By far the best car wash I've been to!!! I've had 3 separate passes before and canceled all of them after coming to classic by the lake!During my last visit my pass had issues scanning in and they still got me in, found the problem then also sis my tired for free since I had to wait according to them. We stopped by for a car wash and Derek greeted us. He was very efficient and very professional. He did the best pre wash we've had in the two years we have been coming there.

They did a good prewash. The scrubbers inside the wash are not as aggressive as most washes. My vehicle was cleaner in some places and dirtier in others than the other washes in town.

Too me, this is the best bang for your buck. There basic car wash is 16.99 a month for unlimited washes. That being said, I have a work truck that I take so I only need a quick wash about once a week to knock the dust off the truck. They are real friendly, and I always have the option to get extra stuff done like wheels cleaning, or interior cleaning if I choose too, (separate charge) and they do a damn good job.

Last week I took my car in for a wash and interior vacuuming. I cannot remember ever having a better result or more thorough job done on any car I have ever owned!! The young men wiped down the dash, the edges of the doors, console, back window, etc. It s a 1998 Monte Carlo, and it wasn t this clean when I bought it! Totally sold on Classic Car Wash, and I will be going back.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Everyone was very friendly; there was even assistance with the entrance and explanation of all the different options and washes. The lot was neat and clean and well organized.The inside had a small shopping/waiting area that was also neat, clean, and had a variety of items to pick from.The car wash itself did a good job and getting the hand dry option was well worth the price, my car was sparkling!I would definitely use them again!

Revised 11/29/2021 and Raised ratingAs you will see below, I wasn't really happy earlier this year but wanted to update and improve my review to 5 stars. Lake Express Car Wash is still my place today and get my Wife's car was frequently. The staff is helpful and does a great job toweling down the car when it comes out. The car always looks better after a trip to Lake Express Car Wash.I recommend this for anyone needing to keep their car clean and shinny.________________________________________________________________________Older review followI have been a customer of their unlimited car wash service. Worked great and was ok. Now for past 3 time going to the business, it is closed at 06:30pm. Was always open to 7pm. That makes it just about impossible for me to get washed during the week. No notice or signs up. Saw one of the guys in the parking lot tonight and he said hours changed. I guess I am not taking this well ....... If they are worried the new car wash is getting their business, then the answer is yes and Classic Car Wash helped.Update 4/21/21 and finally got washed by going there at 5:35pm. Wash was nice. Hope I can stay washing here as they do hand work that others don't.Update 5/8/2021 - got to talk with the owner today. He made a point ot find me while going thru the wash and told me that to feel free to call the business phone anytime that there were issues. They hope to be back to open till 7PM in the near future. He said that what happened a couple of weeks ago should not have happened and he wanted to be responsive to customer issues. This is a locally owned small business and that is what i like. They do a good job and towel dry the car each time. Not just a machine operation. I raised my star rating to 4 and continue to enjoy the clean car.

this place is disgusting as far as how they treat customers, I was there and paid for everything in their service menu. my car took 5 min to be done when I drive off the car looked cleaned but when I looked at the back seat the trash was still there when I paid for In and Out service! I called and I'm told to come back to have it fixed but when I'm there and I'm trying to explain the owner it wasn't cleaned, he tells me why would he fix it if he has never seen me before. I said so because I'm a new customer and you don't know me you are not going to fix the service I paid for? then he said leave or I will have you arrested. I am an U.S. citizen and just because I am latino doesn't mean you can get me arrested for a service I paid for and wasn't done right. which doesn't explain why the car that was being washed when I pulled in and left and came back was still being cleaned when I paid probably the same amount as I added everything in their menu and my car took 5 min to be done. I waited for the cops and the story changed. the owner or whoever he was completely twisted the story. and because the cop was his friend he believed him more than me. UNREAL! I left with a dirty car and No refund. way to have a great customer service!

When it comes to my car I am picky about it always looking and running at its best. So, about a year ago I got a deal from Classic Car Wash that would allow me to bring my car in as often as I like for single monthly payment. This has saved me about 200 to 300 hundreds dollars this past year. Plus, I've got to know the employees and they have got to know what I am real picky about and always take good care of my ride. Membership has its advantages!
