Run the VIN on anything these guys are selling. I'm looking for a decent, well maintained truck. Saw a candidate on their lot, ran the VIN... Was a rebuild job, and the interior looked like pigs had lived in it. The clean up was a good job... but the cover up isn't. Should be a $5-7 thousand dollar truck, but they want $13K. They are hoping for a sucker to come in and finance it, then find out a couple of years later it has a rebuilt title. Because no cash buyer is going to drop retail value on a truck, only to be handed a REBUILT/SALVAGE Title. And if you are in an accident, that's just money thrown in the gutter.The saying "Buyer Beware" because of guys like this. So BEWARE.

They offered an excellent price for a vehicle I wanted and they were very accommodating for me to drive 4 1/2 hours to get my rental returned and then pick me up an hour from their lot. They went above and beyond normal expectations from a used car lot, so I m very happy with and appreciative of Lamb Motors!

So far so good with my new Dodge Dart. Check engine light came on right after I got it, they repaired the issue and changed the oil free of charge. Friendly, and helped me find a way to get rolling again when I had little to nothing going for me. They always answer the phone and assure me things will be taken care of, and thus far, everything has. 5 stars!

Okay two days later the truck broke down on my way out of state for work. I was left without a vehicle and had to put the truck in the shop and cost me over $1700. I contacted lamb motors and they didn t care. They didn t even offer to help. When I made the purchase I asked about a warrant and Ellis told me to call back in 2 weeks and he would set it up for me. Now I know what happened, he was trying to keep the monthly payments low to make his sale so he didn t include a warranty in my loan which screwed me. I feel cheated and lied to. They didn t care that the truck they sold me caught on fire and cost me over $1700.

We drove almost 4 hours to check out a Jeep. Brian was extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions before the drive. He is the most honest salesman that i have ever dealt with. He has very nice vehicles and he let the Jeep sell itself. Our Jeep was everything he claimed and better and the price was right. The finance department got us a better deal than we had with our own financing. Needless to say, we bought the Jeep and couldnt be happier with the staff and the vehicle. We will return for our next purchase.

They have lots of nice cars, high mileage on many, some lower mileage but all were nice vehicles.Ran my credit..795.. not great I know. But.. Wanted 1500 - 2000 down??Got a letter of denial.Their credit people said they couldn't prove my first mortgage.Not enough high credit on my credit cards.No proof of current mortgage.(I don't have a mortgage)So if you own your home, pay off credit cards monthly. Or your first mortgage was 1st National (nothing against 1st National) Just that it is in the same town and they could not find it. (Their internet was out several hours the day we went could have been the reason, but I don't think it was actually the reason)Unless you're deep in debt or have cash to buy in full, look elsewhere.(I could have paid cash but didn't want to, I was checking it out for my granddaughter who said she'd make the payments). But they turned me down simply because I'm not in debt.I haven't tried to borrow anything in many years, it may this way all the time, but it's crazy in my opinion.

I drove 2 hours to purchase an auto from Bryan who was chatty but vague or without knowledge concerning cars oil status, or lit up dash lights.It was apparent Bryan and I were both looking at this auto for the first time.I paid for auto in full with cash. Easy for all involved since I am from out of state. He caught his error in applying AL tax and we discussed the 5% tax that would be applied to the cost of auto.Sign and sign and when he returns with my 51 dollars in change he gave me 50 dollars and did not to acknowledge his dishonest behavior.So I go on my merry way in my new auto, that has no gas in the tank, dissecting every noise, jingle and newness. I made it back home 106 miles and as I am taking my daughter to school the following morning the oil light flashes and turn off engine now light screams at me and I can only be still until the light turns green.Quickly we pull over and turn off engine. I purchase 1 quart of oil and pray no damage has been done.No damage noted and a fresh oil change was all it needed.The paperwork the dealer said would that a week to get to our Courthouse was there in 2 days but was short a check for the taxes I believed to be taking care of through them.What was on the bill was a dealer service fee for 299.00.What serve did he apply? No gas or oil service performed on the auto I purchased. I paid cash so there was no filing fees or such.I will let you know his response to being a dishonest and greedy man that is ok with taking money from a single working mom with the financial responsibilities for a family of 7.No response to my email of questions and expectations. But that is to be what it will be.Have a lovely and safe weekend.

