Best place to get oil change is a family owned business like these guys. National chains will try to tell you that you need this and that just to sell something. They don t. Their honest if you have zero issues on you vehicle they will tell that

I brought my truck in for the breaks to be changed. They also changed the master calendar and other part they said need replacing. When I picked up the truck the breaks were week and not engaging until neer the floor. I was told they were fine and if the technition side it was good then it was good. I took the truck straight to another shop. Who found the back breaks were notFunctioning and the front only partially worked. I contacted B's to let team know what happened and they didn't seam to care. Be safe don't trust this place with your life.

When I bring my Ram in for service they are great. And their mechanic us top notch! BUT when I brought my old truck in for service the young oil tech put on the invoice that he checked wiper blades, belts and hours, lights and bulbs. I had asked for new wiper blades. He never even looked at them. And he never checked lights, bulbs, or anything. Very sad. Very poor service by that young man.

These are my go to guys they are friendly fast and reliable. Decent prices In and Out in no time. I get my tires and oil changes with them. But get there early it's FCFS and it gets pretty packed after 2pm

WENT TO TAKE MY CAR FOR THEM TO FIX MY AC KEY WORD FIX IT! THEY PUT PUT DIFFERENT KINDS OF OILS IN MY CAR TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH MY AC WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY CHARGED ME $198 FOR THESE OILS AND MY AC ISNT EVEN FIXED WHICH THAT IS WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. I DID NOT TELL THEM TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX IT I DIDNT TELL THEM TO SEE WHATS WRONG WITH IT I ASKED THEM TO FIX IT AND IF IT COULDNT BE FIXED OR THEY HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE TO FIX IT THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO AND ASK IF IT WAS OK FOR THEM TO DO BECAUSE THEY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR DOING IT BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. But do you think they did? No they charged me. $198 to do nothing to my AC afterwards my car started messing up the very next day. IF YOU ARE A WOMEN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR DOWN TO LUBES WITHOUT A MAN BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. He was very rude and told me that I couldn t get my money back to get a lawyer which I am. Bad business and will take advantage of women if go there alone.

We have been using B'S since they opened and when B was there it was a wonderful shop. However in the last couple years since he's left it under other supervision the shop and quality of work has drastically declined which is what brings me to this 1 star review. We paid for an alignment on our car. We knew something wasn't right and brought it back. They insisted it was perfect and it was our tires. We replaced the tires and the problem just kept getting worse. It almost cost me my and my daughters life! We nearly flew off the side of a mountain. The mechanic who fixes it said they'd never seen a worse back end calibration and they didn't know how I could keep the car on the road on a flat, dry road let alone anything else. I had a kid at B's replace my flat tire with a used one for $35, which I thought was great on my limited budget, and went on my way only to have it go flat on me within 2 hours miles from their shop in the middle of a job, so having to drive back to them on the rim cost me money. The tire was the only one they had, so they offered a new one for almost 3x the amount. Having a retail background, I expected at least a small discount on the new tire for my inconvenience at being sold such a faulty tire that it didn't even last a day, but was sternly condescended to about how expecting any quality or even a 30 day warranty was unreasonable and that I could either take the new tire with $35 dollars off (just a refund on the bad used tire) or I could go somewhere else. Way to stand behind your service, so I was forced to take the $95 new tire. It is what it is. So $95 x 9% sales tax is $103.55 and then minus the $35 for the faulty tire comes to $68.55. Yet, when I got the invoice, it was $74.72. What? That's because I was charged sales tax AGAIN. When my car was finished, I brought this up with one of the higher ups to get it fixed, but was told to take my invoice and get my car the hell out of their shop. I've never been treated so badly by an establishment. There was a time years ago when they were great, but the last few years they have been awful, so do yourself a favor and stay away. There are plenty of better options in the area.

This is the worst place of business in Guntersville! My husband went here to get an oil change and they didn t have the oil so they had to order some from O Rileys up the road. When it finally got there they said an oil change with Castrol 10w 30 high mileage was gonna be $105.40! They said that s was O Rileys charged them up we called them and they only charged them $38.34 then they turned around and charged us $74.40 for the oil. Which means this place of business is charging an extra $35.92 almost doubling the price of the oil!Service: Oil change

My first stop in I had excellent service, and fast , the guys were very helpful and friendly. I was unaware they did tires their also and my truck is in need of a new set. the manager in charge was very helpful in getting me a set ordered to be put on Monday. In my hometown there is a 2 week wait for tire service so I am very thankful he stepped up and told me they did tires. thank you very much, If I could give 10 stars I would. excellent job gentlemen

They received a lifetime customer. Told me about an issue I didn't even know I had. They saved me from a blown motor and added 2 quarts of oil for free just to get me safely to my mechanic. That is above and beyond.

