Absolutely amazing staff!! Cody has helped me multiple times and is always so nice. I didn t get the names of the other staff that helped me today but they were also very very nice. Love the work they do and I highly recommend :)

Life Savers! We were on vacation and caught a nail in a tire the day before we had to go home. We got there at 5:20 and they close at 6. They fit us in, plugged the tire, and got us on our way in 20 minutes!!! There were 3 'other company' tire shops in the area, none could see us until 3 days later. Because of this shop, we were back on our way, plug was perfect!!!! Awesome folks.

In Gulf Shores for Spring Break when I got a flat. The folks at Mavis were great. After ordering an exact tire as contingency and setting up an appointment for replacement the next day, took the tire in to see if they could repair. They were able to repair the flat and get me in and out in a little less than 2 hours. Canceled the ordered tire, got my deposit back. Was a great experience with Mavis. Would not hesitate to go back if I needed some other service work. Thank you!!!

We wanted to take my 6 month old daughter to the zoo and discovered our stroller tires were flat. After driving all up and down the road and finding only broken air pumps, we stopped at Mavis to beg them to help us out. The gentleman inside (we didn t get his name) put air in our stroller tires for free and was so kind and helpful. We appreciate you so much! Thanks for saving the day!

On Spring Break and we had a flat tire. Made an appointment online and was able to get right in. We spent less than and hour and half getting it fixed. Everyone was super friendly and got the job done quick.

We got a nail in our tire during our trip to Gulf Shores and found Mavis a few miles from our house. Wesley and Sarah were absolutely amazing. Helpful, polite and kind. They made what could have been a headache actually enjoyable. Thank you!!!

I was on vacation and have never been to Gulf Shores before. I had a tire issue that needed to be addressed before my return trip home, and has no idea where to go. Exploring tire shops online I saw good reviews for Mavis so decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed, the guys at Mavis were very kind, knowledgeable and the prices were really fair. If you are in need of services they provide I strongly suggest using them!

Highly Recommend! Kind, Honest, fast and genuineThey were so helpful.. my mom kept getting nails in her tires (I have no idea where this 76yr old woman is driving lol) they took care of her tires twice in one week and different tires. They are also priced very reasonable. Changed her oil and rotated the tires as well as a diagnostic to make sure everything else was good. Can t say enough the care we got from them. We highly recommend Mavis Tire Gulf Shores on 59 near target.

I woke up at my hotel in Foley and found my truck had a flat tire from a roofing nail. After changing to the spare tire I Googled tire repair shops and found Mavis Tires about 5 miles away. I drove down and they said they were busy but could repair the flat in 30-45 minutes. In about that time they said my truck was ready to go. I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told there was NO CHARGE! I couldn t believe it because the tires were original on the truck so obviously not purchased there. Unbelievable service!! Here for a baseball tourn. and got a nail in the tire...went in that morning they stated they had a lot of appointments but would do their best to squeeze me in and get me out ASAP where I could get back to my games. In and out in about an hour! Could not ask for better customer service.

I was concerned about a sound my car began making and was unsure if it was safe to drive. They test drove my car and put it on the lift and said that it was fine to drive. There was a spot on one tire that was making the sound, but it was not a problem, and the sound would probably go away. There was no charge for this evaluation.

Went there twice to have a flat fixed. Neither time did the tech chalk mark the stem location to assure tire balance was maintained. You have to be careful.

OMG this is the best place ever...we had slow leaks in 2 tires and brought our car there on Saturday afternoon. The manager Randy was so helpful and polite, was able to patch our tires. I don't know the name of the mechanic that worked on our car but he was awesome. I woul recommend this company to anyone needing help with tires. So honest and professional.

Had 2 tires replaced 11 months ago. 1 tire very worn after 8 k miles. Was told that s an allignment problem. I agree and felt they should have caught that at installation. I was told could have just happened. No warranty honor. Just disappointed.

Came in with a hole in one of the tires. Cody and Wesley came straight to us before we got to the office and was extremely hospitable. They fixed our tire in less than 15 minutes. How could we not write a review for them!

Logan saved our day on NYE!! Traveling from out of town & we ran into issues. Mavis the first place we could get to that was open! He was fantastic. A great help!!! Will forever remember this day. Thank you Logan!!!!!!!

Always amazing service at this location! First time visiting was to get a new set of tires and Madison was super helpful, honest, and trustworthy with her recommendations. Today I had a nail in one of my tires and went in last minute. Madison was there yet again with her positive energy and got me in and taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and appreciate the fast and reliable service and customer service by their friendly staff. Thank you.

I had my car towed to Mavis today for a flat tire. Madison was awesome. She made it so easy to take care of it while I was at work. They also informed me of something else that needed to be done. I had been planning on taking my car to be checked out but hadn't had time. They checked it without me even having to ask. I had them replace tires, aligned the front end and replace my shocks. Really glad they suggested it because I was not thinking about these things that really needed to be done as well. They did a great job and were very professional. Highly recommend.

I was down here for a weekend from Arkansas and got a flat. Took it to Mavis early Sunday morning and they changed out my tire in a half hour. They even put the spare back in its spot in the trunk. Excellent customer service

Cody and Rolando thank you so much for helping us out, while on vacation. We had pickup a screw in our right front tire (condo was being constructed beside us). They had us in and out less than an hour !!!! Tire was plugged and swapped positions with one of our back tires in such a short amount of time. Cody was very nice and came out to update us. They were working quickly and SO NICE though they was short staffed. I REALLY DO RECOMMEND their business. Thank you Gulf Shores Mavis and tires and especially THANK YOU to CODY AND ROLANDO you guys are expectational employees and a wonderful asset to your company. Use to be a good shop. Was told over the phone they could mount a used tired and swap it out for me. I get here next day and have to skip work in the morning to do so just for them to tell me they can t. Very frustrating.

Got towed in through triple A with a locked caliper on a beach trip, Madison was able to get me in and out next day, even with having to order parts. Couldn t be more grateful for these people, kind, courteous and did great work. Highly recommend.
