Went to MotorSportsSuperStore in Hamilton, Alabama for the second time in two days and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable Donny Harden.Mr. Harden asked how he could help and quickly took me to the exact Scag product I was looking for.He was able to answer all my questions about the product and are clearly not only a dealer but a full-service shop as well.He had input and helpful advice about use and care of these lawnmowers. I told him the number of acres I was cutting and persuaded me to look at instead of a SCAG butGravely product. He is a true professional and can help you to make an excellent decision. He was right I brought the Gravely and it is performing outstanding.I will continue to go back to this store for the knowledge and top-notch service.Thanks Mr. Harden.

We bought a jetski from there, and they were super great to work with on it. Liked them so much we bought a side-by-side from them, too. They are very friendly, and their service department is quite speedy! Customer service like theirs is so rare these days.

I would like to say I'm not saying that people don't get scammed every day. But this place insulted My husband and myself after spending $2100. They accused us of trying to scam them and basically called us liars over a piece of plastic that probably doesn't cost no more than $50 if I would have known the piece was broken when I took it up there. I promise you. I would have asked them to replace it along with the other $2100 that spent trying to stay local and keep the money local. But thanks to his attitude and calling me a liar and a cheat. I will make sure I take my money. And anything else and go to tupelo, mississippi, and make sure that they get any money any more And what started it was because we had noticed a piece that was not on the side by side when we were about to leave. So they went to track it down and found out that the guy that tried to do some work on. It was fired because he'd only been there 2 weeks and couldn't do his job. But yet we're the ones that got burnt in the deal So thanks for insulting me and my husband again

When I bought my RZR, there was a promotion related to the 2014 Auburn football championship game, and I bought it there because of the promotion. When I arrived, they tried to make me sign something rejecting the promotion, which I refused to do. They tried repeatedly, and I refused repeatedly. Finally, they gave in when I was about to walk out the door. If you are going to offer a promotion (which I didn't ask for in the first place) you need to honor it, not try to avoid honoring it when a customer walks in with a certified check with your name on it.

MotorsportsSuper Store in Hamilton AL went above and beyond to keep us updated on everything that was going on while our bike was there getting fixed and made sure everything was ready to go when we were able to pick it up. They were all very professional and helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to everyone! If your buying new/used or needing parts this is the place to go! Thank you to the service manager who took care of us!

Absolutely love the Ranger and the sale was pressure free and everyone was like dealing with family. Had a simple problem few months later and they assisted me. I had it repaired no questions asked. Simply repaired it and called me to come pick it up, easy as that. They took care of all the warranty part. The machine still runs like the day I bought it. I would drive back and do business again for sure. Thanks guys and gals

Props to the friendly staff at Motorsports Superstore! I needed a part for my weedeater and they had it in stock. They also have a huge selection of atvs, motorcycles, mowers, and watercraft. It s always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

I gave them one star because zero wasn't an option. My boyfriend bought an oil change kit there, supporting the local dealer. The guy who sold it to him was quite rude to begin with. Then after getting the kit home and completing the oil change, he found out that you need extra oil, other than what comes with the kit, if you're changing the filter as well. The guy who sold it to him knew he was changing the filter, however he didn't mention this at all. I later had to make another 60 mile round trip to get another quart of oil. There was a different guy behind the counter that day. I explained what happened, including the extra trip it cost us. He never offered an explanation or an apology. As a matter of fact, he never said a word. From now on, we will stick with ordering parts and supplies online. It's much cheaper, just as quick, and we won't have to deal with rude, uncaring salespeople. It's a shame that they take their customers for granted. This is why people prefer to order online, sadly.

I bought a gravely 0-turn lawnmower and a can-am defender pro xt side x side from them. Haven't had a bit of trouble out of either one of them. The staff was very helpful and I got accessories added to them for a fair price and in a timely fashion

Ordered my tires,tubes and rim strips on a Thursday. Received the tires on Monday. Tubes and strips came two days later. I've always had a great experience except once on an item that was due to lack of communication. I called and it was taken care of very fast. I definitely will continue to order parts from here.