Thanks to all the great folks at Lamb Motors for getting my son back on the road to his family in Carrollton. It was late when you started and late when you finished but, you made it happen. Don t trust this place. Bryan told me he MIGHT buy our vehicle we was wanting to trade in which is fine he let us know that. But when I asked if the vehicle we was interested in had a salvage or rebuilt title, he left me on read and did not respond anymore.

We live near Hamilton MichiganWith Covid-19 the leased vehicles were not getting returned like they should have been. With that said the used vehicle market had slim picking. We had our minds set that we wanted to go south and find a salt free rust free vehicle as our current family vehicle was nearing 300,000 and has low oil pressure. We are familiar with and have friends near the Cullman Alabama area so that's where our search started. Because of the demand in used vehicles the car lots around us in Zeeland, Holland and Hudsonville had a price increase so when a vehicle that met our search requirements came from a car lot called Lamb and the price seemed to be where it would have been PRE Covid we were shocked. Normally I would be very hesitant to trust somebody I've never met. But every question we asked we received a detailed response and or video with detailed response. We made the decision to fly take a rental car and make the one hour drive to Hamilton Alabama and pick up our new vehicle from Lamb Motors. The owner of Lamb Motors said no need for a rental tell us what time your going to land and we will meet you at the airport. This was on August 8th 2020 it is now October 21st 2020 and our new Yukon made it to st. Ignace Michigan and met snow for the first time last weekend. We couldn't be happier with our decision and I am shocked to see that there is less than 5 star ratings on Google Maps for Lamb Motors.Thank you once again for making our vehicle search simple.

Never buy a vehicle here. Purchased a 2016 f250 with a clean title. Had the title in hand stating it was clean. 3 days after had to replace all injectors cost was $12000. They said that it was not their fault and they would not cover it. Got the fuel tested and sent off to Ford. Said sugar was in the fuel. Kept the truck for 3 years and put over 25k into repairs. Went to trade it in and he offered me half of what the truck was valued at. Took it to a Ford dealer to trade in only to find out truck had a salvage title and had been flipped and completely rebuilt. Never buy here they re all a bunch of crooks.

Had a relay issue with my freighter. Had to stay over night. Got there late so they gave me a loaner car to get to the motel. Very nice people. Had my truck running in less than 24hrs. Been driving it for a couple days now with no problems. The guys in the shop know what they are doing. Give them some respect. I think u..

Bought a 2012 Volkswagen Routan SEL and am very pleased with it AND with the entire Sales & Customer Service I ve experienced at Lamb Motors! Just a few minor things about the vehicle I saw needed to be fixed & they took care of it immediately before I ever even signed any paperwork, & at no extra charge! They even worked around my work schedule & had my vehicle delivered to my home AND with a full tank of gas! See Bryan, he ll take good care of you! I know exactly where I ll purchase my next vehicle! **BUYER BEWARE**We purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Lamb in May 2021. We purchased the best Warranty that GM offered.In June the check engine light came on. We took it to Auto Zone they said it was something to do with the gas cap.Turned the light off. Couple days later light came back on. My husband spoke with the dealer from Lamb about it. The light would go off then come back on. In August we carried the truck back to Lamb. Their mechanic hooked it up to a machine. He gave us the diagnostic print out and told us to take it to a Toyota dealership for repair. He was so backed up and didn t know when he could get to it. We took it to Greenway Toyota in Muscle Shoals Al. They said it was a coil pack and replaced the one supposedly that was bad. On the way home light came back on!We carried it back to Greenway. This time they said it s the fuel pump, they repaired it. On the way home the light comes back on. Took it back. This time they say it needs a new motor!The Warranty co was contacted. They went out to Greenway for an inspection, twice. They couldn t confirm because Greenway didn t have the motor broke down. Then Greenway contacts us saying we have to put $5-8000 up front in case the Warranty doesn t cover the problem!We had the Toyota towed to our house.Lamb said they d send a wrecker to pick it up. Stated they d fix it and work with Warranty co.That s been a couple weeks ago. Haven t seen the wrecker yet. The Toyota s sitting under the shed by our house! We re making a huge payment on a tore up truck. . WOW!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAMB MOTORS!!They ripped us off. They do not keep their word. So . BUYER BEWARE

