that of course but he did and it was very appreciated. 5***** very good experience!!

If you need a tow let me say this this place is extremely high I would find another one.

Had a breakdown on the side of the road on a Saturday afternoon on Labor Day weekend this year. Ferguson was the only company in the area that was willing to come help to tow a large Motorhome. They came out fast, and were able to take a look at it before just hooking it. Unfortunately, was not an issue that could be fixed without parts, so we got hooked. The driver was extremely nice, and then to top that off was very gentle with out RV. Drove it 45 miles - even left our dogs water dish on the counter top while he was pulling it, and not a drop spilled!Then, as we were waiting on parts are Freightliner 3 days later, Ferguson rolled in and saw that we were still there waiting on parts. This is unbelievable - they actually found the parts locally, and then delivered them for us. Talk about going above and beyond!! THANK YOU FERGUSON TEAM!!

Will NEVER use Ferguson's Wrecker again. We had no idea who to call, but used them once before for a totaled vehicle. Called them this time for my daughter's vehicle that was broke down in the middle of the hwy. They took HUGE advantage of us. WAY WAY overpriced and did NOT care one bit. I would not EVER recommend them to anyone. Mr. Ferguson, the owner is also one RUDE man. How he is still in business is beyond me!!BEWARE, you've been warned!

Everyone I had to deal with were very nice down to earth and did a great job. The situation wasn't very good but Tommy pointed out what causes the situation and tried to help ease my daughters mind. Have use them twice and would use them again in my next situation of need without hesitation.

Complete rip off and extortion poor people left and right. They charged me over 700 dollars for a ten mile tow. Would NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY BEWARE SCAM ARTIST AND CROOK.Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking

Let's be real for a second. The ONLY reason that this guy is still in business is because his business doesn't depend on customer service. If it did, he would have been knocked off the block years, you hear me.....YEARS ago! The rest of us actually have to try to treat customers and eachother with at least a basic amount of respect - or perhaps its simply the right thing to do.....You couldn't pay me enough to give this looser another cent!!

Really nice place. The secretary is really nice and Tommy was really helpful. Good people,and fair prices. Will definitely call them again. The yard us located on Old Hwy 431 behind Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Not in town Headland. That was the only problem,I had finding them.

This low down greedy son of a b has a front roll sit in hell along with the headland police dept they all are going to hel no God nor the holy spirit will give them mercy if they go to church that church is damned somebody needs to put him in his place and I might be the one to do that u never know a d they know who killed my friend Aaron Vinson they covering up for them...

An elderly man broke down by our house,he was heading back to Ocala FL until his tire blew out and had no spare. My wife called around trying to get him help and back on the road but no one is open to get a new tire till morning Mr Ferguson came and got him towed to Walmart and tomorrow he will have a tire put on

Who gets kick backs from calling these people? Really!! My son was in an accident caused by weather conditions. No body's fault. An accident. Ferguson was called (NOT by him, he was carried off in an ambulance). Less than 24 hrs the owner tells my son he has to pay the city a fee of over $200, bring that pay statement plus $600+ to get our belongings out of the car. THEN called my son a 'dope head'!! This son of mine does not do drugs nor even drink. He is a good hardworking man. This company is NOT fair, NOT courteous, NOT at all professional as stated in the reviews I've read. I'd check those sources if I had the time to. To keep our belongings, personal papers, Children's belongings and work metal, etc is not what I call fair and decent, surly not charging $600+ to pick up our personal belongings, belongings that's not worth anything to them nor anybody else. To throw insults/absolute false accusations after injury is totally uncalled for. Will be calling the BBB. Btw, had to give them at least one star in order to post a review. They, in my opinion, don't deserve one star. And, I suspect this review may be deleted. We'll see.

This location have not updated their address on here so please beware tow yard is located at 1474 Reeves St, Dothan, AL 36301 not the one in Headland. Paid $84 in Uber going to the wrong location.Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking
