Have done business here for YEARS. Left my truck up there for a month waiting to get worked on. Before it made it in the shop it was stolen on a Tuesday from the parking lot. I found out from Bulter County Sheriff Office that it had been stolen on a Sunday nearly a week later. Nobody at the shop knew my truck was even missing and had even parked another vehicle in the spot it got stolen from. After going back and forth about who was liable for damages the owner finally took responsibility after several conversations. I got the truck back to the shop and they fixed the damages that happened while it was stolen. They also diagnosed the issues that it was originally in the shop for. WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING JUST DIAGNOSING the problem they charged me $735. And were going to charge me an additional $4400 dollars if I elected to get the issue fixed there. After talking to another mechanic and the price was half I elected to get my truck fixed else where. Very disappointing.

We had a breakdown while on vacation. While they didn't fix the car, we were able to squeeze in for a prompt evaluation and referral to transmission specialist. We so appreciated the guidance during such. a stressful time.

Made an appointment to have my Van worked on. The computer diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and installed when they said it would be. No problem. They do seem to have a very long waiting list, but that is probably because they are one of the few trustworthy mechanic shops in town. I will definitely take my Van back to them if another problem occurs. I sure hope that is no time soon for sure.

Very great place with super nice people. I am from Michigan and my car broke down in AL near this auto shop, I blew my turbo:/They gave me accurate prices and excellent service. They even broke down the prices for me for each part and how much labor would be, furthermore, they do not overcharge for labor. They were also nice enough to work with me since I was so far away. They didn t charge any hidden fees and even let my car sit there free of charge until I could drive down and get it! This auto shop is filled with certified employees that do excellent work, my car drove amazing on the way home! The only thing I m upset about is that this auto shop isn t closer to home, I d go here every time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I gave this place 4 stars only because they added $26 bill for the Credit card fee. I'm sure it was posted on the counter somewhere but I never saw it nor was it communicated to me at the time we were paying the bill. But I will say that this is a top notch shop and I would take my vehicle here again if I was ever stranded on the side of the interstate like I was this time.

Excellent place to get your car fix like they say They do it all and in a very professional way and very excellent in what you need to have done to your car I personally had a great experience with them and will be taking my car back for services ..... ...
