I recently took my car to Dennis one stop here in Hazel Green. I would highly recommend this place! They were very friendly and had my vehicle fixed and back to me in just a few days. The price was very reasonable and they kept me informed on how things were going. They also keep all their vehicles inside a locked fence during non business hours so it s a good piece of mind that my vehicle is secure. Take your vehicle here for repairs, you will not be disappointed!

Dennis's One Stop Auto Shop has been my "go to" mechanic for several different vehicles and he has always delivered to my expectations and satisfaction. Dennis does good work. He is knowledgible, skilled, conscientious, prompt and affordable. I have used him on minor and major repairs and he has never let me down. I highly recommend him.

If I could leave a 7 star review I would. Dennis is a good mechanic and runs a good shop and this alone makes it a 5 star place but what makes this a great place is that is that Dennis and Tippie are honest good people who treat others the way they want to be treated. If everyone still did business the way they do the world would be a better place. I knew after stopping in and talking to them for 5 minutes that this is place I needed to be at for my vehicle issue. I came in with a troubled 30 year old truck and they helped with the hard to find parts when no one else could and got it back running good as new. I highly recommend them but don t take my word for it stop in and see for yourself.Service: Engine repair

I first took a car to Dennis's several years ago at the recommendation of another mechanic who couldn't identify the source of my car's problem. Dennis found it and fixed it, no issues, fair price. We were referred to Dennis' One Stop Auto Shop by a close friend! We have discovered that our friend was right! Dennis corrects the issues without creating more problems that we all fear and he completes the repairs when he says. Three words come to mind: honest, accurate and fair! He and his wife, Tippie, who we suspect is the "true" boss, make it a pleasant and even fun experience!

The best mechanic around.Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Went way beyond to make sure everything worked on my jeep !!!! The lady in the front front was extremely knowledgeable as well and very courteous. These people will get my business from now on. Prices are very affordable.

Dennis and Tippie are the most down to earth people you will ever meet. They have always made time to work on mine and my family s vehicles! Dennis has been able to figure out issues that nobody else could to get my car back on the road. Doing business with them guarantees an honest, genuine, and affordable experience! Their interests in growing their business is not solely based on making an income but rather to help those that need it!

One of the top 3 worst customer experiences i have had in my life. If I could give a negative star review I would. What started as a decent experience quickly changed when the front desk became involved. The front of the shop and rear do not coordinate. The lady working the front has zero customer service and seems to think she can down talk men. Yelling so loudly by phone that others could hear. My husband is a very kind character. I don't take kindly about him being treated with such vile disrespectful behavior. I'm still livid that money was exchanged. Because it wasn't deserved. If you go here, be prepared.

This is the absolute best repair shop that i have been to, Dennis is amazing , i had an engine put in my excursion , and i was not disappointed a little bit. I have been using Dennis' One Stop for almost six years now and I have no plans on going anywhere else. Dennis has always treated right, trying to get the best price on parts and making sure the job is done right. He is very considerate and always asks if he can fix another car when the other guy has only one vehicle. Great place. They replaced a starter and I had my van back in 3 hours. I have met several who recommended Dennis' to me and I was quite impressed with the service and the repair. Dennis and his wife Tippy are wonderful people who will treat you with respect and be nothing but honest about what your vehicle needs. They don t overcharge or price gouge and they are very fair. They got my sisters car into the shop in a very timely manner and had it fixed up in no time. I would highly recommend them for your big repairs or even basic needs such as oil changes. I have used Dennis as our familyMechanic since moving here 15 years ago. Since then, Dennis (& Tippy) have become more than just our vehicle repair team, they have become our friends.Dennis has kept my 1999 Ford F-150 running for many years, serviced my wife s car(s), put an engine in my sons car, and recently serviced my Jeep. We take all of our vehicles to him.Dennis will always give you an estimate prior to doing the work, and will personally walk through your options. He is honest, professional and gives you the brass tacks as he see s it.I can t give him and his wife more than 5 stars or I would.On top of the personal service, he is very economical . YOU WON'T FIND A MORE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC IN OUR AREA THAN DENNIS! He has serviced my vehicles for a decade and I will not use anyone else.He will give you a quote and call for permission to begin. He will call if he runs into any issues and get permission to continue. He has saved me so much money. He also has rebuilt a truck for my 15 year old son to drive when he turns 16! Had went to another mechanic before Dennis's and he had created a disaster under my hood. Such a disaster Dennis was unable to tackle. There were SAFETY concerns the "other" mechanic left, as a professional Dennis couldn't risk the attempt to correct. He & his wife expressed their empathy & politely wished me luck in seeking repair.. My regret is I didn't take my car to them first.Service: Engine repair

I never leave commits, but after this phone call I had to do it. I just call this shop to see if they would work on my car and the response surprised me. The lady that answered the phone just said no thank you and hung up the phone. Just thought this was very rude.

My Subaru was dying, and he made it run as it did when I first bought it, if not better. It's amazing the work he does. If you have vehicle issues, he's your guy. You won't drive away disappointed. EVER. They're honest and do what needs to be done, more than reasonably. It's a fortunate thing to find a good, honest mechanic, truly. So grateful.

Dennis is an outstanding Master Mechanic. He has worked on multiple vehicles of mine over the last 10 years. If it is anything major, he's one of the very few I trust.
