I would like to take the time and tell you about a GREAT experience we had dealing with TRIPLE H RV.The whole staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect set-up.It was a painless situation from start to finish.The whole staff was exceptional. Started out just looking at campers. Dustin Witt, with their sales department greeted me and showed me different models. Dustin is great!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All the people that I met at this dealership were very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, my "just looking" turned into a purchase. I would definitely recommend that anyone in the market for a RV to give these people a visit!! Ask for Dustin Witt!!

I looked online, visited multiple dealerships, and did my research before coming to Triple H. Honestly, their about page on their website is what originally attracted me to them. Then, to top it off, this location had such a great selection it made it hands down without a doubt where I wanted to go visit (pssst and their prices are the best you re gonna find and I promise you that cause I ve done my research!). I ve previously lived the camper life for 2 years, sold my camper, my sister has a camper, my sister-in-law has a camper, and my aunt has a camper and now I m back to the camper life and with that prior experience and family with experience I m not new to this rodeo of buying one. Since I know the process of buying a camper I wasn t looking forward to dealing with a sales person trying to pull one over on me (that happened the first time when we got a camper at a dealership in Huntsville, not a triple h dealership) here at Triple H Mr. Sean wasn t like what I ve dealt with before. He understood what I wanted and how I wanted it and that was that! Triple H has a great staff. Everyone was super nice. Mr. Sean was my sales guy and I felt right at home with him. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind. I m a no bs kinda gal and I know what I want and how I want it and he worked great with me! yes I drove from the south east side of Hunstville to Triple H. It s worth the drive. I went by myself with my 9 month old son and the experience was truly a walk in the park and made for an enjoyable time which I wasn t expecting.I d recommend these guys any day, over and over again, over all the dealerships I ve visited and I ve been to A LOT from Texas to Mississippi to Alabama; Triple H is by far top #1 dealership. Truly, they make you feel like family and not haggle you like annoying blood thirsty sales people. I wish I had know about this gem of a place my first camper go around. Live and learn! Learn from my experiences and go with Triple H RVs. Bless you all on your journeys to buying a camper and I hope my review helps, especially to those new to the camper game!

I was a sceptic customer. My first camper purchased at another dealer in 2018 gave me trouble. In less than a year, the hitch had to be rebuilt. The refrigerator and furnace died. Winds from a spring tornado caused so much damage that it totaled the camper. So, I became a sceptic customer in the market for a new camper.I thought I was prepared. I read review after review on campers and dealerships. I researched the list of dos and don t of purchasing campers. I was excited about the thought of getting a new camper but my research made me nervous about selecting the right dealer with the right service staff and the right camper.A friend and I started in Huntsville and worked our way to Tanner, Muscle Shoals, and finally to Triple H. I had called Triple H and talked to Dustin about the damage to my first camper. He seems very honest andopen but over the next few weeks, he texted me 3-4 times just to see how it was going. I was impressed. Upon arriving at Triple H, Scott Nash listened to my story and noted what I was looking for. I needed the weight to be appropriate for my Silverado, a dining area, and bunk beds. He was kind and happy to start with smaller units and move up to the 27 foot models. He explained features and answered my questions. We were able to meet and talk to Dustin in service and he was also was very helpful. He walked me through the unit I chose and today, I went home with a 27 foot Crossroads Zinger. Good warranty, easy on the eyes, and all of the features I wanted plus so many cool extras. No added on fees. I m looking forward to our new hunting, fishing, and camp fire stories and memories ahead for my crew. Thank you Scott! Thank you Dustin! Thank you Triple H in Haleyville!

Kristy and Shane are very helpful and made our purchase of a 2023 Sabre fifth wheel a great experience. Being first time RV owners, we had lots of questions and they answered every one of them ! We would definitely recommend Triple H and will go to them for any future purchases.

We bought our unit in Haleyville. It s been nothing but a headache. Very poor customer service after buying. I paid for the mobile warranty. That was a mistake. I ve had a ton of issues some of which are reoccurring. I wouldn t recommend to anyone that wants a good customer service experience.Edit- I am just now leaving a review because of the phone call I had this morning saying I m outside of your 50 mile service zone, and to find someone local to fix all of the problems. I didn t know there was a time limit on leaving a review.

