My experience was phenomenal. Found the car I wanted. Had a few issues on Vehicle before purchasing, but Kimberly went above and beyond to help me with getting those issues fixed. Service was really nice and helpful. I look forward to future visits on routine oil changes. I am beyond in love with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. They offered several different warranty options that fit within my budget of car buying. I couldn't have asked for a better sales woman. Thank you, greenville Chevrolet and huge thanks to Kimberly. She is the only salesperson I will use in the future.

YALL!! I had the most amazing experience on 10/18/21. My Sales Professional, Chris, made my experience incredible! Horrible service team. Called months months ago about a recall and still no return call. Got another notice about the recall. Called Thursday and Tennessee said she would get with parts and see did they have parts.....guess what? I'm still waiting. I called to Montgomery and instantly got scheduled.

I came in to the dealership and the sales people were excellent with helping me and assisting me in the right direction with buying a new vehicle. They took there time to be patient with me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and better people to do business with. I will not go anywhere else to buy any other vehicles other than Greenville Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is in a market for a vehicle even with trading your car in, they gave me top dollar where other dealerships weren't trying to give me what the vehicle was worth. My family and I were very pleased and thankful!!

I went to a few other dealerships to try to buy a car and nobody could help me because I owed so much money on my trade in. I called Dustin Nickoson, the General Sales Manager and within 1 hour he had me approved on my 2018 Mercedes Benz that I absolutely love!! They worked so hard to make sure I got my car and a great deal on the vehicle and the financing. Hands down, the guys at Greenville Chevrolet are the best in the business!! They truly care about their customers and making sure they are happy!! I recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car!! Thank you so much Greenville Chevrolet!!

Update: Wecalled over an hour before we got there to ask pricing and availability . So you can understand wanting to question why it changed!!Brad the Sales manager is very rude. We only asked why the vehicle was over $2,000 more than it was advertised on line. Now if he had taken a minute and said that is the price after rebates. But noo he jumps up like he wants to fight and says I am not going to argue with you. That is the price have a good day. And all that was asked is I thought you had to go by what is advertised.. went to their sister company. He stopped themFrom selling it to us. Hateful and will never stop there again. Elizabeth was a sweetheart and I hate it for her. We had cash in our pocket. Guess we looked like people not worthy of his time or explanation. And the one ar the sister company was just precious. So if you must deal go toThe sister company. They do at least try to explain things to you. Greenville Chrysler would be the only one I would deal with.

I won't use them again, I rather drive the 45mins to the nearest Chevrolet dealership. So let me start by saying that I had no issues with my truck as far as how it drove, but my check engine light came on. So I took it to Greenville Chevrolet for the check engine light. I dropped it off sunday night, so they can get to it on Monday. They call and said it was an issue with my fuel pump and they tell me everything that needs to be done and replaced, I agreed to it. They had my truck for two days. I picked my truck up, and I noticed as im driving it, that it was driving weird like it was trying to get fuel, so I drive it for the rest of the day, but by the end of that day I knew something was wrong. So, I called back and spoke with the nice young lady, I explained to her what was going on. We agreed that I would bring it back the following monday. I dropped it off sunday night so they could have it monday morning. Well they call me and said they where short handed and it might be another day or so (which was fine) but the next day they call me back and said that the mechanic did not find anything wrong with my truck. When clearly, its jerk trying to get fuel to it. But the kicking is, they charged me another $80.00 to tell me there was nothing wrong with my truck...I suggest that you take your business elsewhere, save yourself time and money.

The staff is very friendly there. John helped me to fix my car and I am very happy with this result. He did a great job with a great attitude.If you have any car problems, or you need a new car. I definitely will recommend this store!!!! :)

I just wanted to say that this has been the best bear buying experience I ve had. Ronnie Day was very professional, helpful and even spent four hours with us to go to the credit union and to get all my tax forms and paycheck stubs. And Dustin the manger is awesome! Thank you Greenville Chevrolet.

