Yesterday I had to change my breaks in there parking lot I don t know his name but he helped me way more then he was expected to. They should give that man a raise plus a promotion!!! Best worker I ve seen

Charlie was very helpful! I went to orileys before going here and asked them to install a battery in my car and they refused so I went next door and Charlie installed it no issues. Will for sure use them in the future and highly recommend them!

Like most parts places you have some that are very knowledgeable and then some who hardly know a car from a truck. I'm starting to prefer them however especially when O'Reilly's wouldn't warranty a battery that wouldn't start my truck and I had a mechanic shop test it twice and said that it was bad. If it wasn't for Billy at Lakeside Automotive and Marine I would have been out a lot of money but he was able to get a different O'Reilly's to warranty it for me. Go Lakeside Automotive!! Thanks Billy!

I had went to O'Riley,, they stated battery, alternator, starter was good. That I may need a break switch. That didn't work. Went to AutoZone where this young cat named Jordan hallmark saved my afternoon, He was very polite and knowledgeable of his job. He checked everything that oriley had done, but to no surprise my battery was dead. Since my hand is broken Mr hallmark grabbed everything and got to work quickly to resolve my issue and get me back on the road. Thank you man for being so humble and polite.
