A friend recommended me these guys, and I am not disappointed by any means! I live three hours away in another state, and still chose them to work on my car! Not only did they help me get it to them, but Tyler kept me informed every step of the way and even sent picture updates!They had my car for less than a week! Price was extremely fair and they did amazing work! Tyler took the customer satisfaction to a whole new level when I told him my mom would pick up my car for me. He made sure it was warmed up for her and ready to hit the road! Seriously, use these guys! You won t be disappointed!

I have been very pleased with service. I work until 5 daily, and that is when they close. However, they do have a drop box that you can safely leave your key in so they can work on your car. They have fair prices, and do a great job. Highly recommend others support this local business for your car repair needs, you won t be disappointed.

This is the second time I've taken my car here. Both times they were able to get me in fairly quickly. I had to leave my car and thought I'd be without for days and it was ready the very next day. The work is always great and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your cars issues!EDIT TO ADD ON: because I can't leave more then one review. I started having more issues with my car after running over a railroad track waaay too fast. (I'm rough on my car) I called and they got me in the next day and found the problem and fixed it same day. The price was a very good price. This place has earned a life-time customer from me and my family. They are awesome and honest people who do amazing work without ridiculous prices. They will be the only shop I use going forward. I'd give more then 5 stars if I could.

These guys were awesome!! I had some pretty extensive work done on my car, and they had it done in two days. Friendly and fast service and will definitely be back for anything else in the future

Great bunch of guys, stopped in with a small problem and they were able to help me out. I was two hours away from home and they took time to help me. If I had a car or truck to tune or do upgrades to the engine they would be on my short list! They had high end cars and trucks in their shop, to me that shows they know what they are doing because if I had a $125k car I wouldn't just let anyone work on it.

Went here to get a new clutch put into my GT86. I do a lot of my own work, so I am always a little hesistant to let others touch my rig. Especially with a lot of tight spaces, hose and cable routing (sometimes custom) that might have to be moved or touched.With my project truck taking up most of my time though and no room to drop a trans at the moment I took a chance.Tyler, J and I forgot the other guys name Kevin? (sorry) were fantastic. SUPER easy to talk to and no hassle (I brought my own parts).I work outside of the automative industry, this is just a way I spend money and have fun. So I walked in, clean pants, hair cut, bright clothes. Things you wouldnt associate with someone that grabs an impact and rebuilds engines on saturday.They treated me great, they had no issues doing any of the work and more importantly didnt make me out to be some idiot. When I picked up the car which they completed WAY faster than I expected, they were super cool. Talked shop for a few min while they told me about there experiences with mine.This was the important part to me, DETAIL. They made sure to let me know what fluids were put in the car specifically since my trans had to be drained. They picked up that this was something that would be important to me based on intuition and what they saw I imagine.This was important to me, because like I said I expected a clutch job. I would have brought it home, pulled the drain plug and put performance fluid back in it to accomodate the rest of the car (I beat on it). This kind of skill, intuation, and attention to detail is essential to feeling good and I appreciated it a lot. Any shop should be able to do a clutch job, what I personally was worried about was the other stuff: fluid, removal of accomodating parts that I have personally put on or modified.Can't say enough good things! From one car dude to another you guys rock! Will 100% come back and reccomend the rest of the guys when we run into something we cant pull apart.

Fantastic to work with. Tyler really knows how to run a shop! I had some major issues with my vehicle and Precise fixed it right. I am new to the area and brought my vehicle here based on community recommendations and I couldn't be happier. I won't use another shop at all. This is the only place my vehicles will ever go if they need anything.

I just had Precise do some extensive work on my Dodge Durango. I must say, I'm IMPRESSED. Finding an honest group of mechanics to perform and inform us while not nickeling and diming us is hard.WELL..LETS GET DOWN TO IT!Customer ServiceAfter talking with several candidates and explaining the symptoms I was experiencing with my vehicle, I was relieved that I was talking to a team that "speak driver." As we know, most people who search for auto repair are not mechanics themselves, so not knowing the correct terminology to explain malfunctions gets frustrating if you need to know the "lingo" to get feedback. They took their time and listened to me and didn't make it weird by using a bunch of language that I didn't understand. The feedback was excellent, and I was kept in the loop and contacted for changes and decisions. The team had no problems asking questions, so I wasn't caught off guard at any moment.ProfessionalismMy Durango is running better than it ever has, no questions, hands down!! The truck sounds great, runs better, and accelerates amazingly. I was impressed with the organization of the shop, the workflow, and the workforce. I was followed up on for the work performed, my mechanic loves his job, and I knew what was happening nearly as soon as they knew. I can tell they guys want to grow. Precise's shop and people were actually better at this than many of the "big name" auto service shops and certainly any "local" auto service providers that I've dealt with (I've dealt with many). These guys did not hold my SUV forever, make up with more repairs to add on, or claim work that didn't happen like the "big names" and they didn't drive my vehicle around town, smoke in it, or leave trash for me to clean up like the "no names". Their work is precise. Everything was tested and warranted. Though I didn't require it, they have financing available to help with repair costs. (Side note)My brother is a mechanic, when he visited, he was happy with what he saw (He's never happy, with any work someone else did mechanic wise).CostEver hear the phrase " You get what you pay for" or " good and fast, but not cheap"...They may be trying to change this, because I feel I got more than what I payed for after extensive damage that was done to the engine (my Durango seems new). Their work was great, it was fast, and fairly cheap for how much work was needed...I can't promise anyone anything about how they will feel about pricing because people's incomes vary, but I can put my name on the line for their workmanship. You'd need to be more nit picky than my brother to be dissatisfied.HonestyTyler informed me that they have made mistakes before because humans do, unfortunately, but they will always stand by theirs. The fact that he'd say that tells me that the mistakes are few and they won't mess up and blame it on the customer.OVERALLThis is one of the best shops I've visited and therefore one of the best reviews I've written. Precise is one of the top 3 in the Huntsville area, and a hidden gem nestled in Hazel Green. I am happy with them, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tyler and his Precise Automotive & Performance family. Can't complain about these guys, just too good at it.

We recently moved to the area and were looking to get an oil leak repaired on our Jeep. Tyler diagnosed the issue from my description and pulled it in right away to confirm. Took my wife's 2020 KIA Telluride in at 8AM and they repaired and replaced AC condenserby 3pm same day.Tyler is an honest man and happy to give him my business.Also, this same repair would have be $1500 more at the local KIA service center.Thank you Tyler!TroyService: A/C installation & repair

I recently purchased a 2005 Corvette that had the known Harmonic Balancer wobble and a mysterious leak. Tyler advised me what HB to order along with other parts. I delivered the car and in one day they had Replaced my HB, front crank seal, serpentine and accessory belts, changed the oil and filter, replaced my coolant and located and fixed the mysterious leak. These guys are awesome to say the least. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They have gained a life time customer and I will be referring all my lsx buddies to Precise Auto!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

Tyler and the guys over at precise always do great work. This time they got my catback put on within just a couple hours and replaced a couple of crucial parts for me. If you're in the new market, meridianville, hazel green area- there really isn't a better shop around.

Since 2008, I have used Tyler for all 5 of my cars maintenance and repairs. He knows his craft, is honest and has integrity! He always makes it right and has unbeatable prices!
