Arranged for rental on Tuesday, for Friday; and received confirmation email. Friday morning, representative called and stated she would not have a car available. The day I was scheduled to pick car up!!! She indicated most of her available cars had to be sent to Georgia. I passed Enterprise rental today, (Saturday) several cars are just parked. This is the worst rental facility!!! Cars just sitting on site, available for rental. Why?

Fantastic place with fantastic people working there. Everyone is polite, professional, and extremely accommodating. The current employees have easily made this by far my favorite branch to use. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

My wife was left waiting to be picked up as they said they would do (and had a confirmed appointment for), and no one ever showed. No one answers the phone (14 calls placed during open hours with no answer throughout our experience with them), they are frequently closed during hours they say they are open. Employees are rude, overall a terribly run business. If you have a choice, do not use them. Someone will respond to this saying they care about their customers and want to improve, but don t be fooled, they couldn t care less.

Worst place ever, you get what they may have, don't think for a minute you have any choice unless you see it and are renting that minute. Store hours are for show, good luck on anyone being there when you go by. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere if you can. If you call and complain be ready to get blasted by an employee. Don't usually write these but Greenville deserves better.

Drove 40 minutes to rent the car already had online reservation and they lady was very unprofessional and was mad I wanted her to explain why they didn't want to let me rent the car. It all boiled down to can't rent the car because my license is from another state

Made an online reservation, drove 35 miles to pick up the car. Before I could get my big toe inside the door, the employee said, "We're closed. I said, "I have a reservation to pick up at 5pm." He said, "It doesn't matter because the car that is here needs an oil change."So my online reservation doesn't matter, nor does my time, and nor does the reason I needed the rental car? NOTED! This was my first time attempting to use this location and this will be my last!

Every time my wife has tried to rent a car from here, there s some excuse as to why she can not. First they weren t sure if they had any cars available and she was told they would call her back around 1:00 pm, she had to call them several times (over 5) that day just for them to say they DONT have availability after she already reserved a car. The next time she tried reserving an SUV and she reserved it nearly THREE weeks in advance and they called her yesterday (the day she would be picking the rental up) saying they re not sure if they have availability for an SUV but they may have another vehicle (which was fine) but also said they would call her back and let her know and they did NOT. This place is a joke and waste of time!We are a military family and travel OFTEN so rentals are needed frequently but we will definitely NOT try to rent from them again!

Terrible experience I returned the vehicle @ 459pm which I rented @ 452pm and after speaking with the employee he still closed & left after driving 12 hours this place was closed upon arrival common courtesy would at least wait 5/10 minutes after closing for customer due to driving in heavy traffic. I ll never rent with them again

This is my first time ever needing to rent a car. I m having car problems and wanted to rent a car for the weekend. I made the reservation last week to rent a car today through Sunday. I got a call this morning (30 minutes before scheduled pickup) and was told that they didn t have any cars available. The guy at the desk was very nonchalant about the situation and didn t offer me any help at all. Moreso, now I have to cancel my trip that I ve already paid for becuase I don t have a way to get there. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anybody! I wish I could give zero stars!

Honestly this was the best experience I ve ever had at an enterprise. The girl who was working the counter was alone, and when we walked in there were at least 4 people ahead of me. I think her name was Alene. Anyways. Someone was picking up a car and she went outside vacuumed it out and washed it in no time. Meanwhile I was on the phone with usaa over a claim. Well we finally get to us and she had no cars. She loaded us up and took us over to Montgomery and got us a car to make the long trip back to Louisiana! She was amazing and her costumer service was great! Even with what seemed like a million people in the lobby she never lost her cool and helped everyone in the place! This chick needs a raise ASAP!

This was the first time I had to ever rent a car in my life. I hope I don t have to ever do this again especially at the Greenville Alabama office because Jessica was very judge mental. First off I m single and work nights so yes I carry my gun ( I have a permit for it ) but that is none of her business as long as I m not parading around her office with it. Second the guy who rented my car to me knew of every scrap crack in windshield and roof and door of that car. She may not have because she didn t rent it to me but he did. He claims he doesn t remember all of them but I know better. Well after a few exchanged words and her demanding my deductible for insurance which I refused to give her. She accused me of lying before she even called to verify the car with the other guy and he confirmed the windshield and door being messed up but not the roof. So then she wanted to say things like well we have had bad weather latley and I informed her again the dent was in the roof when I picked up the car that she needed to ask him again. He still says he don t recall a dent in the roof of the car. So again she told me she would have to file this on my insurance so they can fix the car in which I told her it was time they took me to my car because I was not happy.

The only reason I gave one star is because there wasn't an option for no stars. The people here do not care at all about reservations. I wouldn't even bother stepping in their doors. They NEVER have any cars or you have to wait for the chance that MAYBE someone will return a car to fulfill your rental. I'm pretty sure the goal of any business is to make money and this location is not helping with the image of Enterprise at all! You may as well close this place down. You're paying people to hold down a building.

The worst rental experience on your life. I book all the way in April for trip in July but they did not have cars. Miss whole day trip. Did not get curious saying not have any. Lost couple hundred dollar because.

