I've never met anyone who says they like shopping for insurance and I'm amongst them. I hate it...until I had the pleasure of speaking with Suanne and Jennifer. They made the experience a breeze and gave me the best coverage at the lowest price around. They were very patient with me answering all my questions, and I do ask a lot of questions. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again for making this daunting chore a pleasure!!

Insurance Solutions group is the best insurance! I have a bond and commercial insurance through them and the have the best prices by far. My agent is Suanne Lewis and she is the best! Whenever I need a bond or insurance quote the provide me with great prices and finance options. They response time is fast as well.

ISG has helped us SO much with our transition from several insurance companies to a one-stop-shop! The team at ISG handled all of our cancellations on our previous policies and set up all of our new policies. Very easy, and smooth transition! They made billing easy to understand. And MOST importantly, they saved me and my family $1,400 a year!

I had the pleasure of working with , even though I had a house that had some issues that a lot of insurance companies didn t want to deal with, worked tirelessly to get me a really good rate. When others were quoting me 3K+ for home insurance, found me something SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Good looking out .UPDATE:After being quoted a homeowners policy for a house with a specific issue (lack of central heat), I was told several times that this issue was not going to be a problem for this particular policy. When it came time to sign the policy I was dismayed to find that it explicitly stated that the home had said issue then the contract was void. When I informed ISG that the contract essentially left me uninsured, they said it was fine as long as I could remedy the issue within the first couple of months. But when I asked for written confirmation that any claims would not be denied while I was in the process of fixing the issue, then I was informed me that the company in question had made a mistake and wouldn t honor the quote. I was then given a new quote for an insurance policy that was almost double what the initial quote was.Overall I don t know how I feel about this one. I ve slept a couple nights on it so that it didn t come off like an emotional overreaction like you see on a lot of negative reviews. One one hand, it would ve been dishonest of me to leave up the 5 star review, but I m not trying to throw anyone under the bus (you will note I ve redacted names). I don t think that anybody at ISG was intentionally nefarious trying to lie to me, I think it most likely that the insurance company (Orion 180) gave them a quote and then later reneged and left them holding the bomb. I do however I have a sour taste in my mouth from being advised to sign a contract that would have left me essentially uninsured for the first month or so. What if there was a fire? What if my house had been robbed? I would ve been out of luck because the insurance company could have denied my claim and voided the policy. You asked me to pay an insurance company that incurred no risk of paying out a claim .I know insurance is a scam, but that s too far.At the end of the day I am left scrambling around last minute looking for homeowners insurance and it s not a pleasant experience. I wish people and companies were true to their word, if you say something then do it. I understand there could be circumstances when someone else makes a liar out of you. But, what I wish for most of all is that they would ve had my best interest at heart, instead of saying- take this policy that leaves you uninsured and fix it later- I wish you would have just said- I m sorry, upon further review, we can t offer you this policy because it would leave you uninsured.

Phenomenal, Top-Notch Company! The group at ISG is always quick to respond and is consistent in providing quality service at all levels. I love the quarterly check-up emails Haden sends out. It's so easy to forget about making adjustments to policies (name changes, increasing coverage bc of recent home improvements, etc). These emails help keep me on track and properly covered. Then there's Greg... Well, he's the absolute best in the industry. He knows the insurance world inside and out and it shows. Thanks ISG for making sure our family is covered for life's unexpected moments!

We recently brought a commercial property and then some insurance and just like that ISG had us a rate it it seemed abit high well a day or 2 goes by and they xall back with an even better quote. So if you need any insurance auto home or commercial give these fine folks a call.