Seriously the best car buying experience I have ever had!! My salesman was Brad and he listened to me and what I wanted and helped me to pick the perfect vehicle for my budget. The sales managers, Dustin and Jake were very helpful as well. I even met the owner Charles and he was a super nice guy!!! I will never buy another vehicle anywhere except Greenville Chevrolet and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!! I m still blown away by the great service and treatment I received from them!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

We had a great experience there a couple of days ago. I can't recommend Craig Wieber enough! He was wonderful and worked hard to get us a great deal! He really went above and beyond to help us. It was my first time buying a new car and they made it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back. If you are thinking about buying a car definitely stop by there. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and wants to help.

The situation I went through ended up getting resolved after weeks of phone calls and finally speaking with the owner which is the only reason I m not giving this place 1 star because I do appreciate that it was finally settled but I still want to warn others about some of the people working at this place.I m 22 years old and this was my first time ever going to purchase a car and getting financed on my own so I m definitely not experienced with the procedure and everything but only trusted what was being told to me in the hopes they were being honest. I went in on a Friday evening and was interested in one of the used cars which they could not find the key to. However, the man, who referred to himself as the Capitol One man , told me that they would make a new key and I could test drive it and look inside it after the weekend. (I never spoke with an actual salesman.) He then informed me that in order to speed up the process I could go ahead and sign some papers to which I repeatedly asked if come Monday I did not like the car that I would not have to get it and he repeatedly told me of course not. He would constantly disappear and I tried to ask him at one point how much the total even was on the vehicle. (Again I wasn t too worried about the details yet because I was under the assumption that I wasn t even going to make a final decision until at least the following Monday.) But even when I did ask financial questions he just repeatedly blew me off and told me I would be going into the finance office soon to speak with the finance manager. However, after about 20 minutes a finance guy comes out with paperwork and informs me of nothing and only points to multiple places to sign. In hindsight, I should have not signed anything but I simply trusted what the man said and that these papers were not binding. They also tacked on a $3000 3-year warranty without telling me about it at all.Fast forward to the following week and I go in and test drive the car and ultimately decide I do not want it. When we get back inside and I tell the capital one man this, he informs me that it s too late and the car is already mine. I reminded him of what he told me and he said he would see what he could do but the decision was not up to him but there was probably nothing they could do. The finance manager walks over and I express all this to him and finally he asks if I had found another car I liked and I had so I said yes and he said he would find me a similar car for the same price and get back to me on it. I was fine with that so I left. I tried to contact them over the next week but never got any responses. Finally, I get the finance information in the mail from the credit union I was financed with so I immediately call multiple times about this. Keep in mind, I have still never driven off the lot with this vehicle that I now have payment books for from the credit union. After a couple weeks of multiple phone calls, I get in touch with the owner of the entire place and he finally settles the situation and I m able to get out of it. I still appreciate that, but how everything was done was extremely unprofessional, in my opinion. I also believe they were just taking advantage of me since I m young and didn t even bother to let me speak with an actual salesperson. The owner seemed understanding, but I would be wary of this place and not trust many of the workers.

I have never dealt with a staff that were so awesome!! They showed patience in helping me, no pressure at all. Very personable and considerate. I highly recommend this dealership ! Tell everyone you know that are looking for vehicles to go to them.

By FAR the worst buying experience of my life!! I have bought plenty of cars and have never been so taken advantage of! The car I bought was the biggest pile of garbage. Thousands in repairs required on top of paying over retail!! STAY AWAY from this place. Also for a Chevrolet dealership they only had 1 new car on the lot

Dishonest experience. Drove to see the vehicle in the screenshot below, but got to the dealership and the manager went up on the price and would not negotiate back to the price quoted on the website. We had also inquired about a trade-in and were told the price on the website was not applicable to our trade in. Both my husband and I have 800 plus credit scores. I would never believe a car dealership would let two buyers with excellent credit walk off of a car lot with the number of competitors right around the corner and online. This dealership made for a very unpleasant experience. We also felt they were dishonest so we did not purchase from them.

Our last car buying experience in Tuscaloosa was completely memorable, in a bad way. This time, my daughter and I drove two hours from Tuscaloosa, after I flew in to Alabama from Arizona the day before, just to find a car. In the end, we got more than we bargained for. She bought the car she wanted at a great price. Harry, the salesperson, was very helpful and was not pushy. Jake got us an interest rate that was far better than great for a 21 year old college student. Charles, the owner, took the time to show my daughter the vehicle's many features. They will do their absolute best to get you in the vehicle you want at a price you can handle. Greenville Chevrolet is a dealership that has the southern hospitality and charm you hope you get at other dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone and would buy there again. Car bought on January 11, 2018....couldn't be happier today! Thanks Greenville Chevrolet!