I recently purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado from Lamb motors in Hamilton Alabama. The salesman's name was Brian he was knowledgeable, had an answer for every question that I had, and helped the process move along effortlessly!!! he is one of the best salesman and this is the best dealerships that I have ever done business with I will 100% be back for my next vehicle purchase!!!! Lamb motors in Hamilton Alabama rocks!!! They do phenomenal business everyone please check them out

While driving from NC to CA, my 26ft Uhaul flipped over right outside Hamilton, AL. The emergency response folks came as well as the AL State Troopers. They assigned Lamb Motors Premier 24hr Towing and Roadside Service to take care of the removal and security of the truck.Not only did Lamb Motors take care of the truck but they took care of me and my family. At this very vulnerable time, they made us feel welcome and safe. They secured my belongs until I could get it taken care of. They directed us to a safe place to rest that night and eat. Talked to us about how to handle what was going on, gave us a ride and checked over my vehicle to be sure it was safe to drive. Fixed our flat tire and even gave pray before sending us on our way the next day.They were professional and are experts in what they do. I will never forget the town of Hamilton because of Lamb Motors. Mr. Dwight Lamb is the nicest, most honest man you ll ever meet. He will take care of you and you can belief he ll do what he says. The people he has working there were all so nice. Thank you Ms. Sheryl and Mr. Michael. My daughter was so shook up by the accident but when we left there she was smiling and reassured. I had an excellent experience with working with Bryan. Honest and straightforward guy, very patient and thorough in explaining the process and answering any question I had with the car I was purchasing. I would definitely do business with him again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is the best place ever! Bryan, is the ONLY person i ever deal with. I am sure anyone else is good, but Bryan, is our guy. We have purchased 5 vehicles in total in a 15yr span. My mom, brother and us, all of us deal with Bryan. He is personable, straight shooter and honest. If we ever need another vehicle we come to Lamb Motors.....and you should too. Ask for Bryan!

Towed my sons car, without permission, told us they didn't have it for 4 days, when they told us they had it finally, charged me 370.00 bucks to get it!! Rip off artist is what these people are!!! Gangsters in business suits!! STAY AWAY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!! I HOPE THEY SLEEP GOOD AT NIGHT AFTER RIPPING OFF HARD WORKING FOLKS!!!!!

TRUST ME GO ELSEWHERE !!! I'll be honest and I wasn't going to speak Negative about this Dealership BUT. The day I traded for another car the Finance Manager didn't know what the Hell he was doing. First he couldn't get my name right and had to redo it 5 times over, as well as the address. Now there's 2 leaks in the car when it rains and I've fixed one myself. Bad front tires and a leaking Thermostat also. Two months after I bought the car he texted me saying "I'm still waiting on your Title"?? And I said No I gave it to you when I signed the papers the day I traded. Now on top of that I had to pay back taxes totaling $60 because the car wasn't used for a long period of time. Also my tag gets Renewed every September because my last name starts with a T and not a B, was apparently written Backwards which is Exactly what this place is BACKWARDS!!! Howeve I just had to Renew the tag in February because the idiot filled out the Tag Paperwork Wrong just like he did on the Title paperwork. Also they told me a Price of the car and I told them I'd use my bank to borrow the money from. When I got to the bank they then added another $500 to the price and said he was going to sell it to me at a cheaper price if I Financed through them. I never said I was going to use them. Another Lie once again. Plus the bank would only loan me $5000 so I had to get another loan to cover the difference, Ridiculous to say the least. Poor management skills all around the Dealership. I'll never be back. Hope others don't get Screwed like myself. He never mentioned the problems the car had to begin with. Dishonest is an Understatement. Just the price you have to pay when using a Used Car Lot. Major ripoff of a car lot. First and Last time I'll do that..

Told me I needed a fuel pump on my Cummins, never checked the pressure from the pump.charged me over 500 dollars. Did not diagnose the problem right. Lost a day on the road and 2 loads. Went down the street and got repaired in 30 minutes and 100 dollars and back on the road. Faulty battery connections to my starter. Still a good group of guys. But if you need diagnostic done spend the money elsewhere.

