Second time I've had new tires placed on a vehicle here. I have had no issues whatsoever. Just order my tires online and either pay for the installation online or at the store. I can't remember how long the first set of tires took to put on, but it was quick. The second set today were put on in under an hour. Keep in mind I was there at 7am. Even when I was leaving a little before 8 there were cars starting to line up so it might be wise to schedule your tire installment earlier in the day rather than in the middle or later. I have had an oil change done here as well and they did great. The oil change I had was during the afternoon and they were pretty busy so it understably took a little longer than expected, but the team here have been awesome and communicated with me well.

First time our minivan has been in to this shop for an oil change. We also had the fuel injection service. Over 2 hour wait on this Saturday. As soon as I started it up it was making a weird noise. I looked under the hood and to my amazement there was a screw driver from the Walmart tech that was left and it was lodged on the alternator pulley/belt! (See picture). After pulling it out I went right back and another tech said it belonged to one of the other Walmart techs (that was now on lunch break). Also found a cap from a spray can left inside engine compartment as well. They definitely need more quality control! Always make sure you have all your tools and items before closing the hood. Your lunch can wait--do it right or don't do it at all. This could have been a very costly repair!! Super sloppy workmanship!!!Service: Oil change

This visit was great. They're understaffed like so many places so the service took awhile, but they were completely up front about that and walking around Wal-Mart isn't a hardship. I picked up a few things I needed and then grabbed a quick (very affordable) meal at the deli and ate while I waited in their comfy little waiting area.I had all four tires balanced and rotated, and an oil change.They came to tell me I needed a replacement light they don't stock, but told me where I could get one and they'd happily install it for me.It took roughly 90 minutes and they hustled the whole time.They were polite, professional and on the ball.I was having some issues with my tire sensors and they fixed that as well.I was very impressed.

I arrived a few minutes after 9.00 was second in line for a simple oil change. Two hours later they came out to tell me that they could not do the oil change because a torque check had failed on the drain plug. The other car in front of me had left at least 45minutes earlier. After two hours no oil change no nothing what a waist of time.Service: Oil change

Long story short. The old guy lied to me and said they had only one kind of oil for my car (car takes 5w-30 full synthetic dexos) which was $60. They had a sign up that said quaker state full synthetic dexos $44.88. I just so happened to notice a box in the shop FULL of oil that said Quaker state full synthetic 5w-30 dexos when I called him out on it all he said was oh I didn t see that box . When that box was beside my car the whole time of the oil change and he got the more expensive oil from right beside it

NEVER AGAIN will I go to the Hartselle WM Automotive center. The WM store itself is good, but the automotive center is pitiful. On Friday, 6-7-19 I was the first one there to have four tires mounted that I ordered from WM online, checked in in quickly and the tire guy was quick to start but ran into a problem that I had to resolve later that day - not his fault. BUT I went back the next day, Saturday, and was the second car in line at 6:55 AM. The two guys from Friday weren't there unfortunately. A guy raises one of the garage doors about 7:15 (they open at 7:00). The car in front of me had two tires replaced. I had four tires replaced. They finished with me at 10:30. IT TOOK THEM 3.5 HOURS TO MOUNT 6 TIRES!!! One guy started the job, the service manager showed up later and "helped", then a third guy came in at 10:00. So at one point three guys were working on my car and it still took 1.5 to mount my four tires. It's like they were having a contest to see how long a simple job would take. I may go to a different WM auto center, but never this one again. Or I may order tires from WM but mount them elsewhere.

Went to get oil change this morning. 30-40 estimated wait: ok. Waited for 30 minutes to be told they couldn't change my oil. I can understand that they can't take responsibility for damage cause by non standard parts currently on the vehicle and refused to service. But they didn't mention my oil was so low that it didnt even touch the stick. I had to go back in and buy some and pour in myself in the auto parking lot.

The day after Christmas we were driving and had a tire pressure problem. The two technicians working very graciously helped us refill the problem tire.

Worst Walmart Auto Center for customer service. They are always very busy. But, are never in a hurry she gets the job done. It took four hours for them to even look at my car. they then told me it would be at least another hour because the only person that could work on tires was on break and the job would take him 30 minutes once he returned. I was irate and that manager on duty was not concerned. I took my business to a different Walmart and was in and out in 20 minutes. Understaffed and desperately in need of retraining current staff

They were very polite and had finished my oil change in 20 minutes. Charlie Pol is very knowledgeable about her job and makes you feel very welcomed and very appreciative for your business. Jeffery, Anthony and Virgil did an excellent job.Completely different from the service that I received at Moulton Walmart previously. I will be buying my tires and having my oil changed at the Hartselle store only in the future.

Don't go here. These aren't real mechanics. They watch videos in the back office for their training. They have a high rate of 'incidents' which is hard to believe since they reject almost all tire repair work and really only do the most basic of car maitenance. The prices are good but the price you pay in the long run just doesn't make it worth it. At least find someone who was trained on actual cars not a computer screen.

awful experience... they take hours even when they have no customers. Took 2 hours to get a simple oil change, another hour for 2 tires. The customer service is horrible, the work is awful, the people are terrible, just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... anywhere else.

They didnt do anything i asked. When i left there . I had a flat wire hanging out of my tire. They marked on the INSPECTION sheet was marked they were ok. My flat was a half a block away due to wire showing in the tire.

I was broke down on the side of road because a blow out and tire lube express quoted 3 hr wait for service and I explained my situation to them and the moved me next in line. Thank you TLE athens walmart

After waiting 2 hours for an oil change the man walks out and said he busted our oil filter and he doesn't know how he's going to get it off. Overall horrible service I would recommend going across the street and paying an extra 15 dollars

Worse customer service I've ever had to deal with. They never answer there phones or if they do decide to answer after the phones been ringing for 5 mins they either have and attitude like you was bothering them or they just hang up on you

I Called and asked if they had certain tires in stocks. Employee supposedly checked and told me had them. Then after I got there they discovered that they didn't have them. When I asked if they would be getting any in all I got was a shrug and "I don't know. "

Very badcustomer service write it over 30 minutes to see about getting a price on a set of tires and then they dwasn't knowledgeable about the tires that they were selling.

Went to get an oil change 7:55 am nobody is in the bay. Took the guy about 15 minutes to walk out to tell me it s an hour wait.
