Called to get a transmission for a 2001 Toyota Sequioa. They provided fast courteous service. Unlike most car places they didn't treat me as I was dumb because I am female. They were extremely professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and will be returning again for my parts in the future.

Just spoke with Aaron on the phone, and he was very helpful. I need some wheels for my car, and they have a whole set available of what I'm needing. He described the vehicle and condition of the wheels, and took my order. Said that he will call me when the wheels are pulled and ready for pick-up in the next few days. I'm looking forward to doing business with these guys.Update: Aaron called me back just a few hours later and said that the wheels were ready to pick up the same day I called! I got there as quick as I could, and he was standing at the desk ready to help me check out. The wheels I needed were already sitting out front and are exactly as advertised. Aaron even came out and helped me load them into my truck as I was leaving... I will definitely be doing more business with these folks. Super professional, clean office and parking area, and they sell quality parts. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.But a big shout out to Aaron! He hooked me up right today!

Purchased an engine from here and it was delivered within a reasonable time frame. My mechanic had it installed with the old engine ready to be shipped back within two days. I called Albert and he said he d send someone out soon and call me back. He never called me back. This same thing happened about a dozen times over three months.They still haven t picked up my engine so I can get my core charge back. It s also taking up a lot of space in my mechanics shop. I have wasted an incredible amount of time calling them and waiting around after they would tell me a day they would pickup and no one would show up.I just want my engine to be picked up.Edit after the owners response: They made no indication that delivering my engine to another state would be a special exception until it came time to pickup my old engine so I can get my core charge back. They can t call me back but they re pretty quick to respond to a bad review.

ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL !!! ordered a seatbelt two weeks ago and have still not received it !! when you call its excuses excuses and nobody knows what is going on !! called 4 days ago and got the we will call you right back .... no call back smh customer service is nil ...terrible .... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE !! Were quick to take my money but never delivered the goods

Our shop purchased a rear differential for a 04 Pontiac GTO from Parts Now LLC. When they showed up the diff was already out of the vehicle we were working on, so we sent it with them. Kyle our tech installed the diff and drove it the same day. Of course when we drove the car we noticed that the rear end was screaming so we brought it back to inspect it Before we called him. We brought it in lifted it up and made sure it was definitely the supplied rear end and it was for sure. We then called and the owner of Parts Now LLC agreed to supply us with another diff a couple days later since the one he supplied was faulty. A few days later we called and the diff was being loaded and on its way, well long story short it never showed up. We called the owner back and he told us since we did not use fluid from the dealer he would not swap it out. We use the same fluid we use for EVERY VEHICLE, fluid that meets our exceeds what the dealer recommends. Guess it all makes since because they just had to have cash. And now some unlucky person will get our diff and go through the same stuff we have. This business does not care about customers. We told him hes screwing over a military vet and he just hung up. Goes to show what type of people they really are.

I would not recommend this company period they are the absolute worst!! I purchased a drive shaft two weeks ago and was told for a week it had been shipped. Just to find out that my part hasn't been shipped and provided me with a bogus tracking number. They then got mad because i was pestering them for the part after 2 weeks. Would never do business with this sorry company again.

Ordered an engine from them and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. On the day it was supposed to arrive at 1pm, it never showed up. I called several times and they kept informing me they would call back which they never did. I am currently waiting on a refund after their horrible customer service experience. I would never do business with them again.

I ve been in the automobile industry for many years and I have never met a more dishonest automotive recycler! Do business with these people at your own risk. Dishonest!

Make sure you are asking for the VIN number on anything you order. It is a good idea to Carfax the mileage on anything you are buying from them.
