I pulled up to the Autocare to have my tires balance & was told the 2 guys working would tear my vehicle up if they touched it. They would rather sit around and not help a customer.

Great service! We blew a tire on the way home and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Very fast and very friendly

People were nice. But either they tried to scam me, or the workers don't communicate. I brought my own oil for a change. Gave it to the person inside. I had to go outside 15 minutes later to stop them from putting some cheap oil in my car. The guy said he had no idea I had my own oil. I wonder.

I gave five stars, because Raymond past by my grandkids and myself stranded with flat tire,When many passed us by including a Greenville Sheriff . He stop help put donut on car so we could make it to get new tire at his store. He was very pleasant, respectful and help. Thanks Raymond for going the extra mile.

Poor service. I got here at 7:20 am 2 cars in front of me. No one was in tire center to see what kind of tires so i had to go find someone to come to register to help us. It was after 7:40 before the the first car was pulled end to be worked on.They didn't even have Goodyear in stock.The last time we came we had to just walk out and get tires somewhere else in town. Greenville really needs to work on customer satisfaction and customer care.

I took my car there to have the oil changed and when I came back...some stuff was missing off my keys! I was so upset! When I called to ask where my things was..I was dismissed by employees and the manager. I will not EVER take my car back there! And I do my best to stay out of that store! I cut way back! If you take ur car there...just leave your car key! Anything else will come up missing!

Dropped off my 2016 Ford F-150 to have oil change and tire rotation. Left it for 5 hours. Came back later and found out that none of the work was done. Apparently none of the techs knew how to perform an oil change because Ford uses a plastic plug. Tires wasnt rotated neither. . I ended up getting a gift card for $25 but that still doesnt pay for the day I took off work to get the work done. JUST SUCKS. Now, I'm back to square one. Finding time to get this done. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.

I would recommend Cliff and the automotive team to anyone. My younger sister was traveling through Greenville when she ran into car trouble. We live several hours away and were worried because the automotive department was closing in a couple of minutes and my sister would have been stranded. Cliff assured us he would take care of her vehicle and he did. We really appreciate it!!

Visited the tire and lube. Shonda was the best. Very helpful. I went just for an oil change and to inquire about new tires. I was working on a limited budget she quoted me the lowest price but it was still over my budget but as i was waiting on my oil change she found me discounted tires even cheaper abd better quality and in my budget! Thank you my car hasnt ridden this well for awhile.

I went to the automotive department in the Walmart Supercenter in Greenville Alabama. I needed someone to check the air pressure in the tires of my wheelchair. I've been having a difficult time pushing it. A mechanic named Mike fixed me up! He didn't have to, but he did.

Come on guys running around like nobody knows what's going on got a car wrote up for the tire light being on they don't know who wrote it up or which tire. The guys walked through here three times wondering where are the other technician is. Everything is screwed up here get your act together wth

I'm very disappointed with poor service and uneducated ignorant people that they have working there. I thought that you had to have common sense or at least a high school diploma or GED to work at Walmart but I think all you have to do is pass the third grade

The white man with the glasses was rude as hell the whole time I was there. He has the worst customer service, and speaks to people with the nastiest attitude.

Associate was not aware of sales and did not offer to check. Had only one tire the size we needed.

I need some tires when are they going to open up the tire store. People need tires and oil changes and automotive stuff.

Not the best but not the worst however customer service is non existence, and not all but most of the people here come off as not really giving a damn and doesnt wont to be there
