These people are the best. We bought a pre owned camper and they gave us the best price we could find anywhere, after scouring the web. Taylor was amazing. No sales pressure and was able to help in any way. When picking up, they had it all set up for a detailed walk through. We had planned on doing a little detail cleaning, but no need, it was done. Arab showed us everything we needed to see and do, plus more. He really took pride in making it as perfect as possible for us.We picked it up, went straight to the campground for a long weekend and couldn't be happier. Thank you all at Superior RV!!

Just had my second service call with them. We live full time in our older RV and as such have needed a few repairs and upgrades. We've used other service providers before, but never again. These guys are the gold standard. Easy to call and get an appointment, scheduled quite soon! They go the extra mile to collect data, pictures, and talk with me on the phone before sending out the tech. The tech comes prepared with everything he might need, so we can diagnose and fix the problem FAST. Despite charging by the hour, they always work quick and come prepared, and I always find the pricing to incredibly fair. They aren't trying to cheat me out of more money, but rather go out of their way to provide excellent and timely service. I had a underbelly repaired in 45 minutes and a whole new AC system in an hour and half.They're awesome. The best.

Awful, awful, awful replaced a/c but it leaked. Couldn t unstop toilet by removing a paper towel, charged $1,800 to install 3x8 ft of snap together flooring-incompetent and dishonest!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

We had an electrical issue in our camper, and flagged down a service truck. The tech was happy to help us and fixed the problem. We later found out that they had missed something with the repair and called the shop. They showed up first thing the next morning and found the real culprit and fixed as part of the previous call. Very happy to have found such a wonderful shop and crew. Highest recommendation. I feel it is important to note that the bad reviews seem to be during COVID. This was a challenge for the majority of companies.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a well stocked parts department. Fill propane tanks. Mobile RV repair services.3/3/21Service department is fantastic! Experienced an issue with my auto leveling system on the cusp of inclement weather with severe thunderstorm warning. Called Superior RV and expected a delay due to the extreme weather. Much to my surprise they sent a technician right out to me. Had my issue fix in a matter of minutes! Really appreciate them sending help out under those conditions. Great company that cares about customer service!!!

The staff was helpful and professional. Hunter is very knowledgeable about the air conditioning systems of RV s. He solved all my problems and was on time. Answered all my questions and gave me information I hadn t even thought about asking. I will definitely use them again. I didn t buy my camper from them but I will shop there first next time just because of the experience I had with them. Thanks Guys.Service: Air conditioning

Outstanding customer service experience the technician (Hunter) has more knowledge of RV systems than I have seen from some of the major companies across the country. The service dept was extremely helpful and very pleasant (Angie) Great ppl and great service. Unbelievable service by Hunter. Very knowledgeable and regimental with the diagnostic process. After tracing the circuit with several branch offs to each fixture, he discovered the light mounted on a steel bracket above the drop down bunks attached to the chassis was shorting out because of the manufacturers design flaw. The water heater was on this circuit too so it was a critical issue that needed resolving as we were continuing to South Carolina the next day. If you need service in the Guntersville area, call them first.Service: Electrical

The people there were very knowledgable and courteous. The got us approved for financing in less than a hour, and we went back to the dealership a couple of days later to sign the paperwork and do a walk through of the unit. We were in and out in our new RV in about an hour. There was never any gimmicks or pressure and the people were so easy to deal with. Now that Superior RV has opened, we don't have to drive so far to get service on our RV. They do regular maintenance as well as most repairs, and they also carry a full stock of RV parts. We won't go anywhere else.

Our experience has been horrible here. We have had our fifth wheel taken there two times and they came out and worked on it two times. All for the same problem that STILL has NOT been resolved. Called Monday to be told the manager would call yesterday which never happened. They never call you back when they say they will and usually do not show up. I would definitely stay away from this place unless you want a bunch of unresolved issues!

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! A while back I was in need of a part. Lindsey at Superior RV was a major help to me. If you need something for an RV go there. They are awesome!!! You won't get a run-around like the place in Madison. Lindsey Thank You So Much for your kind help.

Purchase a pre-owned fifth wheel. Pam and Taylor are Awesome. I came from out of state and wasn't sure what to expect. Superior RV is truly a top notch operation. Full Service dept, and covered storage for your new purchase is available.

Called to have a service person go and check on some damage to a friend's camper. He quoted a price of 50-100 dollars fine however when she called he told her it would be $200 sad way to run a business.
