Wow! What a great buying experience. Jimbo Moxley handled my business professionally and with no pressure whatsoever. Truly appreciate his knowledge and experience with Sea Hunt boats. You can call me a lifetime customer, that s for sure! The picture is Jimbo behind the helm of our new Sea Hunt Gamefish 27 coming back from our sea trial. I highly recommend GSPS and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

Bought a SeaDoo fish model. Was a great experience. Went very quickly. Donnie Miller our salesman was great. He is very knowledgeable on the product and not pushy at all. Overall awesome experience. Thanks GSPS!

My family drove here from Ohio to buy yamaha fsh 255 since they had the best deal in the country and there weather was nice enough so so we could enjoy the boat for a week. Jimbo was super helpful with everything even helped us plan our trip while we were there.

Rick Long, our sales associate, provided a professional environment that answered all of our questions with clarity and understanding which was greatly appreciated. I can't say enough about the quality of service from our GSPS Rep Colby, he answered all questions asked, even the ones the wife asked, he was very informative of our purchase,. If I ever decide to upgrade I will definitely be going back. You will not be steered in the wrong direction by Colby.

I have nothing but good things to say about GSPS! The staff were friendly, approachable, curteous, and very personable. If you are there to purchase any of the equipment I highly recommend you ask for Donny (Mr. Donald Miller). This man is very down to earth, personable, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Donny made my first motorcycle purchasing experience easy, stress free, and enjoyable. I definitely will be doing more business with them in the future.

Had a very good experience buying my son a dirt bike for Christmas. Process was very quick, and prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase would highly recommend

Bad business practices stay away from them. Bought brand new ski and trailer. Got used rusty, dirty, trailer that delivery drive even had to repair just to bring it to me. They told me they had to build it but this was used. You offer me to trade out trailers after you sent a rusty. Moldy, broken part had to be fixed by they delivery guy unclean trailer and scartched jet ski and dirty jet ski. Making it on me to have more time and expense to rehave to register and deal with you and Florida office with no reimbursement! I instead discussed with you lack of business ethics and customer service went with having magic tilt send me the parts. This is a bad business do not use them.

Great overall experience. Ordered a new Sea Hunt boat from Rob and the customer service experience from the ordering process through delivery was very easy. All of the staff I came in contact with were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dealer.

Service of my just purchased used boat was definitely not what was asked or promised. Left it in Scott's hands who promised it would all be done right. I gave open check to get boat fixed. Service was incomplete in many ways. Oil cap broken that leaked oil over entire motor. Nut was left taped from previous owner to stop trailer brakes that were rusted and not working. Long list of missed things and definitely not a full check of boat like I asked If it wasn't 6+ hours I would have brought it back. Didn't even get a call explaining what work was completed on invoice. 3k spent and now going to another shop to finish and recheck what was done.

I went to GSPS to find something for my kids to ride around our farm, and I couldn t be more satisfied with my experience. Colby Simmons is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best option for my kids ages. I will definitely go back to Colby when it is time to upgrade to another size/speed that is appropriate for my kids. The entire staff was friendly and courteous while we were there.

Picked up our tritoon after its annual service and our old trailer tires were in such bad shape as to not make it safely home (worn out and leaking) so Scott and his team helped us get to a nearby tire store after calling ahead with all the info. Couldn't have made it without them. Always great, professional and friendly service. They keep our boat running right.

Buyers beware I bought a 160,000.00 pathfinder from gsps motor sports a month ago . When I got home I noticedThe hand shower was missing it had a holder installed in the side of the chair console but no hand shower. Their wasa hose that wasn t connected to anything . When I filled my fresh watertank it would just run out under the console . I contacted PJ my salesman and told him . It s been a month and all I get from them is it s on order. I finally at the point that I will buy one on Amazon for 150.00 . I have never been treated like this from a dealership in my life . I even called pathfinder in ft pierce fl and all they do is transfer my call to a voicemail that no one even answers. I just don t see how a business can stay a float with this type of customer service . Absolutely pathetic! To boot I traveled400 miles to buy the boat .

Our family is looking to get into the Jet Ski life. GSPS is a Yamaha dealer. We stopped in to look around. Chasady Laprade helped us. She took the time to give us good information. Now we had done our homework as well before we stopped in and that helps. They are waiting to get release dates from Yamaha on the 2023 PWC's. We enjoyed speaking with Casady and it was a no pressure environment. We are really contemplating the investment and if we do, so far GSPS will be our dealer.

My wife and I recently purchased a new boat from Gulf Shores Power Sport & Marine through Travis Arnould. From the initial meeting with Travis at the Mobile Boat Show, we were impressed with GSPS. We had considered boats (in the 28-30 foot range) from several manufacturers and several different dealers. We even sea trialed a few different boats at different dealerships. In the end, we happily chose a Cobia boat from GSPS.Travis and the rest of the team at Gulf Shores Power Sports made the entire purchase an enjoyable and positive experience. There was never any pressure, but plenty of explanation to our questions and assistance through the entire purchasing process. Travis has been great, even after the sale, which is where I really judge a dealership.I can't say enough great things about our purchase, and recommend looking for Travis as your salesman for a stress-free, positive buying experience.

We recently took delivery of a Gamefish 30 and Alex our sales rep and the team, Dan, Scott, and Mike, at GSPS did a great job from sales and service through delivery. The shakedown trip with Alex and Master Tech Aaron went smooth thanks to their knowledge and patience. Highly recommend these folks for all your marine and power sport needs!

So I just left this place. Upon arriving I was outside looking at Yamaha Jetboats. I want to purchase a Yamaha Ar250 with 15k cash down. After walking into this place there was a older white male and female walking ahead of me passing by this Colby who was sitting on a atv. He made contact with them asking them did they need any help. They declined. When I got close he looked the other way and didn t say a word. So I continued to walk towards the back and ask the parts guy about the boat. He walked me back to this Colby guy. He told the parts guy he was tied up. I can tell he didn t want to help me when all I wanted to do was look at this boat and possibly buy from here cause they had good reviews. But I was already rubbed wrong and it was very obvious why I didn t get the help. I m not white. But not making it into a race thing but at the same time how can you not. So he told me the boat was in the back and I can go look at it and he would be back there which he never came, I didn t expect that. Mention I can come back in after I look at it if he didn t come back there which I knew he wasn t. Me and my wife just left. We are from Northern Part of Alabama and really don t have any jetboat dealers where we live. We will be taking my business and my 15k to a dealer in Atlanta.

Great customer service. The whole team felt like they were family welcoming you into their home. I bought a new CBR 500 from them because no one else could beat their price. I am happy I did. Its not often you find competitive prices and phenomenal customer service in the same location. Also, I have to say Chasady was wonderful assisting me with the bike and Jim with the helmet. Thank you both.

They meet other competitors prices, not one of them were your typical pushy salesman, very informative, honest, and fair workers who remembered my name not me as a number as so many companies do todayI recommend folks start here first