I do NOT recommend this company! Our camper had the owning ripped of by a storm. The water damage had affected wall by the door. We took the camper to them they said they would repair the wall with new wood, re seal the roof, new awning with lights. We paid the extra to upgrade to an electric awning as well. Once we finally got the camper back the owning didn't work, had no lights, wall was still weak and flimsy. So the camper went back, this time they finally fixed the wall and installed awning lights. Got it back and low and behold still problems with what was supposed to be a new awning . Had to replace motor and a shock. And here we are again the wall is still leaking.poor and careless work and a Hassle to deal with.

We came here after going to several different RV dealerships in the Huntsville area. We had a friend refer us to the Huntsville location and they told us to ask for Kevin. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces all around. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. We told Kevin what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we wanted. He was patient and honest. Out of all the car dealerships and rv dealerships I ve been to, this is by far the best experience I ve had. The prices here are also better than any other dealership in this area. If you re looking for a great place to buy an RV then come here. If you re looking for a salesperson that you can trust, ask for Kevin.

We recently purchased our toy hauler here, it was a top notch experience!! Our salesman D was very informative and patient with us! He had the answer to every question we had! Our two small rambunctious children were with us and the whole staff made them feel right at home. Even popped them some popcorn. We feel like we got the best deal around!! Also getting our finance together was a breeze with these pros!! We travelled two hours to do business with this company (worth the drive believe me!) After the experience we had we will never buy from another rv dealer! Thanks again D keep being awesome!

I was having trouble with my camper and was having trouble getting it repaired the management that I was dealing with was no help but they have changed management in the service department at first I thought oh great but I talked with Wanda and she assured me that she would make sure my problems were addressed said she would call me back within two days with and update and I thought we will see i figured they were putting me off again but she actually called me back the next day said my claim was approved and my parts were ordered my camper was repaired within a few days she was very nice and very knowledgeable about everything really great experience

Very poor customer service charge more than 2 hrs minimum which if only 30 minutes away and 45 min work then charges me extra .75 which extra 119 then tell Mr I bring camper they would not charge diagnostic as I already showed him the problem won't use again and won't buy parts as bought heated hose and shorted out would not recommend and heard other people say the same

Do NOT bring your business here. They don t finish what they re paid to do; my family took a camper to them and it returned back more broken than when it was brought to them. They have no respect for other people s property and left it dirty. Worst of all, thousands of dollars in equipment were stolen, including power cords, cleaning supplies, surge protectors, backup and repair supplies, yard games, brand new lights in the box, and who knows what else we haven t come across yet. The service was horrible, & the owner was rude and unprofessional.

I can not stand having to leave a review like this, but I have no other option. I purchased a brand new camper Monday 06/20/2022 pulled it to the house only to open it up and find the medicine cabinet had fallen from the wall. It appears whoever attached it missed several times and there are many holes where the attempts were made. The cabinet door in the kitchen area doesn't shut properly exposing (2) drawers that the runners are not attached. Over the stove, paneling in falling off. The hinge on the cabinet door over the bed has also been rigged to stay on and did not make the trip to my house. All of this was discovered the day I bought it. I sent Jerry Jones multiple emails and non returned phone calls and have heard nothing back.I took it out for (2) nights on Friday 06/24/2022 only to get it set up and find a hole in the awning. I reached back out to Jerry Jones who once again did not return a phone call.Saturday, 07/08/2022, (the 3rd night I've stayed in this camper), we returned back to find out the refrigerator no longer functions. Again, no word back after I reached out.Bill Bryan told me he was going to send me over needed paperwork for me to get my tag, and also will not answer an email.I have reached out to this dealership multiple times only to be ignored. This place is a customer service nightmare!!

Extremely professional sales person while dealing with Barry B. My wife and I always felt Triple H RV had our best interest at heart. We are from Minnesota and never felt left in the dark during our D301RLT purchase. Soon we will be heading to Alabama to pick up our new 5th wheel RV and we are looking forward to meeting the staff at Triple H RV.

Love the camper, but very disappointed,when I picked the unit up it was dirty ( my twelve year old trade in was cleaner than the one I purchased) also went to connect the safety chains and ther wasn't any hooks on them. Triple H took care of everything that I wasn't happy with,buth the camper wasn't a trade in it was a new unit.

