Several weeks ago I purchased a slide-in camper from Fikes.On original call I spoke to Zane. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge [camper was there on consignment] and said he would find out from the seller the ones he didn't know. He responded quickly and answered all my following calls and questions immediately. He went above and beyond to be helpful. When we arrived, he and Jeff spent most of the morning patiently helping us. Extremely happy with our experience. Highly recommend

Zane was the greatest!!! He got me and my family into the perfect used truck! The process was quick and easy. Zane was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on my options and got the deal done. He was very polite and professional. Give that man a raise!! I would highly recommend Zane and Fikes Chevrolet !!

I can t even express how happy I am with my new Chevy!! I also highly recommend you ask for Tim as your salesman. He is down to earth, patient, kind hearted and knowledgeable. I will also say that the other staff members such as Paul and Sheila are wonderful as well. My fianc� and I had a great experience overall. So happy and thank you again.

I want to give a big shout out to Zayne Frye for selling me not only 1 but 2 trucks! He is a great salesman! I would advise everyone in the area to don t go to no other dealership but Fikes! They stand behind their word and their vehicles and I will continue to do business with them. Also the Service manager Terry is amazing! Always makes sure my cars are top notch!

I recently had the experience of buying my first car, and was on the lookout for the new Trax. Ever since calling to ask if they had any available 200 miles away, Zane helped me through the whole process and was extremely accommodating. Any time I had questions he was quick to call or respond to texts, and made everything super easy! Very great experience, thank you Zane!

I went to buy a vehicle 11-24-23 drove 2.5 hours to get there they let me test drive the vehicle come back to do paper work while i was setting there giving Zane my info for the loan someone else went out to the vehicle that was there to buy looked at it while Zane was getting our info he got a text from someone else at the dealer saying the vehicle had been sold! Very bad experience bad business if i could rate this dealer less than one star i would it s bad business to treat people like that!! I was there first to buy the vehicle but that doesn t mean anything to these people!

I brought my vehicle in for a sagging front shock, a leaking differential on the front axle, and a tachometer issue. The fixed the tac problem but misunderstood me and fixed the front suspension but my diff is still leaking and my front right shock is still lagging. Also 3 of my lug nut were swapped out and look terrible. What they did repair I had no problem repair myself but didn't have time to mess with a differential or shock.

This place is a joke!! Me and my wife drove 200 miles to this place and was doing paperwork and the salesman gets a text message on his phone get up and goes to the other room and comes back and tells us sorry we just sold it!!

Each time that I have gone to look for a new car, the salesmen that assisted me could've cared less. They would tell me to go home while they ran my credit and would call back once the finance manager took a look at it. Radio silence. The last time, I dealt with Zane and I let him know upfront that my credit was low, but I could pay a hefty down payment. He promised a call from the finance manager also, but I never heard from him again. I took my money to Blackmon Chevrolet in Tupelo, and was setup in a brand new vehicle, happily accepting my business. Fikes Chevrolet- never again.

I gave 2 stars because I purchased a 2017 Acura TLX from Fikes several months ago and after purchasing the vehicle and before actually getting it, I asked to have a wing put on the trunk. When I got the car the wing looked like it had been put on by a kindergarten. It was wobbly and the white tape they used to glue it on was showing. I contacted them about, they came and took the car back to repair it but returned it looking just as tacky as before. When I called again and texted, I never got a response. I will never purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Signed a very disappointed/dissatisfied customer.

We have now purchased two cars from Files. Paul was good, he waited after closing time to meet us. Also he took his time with us on the jeep wrangler. He showed us everything about it, my wife drove it and he showed us what it would do. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there. We drove a hour and a half one way. I would recommend them highly

A big thanks to Service Manager Terry and his crew for the timely repair to my 2020 Silverado. We experienced a significant issue with both front tires and rims while passing thru on Rt 22. Terry had us back is business extremely fast considering his time talking with State Farm. By the way, this was handled via phone from 750 miles away andTerry had the truck ready for the car carrier on time. Thanks again Fikes Chevy.Clark StuartMalabar Florida.

Fikes Chevrolet hospitality was awesome. I bought my Maroon Equinox Chevrolet here with Fikes. Zane Frye was my salesman, and you can't imagine the patience this man possesses. Thank you Zane for all you did for me!Also, Bill Strickland was helpful in purchasing this vehicle.Thank you Jeffrey and John Fikes, the owners, for choosing such a fine staff.Go by Fikes Chevrolet and shop locally right here in Hamilton. My wife and I didn't have a lot of time on our hands to purchase a vehicle and go through the looking phase. They made it a very easy process (and I have seen a lot of processes). Chad Stidham (Sales Manager), Tim Pearce (Sales Consultant), and Bill Strickland (Business Manager) were very respectful. They bent over backwards to please us and returned every single phone call (which is important to me). In return, they deserve respect back. Don't get me wrong, price is a factor. On the other hand it's really not, because I will buy from who I like the most. We could have purchased the same type vehicle 1 hour away from where we live. Instead, we chose Fikes Chevrolet 3.5 hours from our driveway because I LIKED THEM and I felt OBLIGATED. Thanks guys for caring and wanting our business. Keep up the good work........from your new friend's Alan & Grace Moore!!!

Drove all the way from Birmingham to look at a used car, even after applying online for financing. Upon arrival the discussed down payment was almost doubled. Wasted 6 hours of my time. Great car, friendly staff, but not transparent with pricing.

Fikes Chevrolet is slightly across the border to my location and when I asked if they deliver ,Paul Herdzik said yes.I viewed pictures of the vehicle they sent me through email and after asking several questions about the condition of the vehicle, I placed a deposit over the phone.Paul even drove it to me so I could test drive and make double sure.So far I am not disappointed.The Fikes have always been good people doing good business.