I was on vacation and had a surprise issue which made my car stop running. A sweet, local lady recommended B s Express.Lube. I got the car towed there. I don t think I will ever use anyone else! I picked my car up on Saturday before the 1 pm closing. After about 15 minutes, the engine light came on and then would not crank. Period. I emailed the owner and he had a technician, Dale, call me immediately-within 2 hours!! Since it would not crank, Dale came to our hotel to check the car and see what we could do. B s closed today at 1 PM and I still got in quick contact with them and Dale was at my car within 5 minutes after our phone call. He figured out the problem easily and it s now being fixed. I can t say enough about this great place. The employee took his Saturday and fixed my car!!! I can t tell you he amazing this place is and I will be a lifetime customer!! Thank you guys!!

Upon a year ago with a brake pad job I had a knocking afterwards and took it back they proceeded too tell me they forgot too put the bolt in after blowing my mind I just never went back. Since I bought a truck and the previous owner had an oil change there and upon checking it was out of oil so I took it back and asked them too fins the oil leak and fix it. Upon his inspection he told me there wasn't an oil leak my dipstick read wrong and he topped it off with oil. I left with my mind blown again was releived of there being no said problems 1 month later I crank my engine I hear the cylinders grinding and knocking I drive it 100ft and see there's no oil pressure and knew it was gonna be a bad day for my truck I topped it with oil and took it too the mechanic for him too say it's done for no I'm looking at a complete engine replacement for my truck with them taking no responsibility I am disgusted and insulted by their working behavior will never be back.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Hubby took his Chevy Avalanche to B's for routine oil change and was so pleased with friendly staff and great service, that he took my Toyota Camry there a few days later. Same great service both times. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

B's Express Lube and the staff that work there are some of my favorite people. Owners, Barry and Melissa Priest, are very good friends of ours and are always there if you need them. Rick and the guys always do a great job on our vehicles and never cause issues or problems. 100/10 would recommend their business!

I cannot explain how TERRIBLE this place is. My DISABLED friend went on a trip and had problems on the way home. He stopped at Walmart because it was the ONLY place he could stop. This place did his last oil change right before the trip so therefore my friend took it back with a new plug for them to replace the plug since they obviously messed it up from the beginning. This man was RUDE and HATEFUL. Completely unprofessional! Denied my friend service. If you are disabled stay away. They obviously have a problem with people with disabilities or anyone who isn't a "good old boy!" SICKENING!

Oil change associate was kind and professional. 2 Stars because I was told by the front desk, I was too late to get tires. Too late? I thought this was a business? Twenty minutes until close, and they can t change two tires, with about 5 associates in the garage, because they close at 1PM? Definitely had time to offer a new air filter.I consider it disrespectful and unprofessional. First and Last time at this establishment.At the end I asked who told me it was too late.. it was the owner...Owners at the front desk making decisions like this I say is the fall of the Local Business Owner. You would not receive this type of customer service from a corporate ran business. Mom and Pop shops unfortunately are going bye bye because of owners like this one.

By far the most helpful of the estimates I got. All other providers had some obscure request, like bring own oil filter and oil. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plus we use local businesses whenever we can. They are changing my oil this afternoon (03/25/19!

Dean took wonderful care of me! I was treated as a person and not as just another customer. It's hard to find nowadays excellent customer service and that is what I found with Dean. He went over and beyond to get my car road friendly again. Huge thanks from the Parker Family!

Stopped by with a battery problem. Within 15 20 minutes had the diagnostic, and installation of a better battery than before at a really good price..great group of professionals..runs like a champ.

My car was making unusual sounds. Even though they were about to close, they took the extra time to help me out. Good thing because I was headed out for a trip and didn t want to be delayed or stranded due to car problems.

B's Express Lube charged me almost 5 times more than another Tire place in town for the same service. Express Lube charged me 100 dollars for a simple headlight bulb replacement. Unfortunately, it was not a mistake, because it happened twice, before I discovered how drastically I was overcharged.When I questioned the charge the owner blamed it on the high price of parts.Another garage looked it up for me, their repair manual says it should only take 15 minutes to change this light bulb in my type of car. The parts store sells this light bulb for 10 dollars.

My wife was traveling across state when her low engine oil light came on. She pulled into B's. Although it was closing time, the owner immediately put the car on the ramp, checked it, and filled the oil (Volvo XC60s have a bad history of losing oil I have subsequently learned online). He asked nothing for this service, refusing payment. I plan to send payment and a letter of appreciation for this courteous and friendly service. You don't see this much anymore but this is a "class" business.

Charged me double for the same oil change that Walmart does. Did not check tires, wipers, air filter, lights, nothing express about the experience at all. Seemed fully staffed, just no one seemed to care.

Shady experience. Requested pricing for a set of plugs put in. The mechanic asked if he could plug up and verify what was wrong. After another guy pulled the car around they hit me with the "oh that will be 60$". TLDR - I was forced to pay 60$ for someone to plug an OBD2 scanner up to my car. Without being told beforehand.

Been coming here for 4 years and really like the workers they are good at handling things. Guess I got a taste of the owner cause he is rude and short with people (he didn't have a work shirt on). If he stays away I may go back but until then NOPE one time meating him was enough.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Just moved here from California and was looking for an honest place to take our cars, we found it! Dean was very professional, polite and the conversation was uplifting. Thank you, Alabamans like Dean reaffirm why we chose to move here!God is good!
