Everything went great. I could care less if they showed me that dip stick with oil at the line. But it seemed important. Never have to call for an appointment. Got everything done very quickly.

Didn't fill my fluids. They lost a valve stem cover. Paid over 111.00 just for a oil change. No tire rotation or anything.

The guys are very friendly and helpful. Service was fast but thorough. They're always sure to show you how your oil or filters look and confirm after a change that your oil has been completely refilled. They never seem to mind having to reset my maintenance alert system for me, because I can never remember all the steps on my hybrid.

I have been having my oil changed here for almost 4 years now. They are extremely friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and helpful in giving advice on lots of things, things that I have personally asked them for information about. They have always done a great job on my car and keeping it running. My car has almost 200,000 miles on it. 5 stars for sure!!

QUALITY, Excellent service, THE PRICES are at my pocket size. According the Car SERVICE ARE NEEDS ..... I'm A SURELY RETURNING CUSTOMER. Every time my BROOMS with WHEELS need a new service from this PLACE I Guarantee they not TRICKY like "Other Places" I trusted my cars before and I ended at side of the Road after few time....SO NOW I'M ONLY CUSTOMER OF THIS ,, CASTROL PREMIUM CAR SERVICE PLACE IN HANCEVILLE, AL 35077

This is where I go to get my oil changed even though I live in town. The employees are very friendly and they're fast. Definitely will go back.
