I just want to say thank you so much to Doug and his daughter Crystal! They provided a1 customer service I'm so sad that I live in Nashville and I was just passing through but I'm so thankful that these were the people that I encountered during this time. Times like these remind you of why we all need to stick together. Thank you Doug and Crystal and pups

We were traveling back home to Indiana from Florida and experienced terrible vibration on trailer. We exited I65 to troubleshoot. Googled tire store in vicinity and we were at truck stop right next door to Dodge City tire store. We pulled in and they got to work immediately.We had 2 bad tires about to pop.Within 1 hour we were back on the road with all new tires, balanced and installed at a good price. We were lucky they didn't blow out on the road. Sheer luck we found this store who does honest work, no price gouging for travelers. No pressure, just honest people.Very clean store with friendly staffWould use them again. And they are dog people too (extra points for us)Believe the good reviews you read!

We too were traveling on I 65 with a leaking tire. What luck to find this tire shop. Devine intervention I say. They quickly patched our tire and we were back on our way. And the cost was more than reasonable. And the friendly service is just superb. Thanks so much.

We were headed to the beach and got a flat tire. Not being from the area, we were worried, but when we found this place, they took care of us. They had us in and out with a new tire within 15 minutes. Super nice staff that worked quickly to get us back on the road. I would definitely recommend Dodge City!

Driving down the highway at 11:30pm, we had a flat tire and no spare. The wrecker dropped my dog, wife, and I off in front of this shop and left us with our vehicle. We had no access to uber or Lyft and were stranded with no options. As we stayed in our vehicle over night, we wondered how the next morning would go and hoped this shop would be able to take care of us so we could be back on the road. Well 6:45am rolled around and we were honored to meet the owner Doug. This shop doesn t open until 7:30, and at 6:45, he welcomed us in as he got there early to open shop. Instead of morning opening routines, he got right to our issue instead. He opened the waiting room and bathroom so my wife could freshen up and be comfortable after our joyous night in the vehicle. Doug and one of his workmates took the tire off and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes. They made sure all our tires were aired and ready to roll again. There was even a scheduled costumer there that we kind of got ahead of, and he seemed so nice and not put out that we needed help quickly, and I could tell the owner even treated him like family. I am beyond impressed with the service and this business. As a fellow business owner, I understand costumer service, and this place has it right. Thank you so much again Doug for getting us on the road quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. Your business is amazing, and I hope you can serve yourself vacation sometime soon as well. Thanks again!

This is an excellent example of a professional work place. The manager (Doug) and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The place is also very nice and clean. One of our cars needed fast service on the way, and these guys' service was nothing short of amazing, at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Truly, I can't say enough nice things about this shop. They are trustworthy, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. They genuinely care about their customers, and they will give you honest advice about your vehicle. I'm so glad we found them!

They were very helpful. I was headed to Birmingham when my check engine light came on so I pulled off the interstate and they checked the code and got me going quickly.Their shop is conveniently located right by the truck stop so it is easy to get to for those who are traveling on interstate 65 north or south.

I was traveling I-65 South when I stopped to get gas and realized I had wires showing! Google Maps lead me to Dodge City Tire and they got me back on the road in no time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone passing thru or anyone living in this area! They have a very clean and cool waiting area. With me being from out of town they could have taken advantage of me but they didn't they helped me get back on the road the best way possible!! Thank you to the guy who works front desk!

We were driving on I 65 South bound, stopped off in a rest stop and realized our back tire had a nail and was leaking at a quick pass. Luckily for us Dodge City Tire and crew were less then 3 miles away! Hobbled along on our spare, the guys were friendly, quickly assessed the situation and noted that BOTH back tires had punctures! After a short cool down in their clean and relaxed waiting area, we were back on our way! They were able to patch both tires. With two "out of towners" in a pickle, they could have taken advantage. Can't thank the team enough for the quick, friendly and professional service on such short notice. We were back on the road within 45 minutes of stopping!! The offer of Chicago Pizza and beers on us will always be open :)

We found Dodge City Tire & Lube out of pure desperation, my son's car broke down on his way home from college on I65. It was almost closing time and when I called Doug (the manager) he did everything in his power to help. They diagnosed the minor problem and got him back on the road in just a few minutes. Its so nice to deal with people who are so caring and helpful as well as honest, we are grateful for crossing their path, gave us renewed faith in humanity!! Would highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle's needs!

Bought two sets of tires here and had some repairs before a long trip. Great service and honest staff to deal with. Doug and Zac were easy to deal with.

Amazing! Came to get me and my vehicle, saved me a tow fee and that is just the beginning of the accommodations they offered me (WiFi, a car to use while I waited, a nap, you name it they were willing to do it). Replaced my alternator and battery. Very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend them!

They had my car ready in one day fuel pump went out on my way to work got it towed with my insurance to the Chevron down the street they pulled it to the shop . diagnosed it.ordered part and had it installed it was ready at 9:00 a.m. great staff we even had a laugh out of the situation.they even saved me around 180$ in discounts thanks again

Had the alternator go out on my pickup. I deliver rvs. Got in the shop on a Saturday morning. Had to order parts so waited till Monday morning. Parts came in, they shipped the wrong alternator. They literally got in their car and drove a half hour to get the correct one. Pricing was fair. Work was goid. People were goid. I break down again, I hope it is in Dodge City. Thanks guys.