Philip was great, bought a X3 and had it shipped. Philip helped with the shipping, it arrived on time, in perfect shape, no issues what so ever. It was exactly what it was supposed to be and was a better deal than I could find anywhere else. 5 stars to the whole crew !!

I've been going to these guys for maybe 5 years about any service that my motorcycle has needed. They've always been friendly and helped me out to the best of their abilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently relocated to the area and went in to buy a new zero turn mower. The sales person was helping other customers so my father and I just browsed the showroom inventory. Once he was done with his customers he acknowledged us looking at the mowers and said, Did y all need something ? I explained that I was buying a house here in Hamilton and was going to be purchasing a new zero turn mower to which he replied, well there are some in here and some outside... . No offer to help, no questions regarding the use, nothing. He could care less that we were there. Needless to say, I spent $5,500 in Tuscumbia at Shoals motor sports. I would have much rather spent my money right here in Hamilton. Now we are looking at purchasing either a four wheeler or a side by side, and I am not even going to waste my time at this store. I ve talked to some people around town and apparently I m not the only one that has had this type of experience here. I understand this is owned by Fikes Chevrolet. That s a shame because I am also in the market for a new vehicle for me and a used vehicle for my daughter. Very disappointed that I feel the need to look elsewhere than the town I live in to spend my money....

Best in the business I have been using them for 15 years and they have always treated me more than fair. I have bought over 20 items from chain saws and weed eaters to atvs....they are the only ones I trust to do all my service work and will never use anyone else...

I had some service work done at a very reasonable price, and the parts were priced reasonably as well. What I found was that I could get OEM factory parts for the same price or cheaper than I could get aftermarket on eBay a lot times. Glad to have y'all serving our community and offering the best of the best products such as Can Am. One less thing I have drive to the nearest major city to get. Everyone from the salesmen to guys in the shop are great at what they do, and you tell they love doing it. Keep up the good work! This is one dealership you don't have to afraid to visit!

I have always had excellent service. Being seriously "mechanically challenged" it's normal for me to not know the exact name of the part I'm looking for and on at least one occasion they insisted I order seals (knowing I would need them- but offering to let me return them if I didn't, they were right of course, I needed them along with the original part I was looking for). This parts department has always been patient with me, and extremely helpful. I have a store within 50 miles, but I prefer ordering from MotorSports Superstore. The attitude of the parts department is miles ahead of the local guys who just shake their heads and try to talk me into letting them do the repairs at huge markup. I have and will continue to recommend you.

This shop has a great customer service. I brought my bike in to replace my back tire. I told the gentleman that I would be selling the bike and did not want to purchase a very expensive tire. Yes I know you get what you pay for. I was not talked out of purchasing a different tire than what I wanted. Also I brought the bike in and was told that it could be by the next day or even the day after. I left and within 5 minutes I received a call saying they could have it done within an hour and he wanted to save me a trip from coming back the next day. So I ate dinner and return as asked and the bike was ready.

I had only 1 issues with the bike that is it wouldn't start, I took it to them it took over 2 months to fix it and they never called me when it was done I had to keep calling them for any updates, after I got it back I decided to over look how long it took but after I got it home I noticed my bike was leaking oil and shortly after that my chain fell off I didn't have any of these issues when I first had the bike wich j mind you was brand new and now its falling apart. Never take anything here if you value your vehicles.

I had a visit to look at the Can Am's not with any real intension of buying anytime soon. Greg spent time and made sure we knew all about the bike. I was impressed with him and came back when i was ready to purchase. Called him up told him which one i wanted and picked it up a few days later after assembly

Thank You so much for giving me your honest opinion and making my first ATV the best choice I could possibly make! The Polaris 850 is a wonderful, durable, and safe machine in which I have enjoyed numerous hours of fun in such a short time. And thanks again for taking a large part of your sales team day to answer my questions so I understood I was making the best purchase choice I could make. Who knows how long till I pick up a RZR! Now lets get muddy!
