Was traveling to the Gulf Shores with my family when our Durango started acting up. Swung into Greenville Dodge about 30 minutes to close and Matt took great care of us. He took the time to look over our vehicle and drive it himself. Gave us the peace of mind to continue traveling. Great customer service!

Salesperson Damaris was great & so was Kim. Not pleased with tires as they have a vibration. Bumpy ride & requested we drive for 1,000 miles to see if tires round out. Not pleased with that. Need tires replaced.

This dealership is top notch. We hit a deer on the interstate with our RAM truck and limped into the dealership. We had fluid leaking from several sources. The service department was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix our vehicle enough for us to make the 200 mile trip home. Their sense of urgency made us feel special and we definitely recommend them to anyone needing service and/or a new vehicle. I know we ll be going back when we need a new one.

This place would absolutely get 10 stars if I could do it!! My husband and I were traveling from NC to Louisiana and was driving thru when our vehicle began to have issues. Being a long ways from home we took a chance and pulled up here on a late Friday afternoon!! They diagnosed my jeep and took the time to repair it so we could get back on the road!! In addition, they were all so incredibly nice to us!! It was Our first time coming thru Alabama and they represented it well!! I will definitely be reaching out to them when its time to buy another jeep (even if its a ways from home)!!

The day before Thanksgiving and everyone is shutting down early and this is when I did something really stupid Not paying attention, I put DEF in my diesel tank. Fortunately, I did t start the motor. I towed it in to these guys. At first they told me it would be the next Monday before they worked on it. Instead though, these guys did not go home early, but stayed and worked on my truck so I d have it for the holidays.We are new to the area and I am very pleased that I have a new Ram Dealer and Service Center that I can count on.Just very, very pleased with these guys.

This dealership provides excellent service. Matt and the entire service department ensure a satisfied customer any way they can. I ve even heard of them temporarily pulling parts off of new vehicles to get a customer back on the road. Outstanding support and service. Doesn t get better anywhere around!

The service department staff is truly amazing. Alexandra, Matt, and Jonathan are always friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns I may have are always answered, and repairs and or services are completed in a timely manner. I also have to shout out the technician (name I do not know) that was so generous in helping with a courtesy ride. Keep up the great work until next time.

Very nice group of people in the service department and they do try very hard, but just don't have the ability to get it done. Spent almost $16,000 on a new motor and transmission, 3 1/2 months to get it done and it is in a different Ram dealer for fuel mixture issues before I even got it home 300 miles away. Probably great for the simpler stuff but this was a tough experience.

I will probably own a jeep for the rest of my life so I can see the wonder people at Greenville Chrysler Dodge!!! It s so refreshing to have good service in this world today. I feel like I ve steeped back into 1982 when people cared. This place rocks!!!

I do not recommend these people to work on your vehicle. My son's Truck has been out there. 6 months has not been fixed and they say they cannot get the parts in Still under power train warranty All they can say Mopar can't get the parts to them.

By far and hands down the best service we have experienced at any dealership! John and his staff in the service department are very nice and friendly. They exceeded our expectations again.. Whether it's a recall or normal service issue they are dependable and trustworthy.

I was stranded at a rest area coming home from the beach. My van was towed into the dealership just before closing time on Friday night. The mechanics, sales and finance people were kind, helpful and genuinely concerned for me, my sister and friend. They worked with us on options for repairing my van. Long story short, I ended up buying a used Pacifica and a great price and they gave me top dollar for my van. My sister and I will be repeat customers.

This is the most highly recommended dealership I will ever refer anyone too. I m not even from Alabama but will promise this, when I m ready to buy my next vehicle I will come here!! These wonderful people made us feel like a huge priority and went over and above to help us get home and figure out our problem while our truck is being worked on. ( We live almost 500 miles away) I was extremely overwhelmed and everyone took such amazing care of us. Thank you for your southern hospitality and genuine concern for our needs. The work was good but the man who my husband talked to on the phone was rude. My husband called up there to get an update on if the car was ready and the guy says we're waiting on the insurance to approve the parts and labor so my husband turns around and calls the insurance and they said they have proved it days ago not just a day ago days. So then my husband calls back up there and talks to this guy and told him that the warranty Insurance had done approved it days ago and gave me the Pacific day that it approved it. Well this man proceeds to tell my husband that if he would like he can come and get the vehicle and take it somewhere else. So to speak I don't think we'll be doing business with them again we were thinking about purchasing a car but now I'm not I will go elsewhere where my business is wanted.

I was quickly attended to in the morning. Within 15 mins they were checking out my issue and it was resolved another 15 mins later. Matt the service rep was great. Can t thank them enough for the quick turnaround so I could continue my x-country trip!

We brought our 2014 Ram in for several problems and new brake pads.They got the work done in only two days. However upon picking up the truck, two new service lights were on.We brought the truck back and they fixed those service lights. But they also found problems with a brake caliper. They loaned us a car and fixed the caliper for cost only. Based on this not-asked-for gesture, I highly recommend this dealership.

My daughter was driving from Gulf Shores to Atlanta when her transmission service light came on. We called Matt in the Service Dept and they helped her immediately. They made sure that she was safe to get home and did this free of charge. I highly recommend anyone stopping in and giving Greenville Chrysler Dodge and Jeep your business. Great folks!

The best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. They gave me a great price for my trade. Beat every other dealership by at least $3k on the sale price and had the truck ready when I got there. Walked in and out in under 30 minutes. I'll definitely being making my next purchase with Greenville CDJR.

Bought my first big vehicle purchase yesterday from here and was very happy! Thad Harris was a pleasure to work with. He made the whole experience go so smoothly and I was out the door and back at work in no time. I told him my price range and what features I like, and he matched me with the perfect vehicle. Just purchased a car here and I have never felt more welcomed and valued as a customer. Robbie was a great sales person, very knowledgeable of his job and you can tell that he loves what he does. Rocky was also great, more than willing to help get me to the payment that I wanted and explaining their process every step of the way. I never felt like they were trying to get one over on me like I have with past vehicle purchases. I left feeling like my time and money were valued, and I will not hesitate to purchase future vehicles from here or send my friends and family here.

This part of service at Chrysler and Nissan has done me well. All I would like is for the credit checks to come off my reports with esperian, transition and experience. My credit has lowered since yout credit checks.

I recently purchased a 2018 ram from here. After I purchased it I had some issues with the truck they went above and beyond to get it fixed and make the truck right. Matt the service advisor kept me informed through the whole process. I highly recommend them for purchasing new or used. I also recommend there service department!!