I went with a friend to get his vehicle checked out that he had just purchased a few weeks prior from this establishment. The manager there was very rude to us. I have never seen a customer treated with such disrespect, and I know my mouth dropped when he basically called my friend a liar to his face. I could NOT recommend this dealership strictly on the basis of disrespect towards their customers by management. I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime, and this tops the list as the worst example of customer care that I have experienced. I believe the guys name was Bryan that was so rude. On a side note, the couch in the waiting area was very comfortable... I should know, because we had to sit on it for about 2 hours before we were even acknowledged by Bryan as being there even after the nice reception lady told him that we were there to see him.

Touring band with an emergency..Fuel pump went out on the first leg of a long journey to California. They made a thorough inspection and called in advance for the parts (50 miles away) because they were suspicious early on about a fuel pump problem and wanted the part there to replace in case other stores were closing, as it was late in the evening. They got us back on the road as soon as they could when time was ABSOLUTELY of the essence. Very fair prices for the job as well. We would recommend.

Pretty bad experience. I find this great priced vehicle online. I call about it, spend lots of time getting everything setup with my bank here in Huntsville to go down there. I call on Saturday when I am leaving. I call when I am 30 minutes out, 10 minutes out, and again 5 minutes out. Was the vehicle ready....no it wasn't. Had to wait, on top of that their bathrooms were both in horrible shape. We pile in the car to go back to Hardee's to use the facilities and then come back and the SUV is finally waiting. Funny part is, I should have listened to my gut, the car had a light coat of pollen on it. Which, who cares, except I was told that the reason it was late was because they were washing it....hmmm... Next I was told a few items that were known to be wrong with the vehicle that were all cosmetic or simple things that don't work like buttons, after driving it we found numerous more items than we were told. They took it back to work on those, again, should have listened to my gut and just left. Instead, after traveling this far I really wanted the car. We buy it and get home and take it in for a service.....$11,000 worth of stuff wrong on this $9,000 car. Really??? Leaking transfer cases, bad brakes, bad brake fluid, engine oil leaks, valve cover gaskets, loose light housings, mirror housings and motors are stripped out, engine drawing plugs are stripped out, etc. So, I call up and speak with Bryan, who then paws it off saying that this car was an employees car to take it up with them, it wasn't theirs.....Guess who the check was made out to and what the receipt says....Lamb Motors. So, I call the fellow that sold it and get no call back for a few days, so I call again. Finally, I call back to the Lamb and magically get a call back after 5 minutes. The phone cuts off, sounded like he was in a bad area, but do I get a call back? Of course not! A week later. I guess my only options are to explain to other potential victims of this company. DO NOT TRUST!!!!UPDATE----------------------No response to complaints..they just hunker down and wait for the storm to pass. Definitely recommend NOT shopping here. Nothing they offer is above a 1 STAR.

Bought a car from this dealer. Worst decision ever. The car kept breaking as soon as I took it home and every time I was fixing something, it would break somewhere else.. a big loss! Spend around $1000 to fix everything and it still has problems! I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. Worst loss of money ever. I'm a student. He's just put me in a horrible situation where I can't afford to fix everything... I trusted and it was a big mistake.

I would not recommend this car dealer at ALL! The dealership sold me a vehicle that had bald tires on the front on the inner part of the vehicle and my brake pads fell apart when I went to have my vehicle serviced a month after buying it so I took it back to the dealership at lambs and they basically called me a liar and blamed it on me! I waited two hours for Bryan Lamb to come out and check it to see if they could help me out with this bill I now how since I haven't had the vehicle a month and he said" well we check everything before we sell them which was a lie and claimed that at the end of the day that's what I do sell a car and let the customer worry about it. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and gives other car dealers a bad name! I will not buy another vehicle from these guys period and I would advise you to very carefully consider going somewhere else because they do not stand behind their word here! If anyone would like to see proof of what I am saying I have a voice clip of Bryan Lamb saying all this to me and picture of the tires and brakes. Have a nice day!

I had an excellent experience. The radiator fan broke on my kenworth. Got there thursday afternoon at 5pm. Truck was fixed by Saturday at noon. They gave me a loaner car the whole time. Great service, good people.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful. 1 year since we purchased our GMC truck. No issues, great running truck. Would definitely drive 3 hours again to do buisness!! Thank yall so much!
