I had two worn front tires on my vehicle, and I was referred to this shop for new ones. After having to wait for my tires to be ordered and delivered, I drove off noticing my low tire sensor was activated (a problem that wasn't present before having my tires replaced). It turns out the shop had replaced my tires with smaller (wrong sized) tires. I will be going in tomorrow to resolve their error. The customer service was great, and they quickly ordered and installed the new tires.

I was 400 miles from home, traveling by myself, going to a birthday party for a 99-year-old, and one of my tires was low. It was a Saturday and Jones Car Care was across the expressway from my hotel. I knew they were closing in 35 minutes as I explained my problem to Jennifer. They discovered a very recent 'fix' was not done well so they put an extra large patch to better secure it. I got to the birthday party and all the way home to Lexington, SC with no problems. Jennifer offers the best customer service because this is her family-owned business. If I ever have car problems again, I can only hope that I find a repair shop like Jones Car Care.

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WE WERE STRANDED AT A REST STOP ON THE WAY TO OUR BEACH VACATION. Our tire blew on our trailer.They were so friendly on the phone and helped us find a tire for our kayak trailer. They only had one. So,They helped us find other nearby places that carried the tire we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Cant thank them enough! I broke down at night and had to drop my car off at their location late at night. Their business showed up as a firestone on apple maps but they are 10x better then a firestone. They came and picked up my car key from me at a hotel as soon as they opened, didnt overcharge me on parts, gave me a great deal on labor, and then came and picked me up from my hotel when the car was ready. I cant say enough good things about their shop and appreciate their service and honesty. They also give military discounts!

Had to have my alternator replaced while travelling to Mobile. They worked me in and stayed late to help me out. Could not have asked for better service and were very reasonable in price.

This place is amazing!! We broke down here on our way to Mrytle beach. These wonderful people took us right in and had us fixed up in 2 hours and back on the road. They are the best!!
