I bought a Ford Explorer from this place . I couldn t get insurance the day I got the car and was going to get insurance the next day. The owner was sitting outside my house the next morning like a stake out. Followed me from NW Decatur to the point mallard parkway to my insurance company. Two weeks later the transmission was going out took it back to get fixed they had it for 1 month gave it back it was still the same they said they rebuilt the transmission. They were the worst at communicating I ended up calling the BBB because they sold me a lemon and wanted me to still pay.

My car I purchase from Roberts auto sales saved my family. We were struggling my husband lost his job and we have 2 children. He placed us in a car actually a SUV and my husband was able to work and my children and us made it. My husband got a promotion. Without our car that is perfect and good pricing we would have never made it! He took a chance on us and thank you!!!

On Sunday, August 6th 2023, a storm came through Decatur and uprooted trees all over the city. One tree crushed all 3 of my sons vehicles. Not knowing what to do, we reached out to the community on a Facebook group, asking for help. While most people were only offering criticism and lectures, Robbie Case, the owner of Robert s Auto Sales, offered him a car. On Thursday, August 10th 2023, Robert s Auto Sales DONATED a 2013 Mazda 3 to my son in his time of need. My son is a 19 year old supporting a family of 4 on one income. Robbie Case and his incredible generosity helped save my son from losing everything he has worked so hard to get and maintain. We will forever be grateful! That s the kind of person you WANT to do business with. I highly recommend doing business with this place, as they really care about the people!

I did NOT buy from Robert's, but had to post a GLOWING review.It turns out that their car was not the one for me, but their honesty, helpful support and thorough review of the car made me wish that I could buy from them.This is a responsive, detailed and friendly dealer, that you can TRUST.Carmen, Greg and Robert, thank you for your help.

I got a 2015 f150 super crew cab this is my 2nd vehicle with them he gave me a fair price on my trade in. The truck I purchased had 2 minor issues after I got home it was a Saturday and they was about to close but Robert himself assured me he would take care of it and he did came and brought me a loaner that Monday and fixed the issues and apologized for any inconvenience caused then a week later checked on me again to see how it was going. Can't ask for better service than that.

Bought a truck on April 20. Paid 3500 down. Drove it for 2 1/2 weeks and the transmission broke. It sat in there parking lot after having to have it towed for 3 weeks before it was ever moved. Payed my payments of 110 every week like I was supposed to even though it wasn running. No one has called me to tell me what is wrong with it. Every time I call, no one can tell me anything, just keep being told I'll get called back and never do. Everytime I go up there, no one is there I can talk to or they didn't have time to look at it. I've made 2 payments while getting to drive it and have made 4 payments for it to just sit there. Once this truck is paid for, I'll never do business here again and suggest no one else does business here neither. I'm over 4000 in it and still have nothing to drive and haven't since the first week of May but they keep wanting there payments on time....Update... Took 3 months to get the truck back. Had to have the trans rebuilt. When I got it back it did drive strong for 4 more weeks before the motor went out. It stop putting out compression and I took it to a different shop to have it fixed. I was told that motor was shot and it wasn't worth rebuilding and I would need another motor.

They have been so good to me and worked with me when I've been in a tight spot! The staff is always friendly! Ms. Carmen is precious and Robert is a stand up guy! I highly recommend them to anyone looking. :)

I bought a car from Roberts and ran into some financial problems. Went up there and talked to them about it and they were very understanding and helped me out of a tuff situation. Would highly recommend then and will be a future customer.

If you return a car to them they file a claim to your insurance stating that you had been in an accident and they collect that money in your name. Sounds like fraud?

They had been called to tell them that I would be able to drop off the payment in the dropbox after hours on the day my payment was due because I had to work late... They then REPO'D MY CAR that night, even though I had made the payment prior to the repo and now they expect me to pay $300 to get my car back

We were able to find a used car that was satisfactory and the salesman was pleasant and willing to work a deal.I'm sad to say that I was too quick in giving Robert's Auto Sales a good review. I'll just say that they are not nice people, with which to deal.

