They came and got my my car at my workplace and returned it to me within just a few hours. They included a complimentary wash. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended and very pleased with the service I received.

I go to Guntersville Chevrolet anytime I need service for my ZR2 even though I live 45 miles away because of the service departments exceptional service and efficiency. If you have a Chevy and need very reliable, friendly, thorough and efficient service you will not be disappointed!!

Needed parts. The men had no clue of what I wanted. I let them see the parts on the Internet, and the still were clueless. I bought from Amazon. If the line workers are this"talented", maybe they will stay on strike. I WAS ASKING FOR OEM GM FACTORY PARTS, NOT AFTERMARKET.

As far as actual "service"...I guess it was ok. Not the employees' fault that I am having issues out of a brand new 2023 Equinox. Before it even hit 2000 miles it stalled on me in the middle of HWY 77. Luckily, I was able to coast into the turning lane before getting hit. Engine light came on and it showed a warning message that the engine had lost power. The code it showed on the computer at the dealership on 8/17 was that it had an "Engine Misfire." There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON a brand-new car should have done this if nothing is wrong with it. But since the dealership cannot "pinpoint" why it did it, GM doesn't want to own up to it and buy back or replace this car. The service manager kept my car from Thursday to Saturday, thus putting over 200 miles on it by driving it back and forth to his home in Huntsville, to see if it would "duplicate" the issue. And since it didn't happen while he had the car, GM says it doesn't "meet criteria for a buy back from GM". After speaking to several people, this should have never even been an option, but at the time, it was the only option given, besides me just "driving the car to see if it happens again." I am sure they have machines they could have hooked my car up to and run the appropriate tests.I have since filed a complaint with the BBB Auto Line. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with GM or purchase another GM vehicle, nor will any of my family.

Drove an hour to get in for an oil change on a Saturday and left with my gas tank door not closing for some reason. Was perfectly fine when I arrived and filled up prior to pulling into the lot and now it is loose and not securing properly and comes open when driving. This is the second time I have used a Chevrolet service department and left with something on my truck being damaged that made no sense at all based on the the service performed. To add to the frustration, this occurred on the heals of just having to replace the transmission on a 4 year old truck which is now subject to a class action lawsuit for same. Thanks Chevy

I was not very happy with my experience at Guntersville Chevrolet due to some problems with honoring my online appointment time and being charged almost double the advertised price for an oil change & tire rotation. After I expressed my displeasure, I was contacted by the Customer Service Manager who apologized for the mistakes that were made and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I appreciate the effort to regain my confidence and make restitution for the pricing discrepancy. This gesture restored my faith in the business and reassured me that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this dealership.UPDATE: I had a much better experience on my next couple of service visits. I brought my truck in for a coolant leak on a rollback. After a few days I received a call that I needed a transmission. I question how come I went from a coolant leak to needing a transmission. And they advise me that's what it was diagnosed. I come in on a Saturday. I asked them to appraise my truck. That I was not going to trade with them on the truck. I was going to make a decision. Whether to fix it or not. Based on the value. In comparison to a $6400 transmission replacement.They looked at my truck immediately. I waited 45 minutes with no response. I left. I come in Monday and ask for the service manager to call me. I have not received a call from the service manager as of yet. That Monday I received a call from the appraisal department. They apologized about not getting back with me on Saturday. That they had forgot about me because they was not interested in trading with me. After I advise them when I come in there to start with that I wasn't interested in trading. I called the service department back. And let them know that I was going to get a second opinion. They ask me if I would leave it and let a another technician look at it. I received a call later that it was a coolant hose at the cost of approximately $500. Not a transmission at 6,400. I let them do the coolant hose. I have not had problems with my truck since. I have had great experience prior to this. Not sure what went wrong..Service: Auto water leak repair

Took my truck in for the first service, the service desk and people were amazing and helpful. They even took me to pickup a rental instead of walking over to Enterprise. Picked my truck up a few days later and they didn't even charge me to fix a tire with a nail. Service was amazing until I noticed the rim damaged. Jessica tried to say they have contactless tire removal, but the truck is 6 months old. She offered to fix it, but can't afford to leave it all day or two because I need a vehicle. Wish they would offer a loaner or take me back to my house. Will decide if I will return for future service.Services: Tires, Oil change

Guntersville Chevrolet got me in an hour after I called them and took care of it that day after I had tried to take it to my local Chevrolet in Arab, Joe V Clayton. I just went to the service department, they were nice, and helpful. The dealership is really nice but just trying to get an older vehicle programmed, not looking to trade or buy anything. The people in Service were really awesome. The man offered to pick me up some breakfast when he went since I was waiting on my vehicle.

My service advisor Amy was attentive to my service needs. After the service technician ran a battery check it was noted I needed a new battery and was replaced and I was back on the road in a very short time. The service department has always been the best with the knowledge and friendly advisors and technicians to repair my vehicles in the past and also for any other need I may need. Another dealership closer to where the car broke down could not even be bothered to check the car for another month or two. Guntersville accepted the car when I arranged to get it towed there. They fixed it twice and I had it back less than 10 days. The other dealership had it 23 days and told me they had cars waiting for 3 or 4 months. The staff at Guntersville were kind and understanding. I've always been treated well, even when towing two young granddaughters.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Went in for oil change and for them to look at fixing another problem. They acted like they didn't care about that other problem and didn't even look at it or give me any information on it. I've been getting my service done there since 2010 and quality of service has been going down hill over the last servel months. Will not be going back to them.Service: Oil change

Drove in after a doctors appointment and asked for oil change and tire rotation. I was taken right in and service was completed in a timely matter and I was on the road again.
