Wow, the other 5 star reviews are correct. Jamie fit me in for same day service, even though it was not critical. He agreed with my diagnosis about having little water in the RV, after his doing his own testing. Spent a good amount of time rerouting the plumbing to replace an assumed faulty part. In the end, it turned out to be a bad water regulator that we both missed (provided great flow from an open hose, and registered good pressure - but lied to us and didn't work if it had to maintain any pressure!). So he then undid all of his work, and put everything back together. He sourced parts for a vent fan repair to be done later, and caulked a minor gutter drip at no additional charge.The final bill was far less than I was prepared to pay.Fast, friendly, extremely competent! While home base for me is very far away, I may have him do as much routine service as possible when wintering in Gulf Shores. I have a great home dealer - but he is better!

We were traveling to south Florida for winter and had a front landing gear explode on us. I called James on a Monday morning and told him the situation. He recommended a shop for us to stop at in our path to get the part on order and have it looked at to make sure that was the issue. Part was ordered and James came out to fix it that Thursday as we were only in the area for a week. I can not recommend James enough. He was a pleasure to work with and taught me a lot of things. I would travel out of my way 100s of miles if I have an issue in the future to work with James again.

We had an electrical issue with our 5th wheel. James got back to us after leaving a message. He walked me through a possible cause and solution. He recommended where I could find the replacement part and it was an easy fix. I cannot thank James enough for taking time out his busy schedule to help us. If in the Gulf Shores/Foley area, he (RV823) is the business/person to call!!

Called with a funny smell coming from our heater. He was in the campground already so he was able to stop by that morning. Figured out the issue and fixed it. He was so nice and caring, making sure we had properly working heat since it was unusually cold.

James is simply the best! We arrived to the area with a jammed slide out and a roof leak in our bedroom. James tried to talk us through it before coming to save us a service call. We were unable to fix the issue. He came, fixed both issues, and charged less than most charge to just show up. I can't say enough good about RV 823! This is the man to call. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Perched up at Gulf State Park and needed furnace and leaky toilet looked at ...They had me scheduled and showed up and James was AWESOME!! All running smooth!!I highly recommend them for mobile RV service. Thanks very much James and team at 823!!

Jamie was amazing! He came out exactly when he said he would, was honest with his assessment and got us fixed the next day (since the piece was in store). He was fair in his pricing and very kind and courteous. Please use him if you need a repair and unsure of who to call like we were as we were driving through the area. In addition after we made the first call, we were happy to hear many seasonal campers had used him in the past and highly recommended his work

James is AWESOME. We arrived minus one wheel. He not only fixed that but made sure the other 3 were good to go as well. Then he fixed our landing gears and replaced legs on the next trip. I had a leaking RV water heater and was recommended to RV 823. Jamie came out, diagnosed the issue, helped me with the info to order a new unit, and when all the necessary parts were delivered, came out the next day to install. His rates are so incredibly fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend RV 823! Great mobile service! Thanks Jamie!

Jamie is a extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fit me in within 15 min of my call. He repaired my awning and then repaired an add on issue without hesitation. Jamie exemplifies integrity and customer service. A rarity these days. I will only use him for rv repairs when in the Foley/Gulf Shores AL area.

James was fantastic! He was prompt (actually early) and brought Dometic factory parts for our toilet repair. We had a couple of want repairs that he also completed on the fly. He turned our tongue Jack so we can put the tailgate down when attached, and fixed our sticking door. He tolerated and respected our dogs and was very reasonably priced. Thank you James!

I see why RV823 has great reviews. I called this morning with a strange AC issue while on vacation. I asked him about coming out, and he wanted to hear my concern first. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot the issue. He s not just interested in getting service fees. He didn t make a dollar off of me, but wanted to help.We come to Gulf Shores annually to camp. He d be the only Rv tech I d try going forward.

Had an AC issue and James came out and inspected it. Had to be replaced and got it done the next day, only because he was already out there after hours to look at it! Next day, replaced and up and running. I can't say enough good about the experience with James and RV 823. Highly recommend!

While in Foley Alabama at the end of April my wife and I experienced a near miss lightning strike. Through recommendations of others in the park we called Jamie and luckily within 30 minutes he was there to help us.He was able to keep us comfortable within the first 6 hours, an complete all of our repairs with in 2 weeks. He worked perfectly with the vendors of all our electrical needs, our insurance company, and most of all us the customer.

James did a great job repacking my wheel bearings and putting in new seals. I was very impressed with him and you can tell he knows his stuff. I will continue to use him on a regular basis for yearly maintenance. Thanks again James

He was awesome. We had an issue with the toilet. He got it fixed in no time. His prices was beyond fair. Later on we had another issue and he call and walked me though it and even text to check in me the next day. If I m any were near gulf shores I m calling of I need the camper fixed.

So thankful for RV 823. We came to Gulf Shores State Park for the first time with our older camper. Our electrical went out and we called RV 823. Amy was very nice and helpful on the phone. She put James on to discuss the issue and they scheduled him to come first thing the next morning to fix our issue. James was knowledgeable, efficient and knew exactly what was wrong. He had is up and running in less than 30 minutes. His knowledge of our older coach was extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend 823RV, My inverter charger went bad, Jamie looked at it to confirm that it needed to be replaced told me to go ahead and order one which I found on sale with a supplier And then notified him when it was here. He came the next day and installed the new inverter As well as the step motor. Is very Reasonably priced. Awesome service.

My fifth wheel jacks would not work on Memeorial Day weekend. The gentleman responded quickly. Was not able to get part I needed but showed me how to manually override system to use jacks and told me what part I needed to order. Very pleased with the service.

Had our owning repaired and they showed up on time. The two gentleman were very nice, finished in a timely manor, did an excellent job and was reasonably priced! Will definitely call them back if/when we need anything else for our rv!!!

When in the Orange Beach area RV 823 is the only mobile RV service that we use. We recently had a rattle in our maxxair fan diagnosed and repaired professionally.

After calling 6 different mobile repair shops, trying to find someone to help a customer while on vacation, I got in contact with Amy at RV 823. She was the only shop that I spoke with that genuinely wanted to help me. I explained to her what was going on... She was so pleasant to speak with and offered me an appointment for the next day. Low and behold, James went out the same day to diagnosis our customer's A/C issues. I am sure this business is slammed this time of year, but they went above and beyond to help us out!