This is the absolute WORST used car dealership I have ever seen. They sold my friend a car for twice its value (paid $7,000/worth appx. $3,000), then proceeded to tell him the car was in great condition. Since then (appx. one year) my friend has had to replace two rotors, two calipers, the water pump, the timing belt, and two rims. This car was in horrible shape, but my friend was so desperate for a vehicle he had no choice but to purchase from this dealership. Robert and his crooks took advantage of my friend's misfortune. With the amount of money my friend has had to put in the vehicle he has had a hard time making the payments and paying for the insurance. One of the secretaries told my friend they would work with him, then proceeded to repossess his vehicle on at 7:00 on a Saturday night KNOWING they would be stranding him an hour away from home, and that he wouldn't be able to get his vehicle back until the following Tuesday. Then, when my friend tried to call them Tuesday morning to express his anger about how they totally SCREWED him, the secretary repeatedly hung up on him. I took my friend to the dealership, and my friend asked me to go in and pay for him because he didn't want to argue with anyone. Well, Robert meets me outside. I introduced myself and told him I was there on my friend's behalf to lessen the chance of an argument. Robert immediately says "How do you put up with him? He's a total d*ckhead!" HE CALLED ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS A D*CKHEAD BECAUSE HE WAS UPSET ABOUT ROBERT SCREWING HIM. I have NEVER in my life seen someone be more hateful and disrespectful to a customer simply because the customer was upset with him. I can't speak for any of his employees because I didn't interact with them outside of paying the $300 repossession fee (which is RIDICULOUSLY expensive), but I can say Robert is a horrible, vile individual who should NOT be given the ability to own his own business. So, I very highly recommend NOBODY choose to purchase a vehicle from Robert's Auto Sales. You will regret it, just like my friend does.

I am currently buying a car from here, and I am very dissatisfied so far. Upon buying my vehicle, I put $2,500 down. They told me the car I was buying was maintained, and in great running condition. The 3rd week I bought it, I had to do maintenance on it. Including; oil change, ($44 and they told me that was already done) replace a fuse ($34), alternator changed (nearly $400), battery terminal ($10), and the labor on this was nearly $300 dollars. Mind you I hadn t even payed my first months payment... when my payment rolled around, I tried contacting them for TWO WEEKS, with no answer at all, I left several voicemails with no call returned. My wife called Tuesday at 2:06pm and FINALLY got in touch with somebody. She had explained to them the situation and told them I would be in Saturday to make my payment. The lady she spoke with said she would put a note on my file and I would be ok to do that. Here it is, Friday, and I wake up to go to work and my car is gone!!! I call them, and tried to get everything figured out, because they were contacted and was supposed to put a note into my account about my payment. The lady I spoke with was VERY rude, and basically called me a liar, even though I have it in my wifes call history showing that she did have a conversation with them. Once I got off the phone, I called back to tell her the exact day and time that they were contacted, and she would not answer my phone call!!! 5 times calling back to back with no answer, and as in no answer she kept hitting the FU button on me. She answered one time, and immediately hung up. Then I used someone else s phone with a different phone number and she answered on the first ring. I tried to explain to her again the day and time they were contacted, and she basically once again Called me a liar. Now I have to pay my full car payment and a towing bill because they screwed up!!!!!!! Then when I m telling her I don t feel as if I should have to pay a towing bill because they didn t put the note into my account, the girl hung up on me!!! They are refusing to tell me the towing company s name that took my vehicle, when I want to call and find out how much the towing bill is, because the girl doesn t know. On top of all this, she ap doesn t know when my car will be there, and it possibly won t be till tomorrow. So now I m missing two days out of work, and so is my wife because their incompetence to simply put a note on my account, and having to pay an outrageous amount for them to tow my car when it shouldn t have been towed to begin with!!!! I m going to pay my car off and never use them again, and I don t recommend any one else using them either. Poor customer service, poor maintenance on vehicles, and poor with working with people who just put out nearly $800 dollars to fix one of their vehicles before their first car payment!!! You want to know where your car payment went, and half my rent money went? THERE YOU GO!!!

Wish i could give zero stars. Dont buy here, they dont respect their own contract. Awful experience. Dont take your huabands there becayse they lady at the front desk trys to get at them ... No respect what so ever.

As far as used car dealers go it's the best your gonna get with a garage that can fix the car you have purchased even if it's not under warranty they may could help you

After year's of business with this company I found out I was 48.00 behind on a fee. Before I could get it to them they picked up my car! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!