I have nothing but great things to say about the sales & service depts. About two weeks ago I bought a used car. The staff was very friendly, courteous, & helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions in a way we could understand, allow a test drive, & fix a few concerns that we had about the car. I commend Robert, Mike, & Charles!!! Today I had my other vehicle serviced because a sensor light was on & my rear liftgate wouldn t stay up. While there they also found all my brake pads & front rotors were extremely worn. I had them to fix everything (sadly it was way out of warranty). They offered me estimates before doing the work so I could decide if I wanted it done or not. I did indeed have everything fixed today, they were able to get all the parts without ordering them, in a timely manner & minor wait. I commend Meghan & Fletcher for making my experience more pleasurable!!! I must also say that all staff I saw while waiting (sales, service, & mechanics) would speak to me & carry on a conversation. I would definitely recommend Greenville (Motors) Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or to have a vehicle serviced!!!!!

I have been a satisfied customer of Greenville Chevrolet for several years. The service department did a great job taking care of my old truck. Then I was offered a wonderful deal on a trade-in for my new truck. So now I am a new Chevy owner. I have had nothing but good experiences with Greenville Chevrolet. Fletcher and his service department have always treated me right and gave me the services I needed with good results. And Charles and his sales department really took care of me when I was ready to upgrade. So, yes, I am still a satisfied customer.

I had to evacuate because of Hurricane Ida. I came to Greenville for a few days. This dealership is near the Hampton inn that I was staying at. I decided to go in and get my oil changed so that I could make sure everything was ok with my car for my drive back. Everyone at the dealership was kind, polite and professional! I was very grateful because this was a very stressful time for me. When I got ready to pay my bill, the manager, Fletcher, came out and waived the bill!!! I was so thankful and touched by the great act of kindness!!! Thank you guys Soo much for going beyond for my granddaughter and me!! I will tell everyone I know of this experience!!

Herb and the gentleman that helped finalize paperwork were very genuine and helpful.The reason I'm knocking off three stars from my experience is that I asked repeatedly to finance through Max credit union and asked what their rates were since I was told that this dealership was a preferred dealer with Max. They financed it through a bank out of Ohio instead of my local Max credit union, telling me that the other bank had a better rate for me.Fast forward to four days later when I go to Max myself to enquire about the rate they could have gave me. They run everything and it comes back 3.9% instead of 5.9% the other bank gave me. This saves me $600. This really irritates me, I explained to the guys some financial difficulties I had hit recently and that every dime I spent mattered to me, so I needed the best rate I could get.They cared more about making money for the bank and getting their $200 kickback from the bank than honoring what I asked for.I'll be refinancing through Max as soon as my title clears. I also can't recommend them to friends or family since I feel like whoever their financial person is was dishonest.If you buy through this dealer make sure to put pressure on them to finance through who you want to use.

First time I have came to a dealership especially during a sale and got treated just if I was the First Lady. Ronnie Day my family and i thank you for your professionalism and courtesy and instead of getting mad at us for not buying today you did and said the right things to where my husband and I have decided when we buy in next two weeks we are coming to Greenville Chevy snd want to deal with Ron Day or Hammer as he called himself. Of all my 50 years of purchasing automobiles this has been my best experience. Customer Service lady, Ms Shanae and sales rep Robert were very courteous throughout the process... Iam so upset I found a truck on marketplace listed for sale, I called sales and had spoke to Robert vales I had asked him to send over a buyers agreement to my bank which I already was approved to buy, after several calls and text messages to sales person he informs me that the company was not responsible for the price on the ad price,which he said was the wrong price, he said I would have to take it up with the advertising company , he never called to possibly sale at a negotiating price or even called me back to discuss the wrong price listed, when i do call to speak to the general manager they tell me he is not in . I hope that someone could help resolve this in a professional manner. I would hope a company would know how much there vehicles are being priced at
