Was with them beginning December 2018 until tomorrow. Just called & cancelled my coverage with them & went to Allstate, seeing as they clearly don't value my business. My policy went up last year from about $130/MO to $146/MO which I continued paying. I got my renewal notice this month that said for the same coverage I would begin needing to pay over $190/MO. Which I've been speaking to many people who's coverage also went up; I left them a voicemail asking for them to please get back to me with a quote, as I was pricing around for a new policy and if they could get me close to the amount I was used to paying I would consider staying with them. However-i never received any response back regarding my voicemail, or any quote. I decided it would be best to go to Allstate who was able to give me much better coverage at a rate lower than this office has ever been able to give me (for similar coverages) of only $126/MO & that's with accident forgiveness & all! (A deductible discount as well! ) hoping that Allstate will treat my repeat business better than this office has! After nearly 6 years with them- you would THINK I would get a call back. But NOPE! Christy at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance needs. We were looking for a new insurance company due to our insurance rates increasing every year. With State Farm, we insured both of our vehicles, with better coverage for $400 less than 1 vehicle with our previous insurance company.

Great. Service is awesome..You walk in everybody greets you (as long as they are not on the phone assisting customers) still get a wave They handle each situation with courtesy and respect.. Had service with them for several years now..

The staff here are super friendly, understanding and very helpful. I have had insurance with them for years and they have always been a big help with any questions I have or even with helping file our claim.