Had to make my reservation over the phone despite being at the location because the clerk told me he "didn't have the capability" to do it. Yeah, right. Did, got my confirmation email. Next day when I went for pick up was told my car was given away and they didn't have another one. They wouldn't give me a different car at the same rate. Was told that they called to confirm and I didn't call them back....ok, well, if I have to confirm by phone why do they send an email saying my reservation is confirmed and I'm good to go? Clerk tells me to wait around and hour or two and maybe they'll have the car then.Called to complain. Get passed from person to person. Told someone will be in touch. Still waiting. Flight is today. Not confident they'll do the right thing and give me a discount for my troubles. Totally unprofessional. I'll avoid Enterprise in the future whenever possible.

We were coming from Houston Tx on our way to Sc when an alert came on our rental car and we were in need of another rental. The lady at this location does it all! As she said she is a one woman army she helped us get another vehicle quickly while juggling other customers who started coming in and as we were leaving she was outside washing cars! All with a smile on her face and turned what was a hectic situation for us into a pleasant transaction!

Poor customer service. I made reservations over two weeks in advance and even went in the day before and did payment. When I returned the next day to pick up the rental there was no cars,and the person @ the desk told me she was only one person. She could care less about my business trip or how I was going to get there. I definitively won't be back there anymore.

Not a pleasant experience here, customer service was non existent actually flat out rude border line insulting. Was an insurance deal for my vehicle was totaled after being tboned and their insurance was to cover my rental. After a phone conversation between myself the insurance company and enterprise all arrangements were done and they sent someone to pick me up. Upon getting there now the details have changed all of a sudden none of which was stated nor discussed in the phone call and are wanting me to pay $150 cash out of pocket to her after saying on the that everything was already handled and payed for by the insurance company. So why now all of a sudden are you asking me for cash. I refuse to pay it and after much arguing I get a rental without giving her the money but not the minivan that was requested for I am disabled, but an economy size compact that i could barley get in and certainly painful. Hopefully I will never need to rent a vehicle again but if so it will certainly never be with this company.

Recently had to rent a car and had a great experience.Cheree, the manager, made it a real pleasure doing business here.Courteous and very helpful. Made sure the car was clean and recently washed and detailed. Tavares, who maintains the cars also very helpful.Definitely will come back next time I rent!

If no stars was an option that is what this location would get. The customer service here is the worst. I rented a car from here in January and was fryinf to again on Friday. Both times when I had a reservation, one at 12pm and the next at 3pm, I arrived at the location to and they had no car available for me. I was told it was because they were waiting for returns that had not come back yet. In January I had to speak with the Regional Vice President in my area to get them to locate and bring a car from Montgomery. This past Friday I showed up at 3 and the same problem. At 4:30 I called back to see if a car was available for me yet and I was told no. They close at 5pm and are not open on the weekend so I asked what would be done about a car for me. I was them then told that if they did not get one I would have to drive to Montgomery to pick one up Saturday because they are just a satellite office. I sorry, isn't a satellite office suppose to help boost customer service not hinder it. My insurance company is renting this car due to having a vehicle that has been hit needing to have been put in the shop FRIDAY. I asked why they didn't do a curtosey call or email at least if someone's RESERVATION was not going to be onsite at the pick up time and all I got was shoulders shrugged at me. This is some of the WORST customer service I have received in years.

Had reservations on Monday but had them move it to Wednesday so I could drop my wrecked cart off for repair. Wednesday comes around and I took off work to drive the hour to the repair facility/ enterprise to find out that the reservation was Not moved and there is no rental availability There or any surrounding store. THANK YOU FOR STRANDING ME ENTERPRISE!!

I reserved a car at the Greenville, AL location online for 10:30. I get there at 10:35 and no one is there. She arrived shortly after but no car was available. I was told that I would have to wait until someone returned a car in order to rent one but she couldn t tell me what time that would be. If I had to be somewhere at a certain time I don t know what I would have done.

Very friendly staff. Professional and helpful. It's a small operation, though and closes midday for lunch. If you plan to pick a car up between 12-2 PM, plan to wait ...even if Enterprise national confirmed your reservation for then. This is an independently owned franchise.

My wife and I have rented vehicles from Enterprise for a lot of years now, the problem recently is that in the last 5 months we have rented a total of 6 times and every time the car has been unclean. They do not clean the inside or the outside with any completion. they basically rinse them off and send you on your way. I used other companies at major airports and they are cleaning the vehicles but in Greenville Alabama you get a dirty vehicle. I guess because they are the only show in town. Also I have rented on line by way of my app on my phone for a premium vehicle and had a confirmation number only to be told that location does not have premium vehicles looks like if that was the fact then why give me a confirmation number and have me thinking that is what I am getting.

I ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and Brewerton re was by far the worse experience I ve have. Would not recommend this place, they will take your deposit for any little reason.

I booked the reservation and when I got to the office there are no Cars the Greenville location is in demand but there's never enough cars and the poor girl is so sweet and nice but she's cleaning cars dealing with customers and answering their phone there's only one person but I was able to get a car the following week and the young lady was very nice and she even gave me a 10% discount the thumbs-up Enterprise

This was the worst place trying to rent a vehicle i was stranded, my cadi broke down on the highway. They put me on hold 40min then said they we're closing at 3pm.i called at 2pm. Lazy people working. I had to ask the tow truck driver take me to a hotel, i know no one here.

Awful customer service. This place lied and had me drive all the way to them then i couldnt get what i needed. Overall highly recommend staying away. Will be posting on every review website possible.

Both Service persons on pick up and young dropoff of my rental vehicle were extremely pleasant and accommodating.
