I heard they sold someone a tires as brand new when it was listed as a 2013 tire. Poor guy came into the shop i was at and was speaking about it. Idk if they know this but that is illegal. Most tires have a 5 year exp date. So becareful and check the tires before you let someone put them on. And stay informed. These mechanics in marshall county will try to take everything I swear. Can't make an honest living, always gotta scam someone.

DO NOT GET TIRES HERE. You are better off buying used tires somewhere else. They will last longer. I had a defective tire, and they told me they couldn't do anything because I didn't buy the road hazard warranty even though this is a defect in the tire. The tire valve is defective. I didn't realize it until I had to put air in it. I've been buying used tires and tires at shops, and I stupidly thought new tires from here would be the way to go because I couldn't get to economy that day. Just don't do it.I could have bought new tires from economy tires, and they would have replaced the defective one no problem.I've learned my lesson. Never again.

As a woman, have you ever met a mechanic that's shorter than you and has a complex about it? And so they treat you like you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about? Well, if you haven't and you want that experience, go to the Walmart Tire Center in Guntersville!Last night, I found a plug that my dad did on one of my tires leaking. Now, this isn't the first plug that's ever leaked on a tire of mine, and I know plugs are a temporary fix until you can get the tire properly repaired at a shop. Unfortunately I did not notice this till 6 pm and Walmart was the only place open. So I go in to request the tire be repaired. And this little Keebler elf in mechanics clothing tells me you can't repair a leaking plug. And I need a new tire. But since it's a Subaru with AWD, I'll need FOUR new tires. I said well thats not true because I've had leaking plugs repaired before. He then argued with me that no tire place in town, not Wilks nor Oliver, will touch my tire, and I need new ones. I said well Lake City has repaired leaking plugs for me before. And he snaps "Well, why don't you just take it to Lake City then?" Because they're closed. You think Walmart is anywhere near my first choice for anything?Anyway, I went on down to Wilks and wouldn't you know, they fixed my tire! No need for new ones! I'll attach the receipt just in case Napoleon from Wish sees this review.Now I get why Dopey works for Walmart and not a legitimate shop.

A few weeks back. Did not want to honor prices posted for mounting tires onto wheels brought in. Then when they finally finished hours later valve stem caps were missing. And these kids attached the balance weight on the outside of the chrome wheels instead of hiding them on the inside. Jeeeez

Never answer their phone, shoddy work, once they lost my lugnut key, I went back and they couldn't find it, so they removed those lugs somehow, and I left missing a lugnut on all the wheels, and missing the lugnut key

Messed up my daughter's front brakes when they repaired the tire and refused to fix it by giving every excuse possible. Tried blaming it on something else. Not to mention it took them over 3 hours to patch the tire when there was only 1 car in front of her & they didn't even put the spare back in place. Fact is, it didn't make any noise until she pulled out of there and they refuse to accept responsibility. It's rattles like crazy when the car is moving but as soon as you press the brakes the noise stops, so we know it's in the brakes. Will never take any vehicle back there again

I had to get a tire replaced and it only took 30 minutes to have the tire replaced and a rotate and balance. The problem is that it took 45 minutes to get the ticket wrote up and another hour to get it rung up correctly when I returned to pick up the car. No one seemed to have a clue of what they were doing.

I received a great service, it was quick and professional. Personnel were very nice and helpful the only issue was that I was supposed to get a text letting me know when it was ready but never received it. The service takes around 20 to 45 min (oil change).

Went in at 6pm, they close at 7:00 p.m. ask the associate if they can check a tire for me. The associate rudely stated they couldn't help me because it was almost closing time and that I would have to drop off the tire or come back tomorrow and was on her personal cell phone the entire conversation

Paid $30 for an oil change. I specifically asked the mechanic if they vacuumed and checked all fluids with that package and he said yes. After I got my vehicle I noticed they did not vacuum it (not a big deal) but my windshield fluid reservoir was also empty (the receipt says it was filled). Makes me wonder what else they lied about. I would not recommend this Walmart Lube Center in Guntersville Al. I called the manager and she said I could bring the vehicle back (now that I have milk and ice cream in the vehicle). I'm good.

They got the job done quick fast and in a hurry and all 4 tires look good they put new valve steam's AM rotate a balanced everything was awesome they did a great job and very timely

Found some beautiful floral bouquets! It is decoration where Mother and Daddy were placed to rest. Flowers were beautiful in the vases. A really beautiful day and beautiful way to remember her on Mother s Day. Because the price was so affordable, I bought enough to decorate Daddy s vases too! Which made the day even more beautiful! Mother would have liked that. Well Father s Day is next month. I will probably buy more flowers for them. At WalMart, of course!

I suggest making an appointment for oil changes or tire service. They'll get you in right away and are very professional.

Don't plan on them having a battery for your car. Looks like their inventory is wiped out. Didn't even have one for a Honda Accord.