Don t be taken advantage of by triple RV S. They do not stand behind their RV S,I purchased A Palomino fifth wheelThe last of August. We have taken it out two times the refrigerator does not work cannot get them to replace: It will have to be replaced the microwave has already been replaced. The air conditioner has flooded out water over the bed. The wood is cracked. I ve called and nobody will answer you on their service lines. They will tell you they are coming next week and when you call next week they act like they don t know who you are, they will take your name and number all over again. I have got no one, I have talk to everyone in this office and no one wants to help you. I advise if you want to enjoy your camping don t buy one from triple H RV s. I have already spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $2000 repairing it I spend more time on repairing then I do enjoying camping I think it was maybe damaged or something. This camper is been a nightmare be a happy camper and shop somewhere else.

They provided me with the lowest camper prices on the market, great customer service, professional salesmen, and a family friendly atmosphere. From the sales department to the service department, I can not recommend this dealership enough. I ll be shopping there again in the future for all my camper needs!

Unprofessional and unfit. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a business of any kind. After months of holding my RV nothing was fixed. This is a warning that this place isn't what it used to be. Stay away.

We had a great experience at Triple H RV s in Haleyville. We found a great deal on a Keystone Avalanche. Sean worked with us through the whole process. We were very happy with the customer service in a time where good customer service is hard to find. Very happy with this unit and the service that we are receiving. They definitely stepped up after our unit was delivered with many answered questions. We was able to save a lot of money and get the RV we wanted. We would encourage anyone interested in buying an rv to check them out. Yes they are very busy, but just like a good restaurant, it was worth the wait for returned calls.

I am giving Triple H 3 stars because we visited both Huntsville and Haleyville stores and one gets 5 while the other 2, at best. Nice RV's at great prices, but the staff makes my decisions mainly. If you go to one of these, by all means, choose Huntsville. The salesman and the manager were fantastic. Steer far from Haleyville. I felt rushed, felt as though I was a nuisance and was even told after I said price range I wanted to stay in and had asked to see one that was over my stated price that that was a waste of his time to show me the RV because it was more. Sales 101: the customer may want to stay in a certain range (hell, I would like a freebie) but a good salesman can sway you in another direction if he reads people well and get an even bigger commission for himself, but this requires patience, skill, and a likeable personality to do. Huntsville has that. Haleyville does not. Thing is we ended up paying cash for a RV that was way above what we wanted to spend ditching the loan process simply because Haleyville left a bad taste in our mouths we decided to just skip Triple H all together. Sorry, Huntsville, y'all were fantastic, but your brother messed it up for all.

We can t say enough good things about Triple H RVs in Haleyville! My wife and I had our eye on a particular model fifth wheel for a while. We contacted the dealership when we came across the listing and couldn t believe the sales price that was offered. Our Salesman, Barry, was a pleasure to work with. His communication was outstanding and kept us informed throughout the process. During the inspection there were a few items that needed attention that were fixed on the spot. We also had a bad AC unit that was replaced prior to us arriving to pick it up. Their service lead, Will, is a huge asset to their organization. Will spent a tremendous amount of time with us to make sure we understood everything on the RV and answered any questions we had to make us feel comfortable before pulling out. We truly can t say enough nice things about this dealer. They are incredible to work with and we will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a camper.

Purchased a 2022 Forrest River Salem Hemisphere travel trailer. Kevin was my salesman. He was very kind, helpful in every way, knowledgeable on the products he sells. I would recommend him or any of the other friendly people to buy from.The loan process was fairly straightforward. .I would recommend this company for a RV purchase.

Looked all over for the right trailer. Found Triple H RV s, who were out of state and willing to help me. Read their bio and talked to some staff and soon realized they are the real deal. They have continued to support me even though I live miles away and they went above and beyond on the delivery and setup. They have a customer for life in me and already planning my next purchase!

I dealt with James Murphy on a trailer and despite some setbacks I will definitely be back in the spring. Five stars all around and special thanks to James for answering all my questions. Knowing he s a Marine made me feel much more comfortable. As a disabled vet I instantly felt at ease. Great to see outstanding veterans are employed by your company. Rare these days and makes the choice when we re ready much much easier.
